        비통념적인 교육적 관계의 특징에 관한 사례 연구

        이 연구는 그동안 주목받지 못했던 다소 이례적인 교육적 관계를 이해하기 위한 시도이다. 흔히 교육적 관계라 하면 쉽게 학교에서 볼 수 있는 교사-학생의 관계를 떠올려, 그것을 전형적인 교육적 관계라 여겨왔지만, 그것은 나름의 제한점을 갖는 한 가지 관계적 양상에 불과하다. 본고에서는 학교에서의 교사-학생 관계라는 통념적인 교육적 관계에서 벗어난 비통념적인 교육적 관계, 즉 연령 높은 사람이 그보다 어린 사람에게서 배우며 사회적 위치가 높은 사람이 아랫사람에게서 배우는 교육적 관계가 어떻게 형성되고 운영되며, 어떠한 특징을 갖는지를 구명함으로써 그동안 학교교육의 영항으로 주목받지 못했던 교육적 관계의 중요성과 그 가치를 강조하고자 하였다. 연구의 결과, 가르치는 사람과 배우는 사람의 역전된 연령적 서열과 사회적 위치가 교육적 상호작용 전반에 강하게 영항을 미쳐 교육적으로 적지 않은 혼란과 문제를 초래하기도 하지만, 그것을 적절히 조절하는 데 성공할 수만 있다면 역동적인 관계 형성은 물론이고 자기 주도학습과 교류교육, 그리고 메타 교육적 측면에서 상당한 강점을 지닐 수 있는 관계로 발전할 여지를 지니고 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. This paper is about a research conducted to explore the characteristics of non-conventional educational relationship. For long, the meaning of the educational relationship has often been reduced to and conventionalized as teacher-student relationship in a school system. In school, the teacher-student relationship has been assumed that a senior or professor should teach a junior or student, conversely, a junior or student study under a senior or teacher. But the non-conventional educational relationship is meant the reverse one of teacher and student in which a senior, service superior, or professor is taught by a junior, subordinate, younger brother, or student. Six adults who have some experience of revers relationship are chosen as the subjects of investigation, and interview is adopted as a research method. The result of this research shows that the reverse relationship of teacher and student, senior and junior tends to exerts an influence on educational interaction, consequently, gives rise to confusion and problems. But rather, it will be insisted that the reverse relationships of teacher and student have an great potential to ideal one. So, the task of facilitation of this sorts of relationship is come to the surface in adult learning and lifelong education.

        간호대학생의 학업탄력성 설명 요인

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 학업탄력성에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 시도된 연구로 2013년 3월 4일부터 8일까지 일개 광역시에 소재한 간호대학생 2학년 280명의 자료를 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson's correlation coefficients 및 Stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 학업탄력성 정도는 3.67점, 문제해결능력 정도는 3.53점, 의사소통능력 정도는 3.50점이었고, 문제해결능 력과 의사소통능력이 높을수록 학업탄력성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 학업탄력성을 설명하는 요인은 계획실행, 해석능 력, 목표설정능력, 원인분석, 수행평가로 학업탄력성을 50.7% 설명해 주었다. 본 연구결과에 의하면 간호대학생의 학 업탄력성의 설명요인을 고려한 효율적인 교육프로그램 개발이 요구된다. The purpose of this study was to understand the factors affecting the academic resilience in nursing students. This study involved 280 second year nursing students. Data were collected from March 4 to 8 in 2013. Data were analyzed with frequency, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, person's correlation coefficients, and Stepwise multiple regression with using SPSS version 20.0. The score of academic resilience, problem solving abilities and communication skill in nursing students were 3.67, 3.53 and 3.50 respectively. The results showed that the higher problem solving abilities and communication skills, the higher academic resilience. The factors that significantly affected academic resilience were plan/practice, analytic ability, goal creation ability, cause analysis and performance/assessment accounting for 50.7% of the regression model. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the description of nursing students' academic resilience factors to develop effective education program.

        포크너의 『곰』에 나타난 생태의식

        The purpose of this study is to examine the ecological consciousness in "The Bear", one of the works by William Faulkner that shows his conspicuous interest in nature. Faulkner`s ecological consciousness began to manifest the local environment of the Southern America where he lived. In the work, the author places a higher value than a mere geological setting on the Southern region, his hometown. Moreover, he is exploring the conditions of historical and social life in the Southern region as a specific place, where agriculture was the major industry. And the natural environment of the dense forest, one of the main features of the area, which arouses ecological consciousness, has an important meaning in his work. "The Bear" reveals Faulkner`s ecological vision in three phases. Firstly, Faulkner depicts Ike as a character who shows the deepest introspection about the relationship with the nature, and as an ecological character who tries to put into action a sense of responsibility for the land and others, which he realized as he lived in the nature. Secondly, considering that Ike, who realized his grandfather`s guilt, gave up inheritance owing to his experiences of the woods and bear-hunting, Faulkner`s ecological consciousness reveals itself more effectively in the relationship between Old Ben and the forest. Therefore, the relationship suggests that relations in Mother Nature are not antagonistic but circular. Lastly, the natural world forms a system with everything interconnected, not disconnected. Thus, for Faulkner the nature is not a closed system to which nobody has access but a fully open communication space. In conclusion, "The Bear" stresses that the nature and human beings harmonize with each other in circular relation, not in confrontational relation. Above all, it can be said that the author`s true insight into the nature shown in the work is the base on which the author`s ecological consciousness can be discovered.

        각종 약용 식물로부터 노화 억제 관련 생리활성 물질의 탐색 및 추출 조건

        본 연구에서는 비교적 가격이 저렴하고 부작용이 없으면서 효능이 우수한 노화 억제 관련 생리 기능성 제품을 개발하고자 먼저 다양한 종류의 약용식물을 대상으로 물과 메탄올 추출물을 제조한 후 이들의 항산화 활성, SOD 활성과 elastase 저해 활성을 측정하여 우수 약용 식물을 선발한 후 이들로부터 노화 억제 관련 생리활성 물질들의 추출 최적 조건을 검토하였다. 124종의 약용식물에 대한 물과 메탄올 추출물 가운데 항산화 활성은 도인(Prunus persica)의 메탄올 추출물이 98.4%로 가장 높았고, SOD 활성은 구기자(Lycium chinense)의 물 추출물이 197%로, elastase 저해활성은 상엽(Morus alba) 메탄올 추출물이 41%로 가장 높았다. 또한 항산화물질은 도인(Prunus persica)을 메탄올로 1:20 현탁시킨 후 40℃, 12시간 추출하였을 때 가장 많이 추출되었고 SOD 활성 물질은 구기자(Lycium chinense)를 1:30의 물로 30℃, 12시간, elastase 저해물질은 상엽(Morus alba)을 메탄올로 50℃에서 12시간 진탕시켰을 때 가장 많이 추출되었다. To develop new anti-aging foods or cosmetics by using antioxidants, SOD activator and elastase inhibitor, both potent anti-aging substances, were screened from various extracts of medicinal plants and its optimal extraction conditions were investigated. Antioxidant activity has showed the highest in methanol extracts of Prunus persica (seed; 98.0%). Methanol extracts of Morus alba (leave; 41.0%) showed the highest elastase inhibitory activity while Lycium chinense (fruit; 197%) showed the highest activation effect in SOD activity. The Prunus persica extract that exhibited the highest activity was extracted by treatment of Prunus persica powder with methanol at 40℃ for 18 h and the SOD activity was maximum with extract from Lycium chinense extracted with deionized water at 30℃ for 12 h. Elastase inhibitory activity of Morus alba was maximally extracted when it was treated with 70% methanol at 50℃ for 12 h.<br/>

        In semiconductor chip production the quality of a process is measured by its yield, that is, the fraction of printed circuit boards that have no defects. thus we seek a quality control project that addresses the defect device that is a major cause of loss in yield. We show, in this paper, that appropriate solving of quality problem serve construct an experimental design for the test and interprete the resulting data to establish a blade condition. Throughout this study, the suggested optimal condition is performed increasesing yield and the rate of passing device.

        간호대학생의 자아존중감, 자기효능감, 대응방법 및 학업·취업 스트레스에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relation among self-esteem, self-efficacy, coping methods, and the academic and job-seeking stress of nursing students. Data were collected though self-reported questionnaires from 221 nursing students living in D city from 10, September to 30, September in 2002. The data collected were analyzed using mean, S.D., t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe, and Pearson Correlation Coefficients with SAS. The results were as follows: 1. The academic and job-seeking stress of the high self-esteem group was significantly lower than that of the low self-esteem group. The academic and job-seeking stress of the high self-efficacy group was significantly lower than that of the low self-efficacy group. The problem-focus coping of the high self-esteem group was significantly lower than that of the low self-esteem group. The problem-focus coping significantly lower than that of the low self-efficacy group. 2. There was a significant correlation between self-esteem and the academic and job-seeking stress(r=-.30, p=.000). The relation between self-esteem and coping methods revealed significant correlation(r=.18, p=.007). There was a significant correlation between self-efficacy and the academic and job-seeking stress(r=-.36, p=.000). The relation between self-efficacy and coping methods revealed significant correlation(r=.18, p=.006). The results of this study suggest that there is needed education development considering self-esteem and self-efficacy to alleviate the academic and job-seeking stress in nursing students.

        Dietary Effect of Carbohydrates on Amyl Expression in Drosophila melanogaster

        Carbohydrates effect on amylase expression was analyzed in four representative strains among 27 laboratory strains that represent a range of naturally occurring amylase variants of Drosophila melanogaster in Korea. B1, B3, B4 and C6 strains showed different levels of total amylase activity and electrophoretic patterns. Amylase activity was repressed by dietary glucose in a strain-specific manner and this reduced enzyme activity reflects a reduction in the quantity of amylase protein rather than an inhibition of enzyme activity. All four strains had high levels of amylase activity with starch-treated or no-treated media. There were shown higher level of amylase activity and higher inducibility, especially in starch-treated B4. In the strains carrying a duplication of Amy structural gene, two isozyme forms of amylase could be differentially expressed by dietary carbohydrates, which was eminently shown by AMY^1,3 in the electrophoresis pattern. Using competitive RT-PCR, this dietary-dependent activity change was found to be regulated at the transcription level and it suggests that the regulatory systems responsible for the response to environment expression are different among strains of Drosophila melanogaster.

        한국산 노랑초파리의 Adh 염기서열 변이와 유전자 발현의 연관성

        The aquatic fern Azolla is used as a green manure for rice production systems in warm temperate and tropical regions throughout the world. We used lead nitrate in nutrient media to assess the tolerance/response of two Azolla microphylla and Azolla filiculoides to heavy metals. While both species showed negative responses in growth with an increase in lead concentrations, They were distinctly different in their tolerance for higher concentration of the heavy metal. This was apparent in their growth and biochemical characteristics. A. microphylla was more tolerant of the higher concentrations of lead nitrate (25 and 50ppm), whereas A. filiculoides had a higher rate of lead uptake.
