인간 행동 인식은 실 세계에서 다양한 분야에 응용되는 매우 중요한 연구 이다. 그러나 대부분의 연구들이 하나의 카메라를 이용함으로써, 카메라 시점에 종속되고, 인간 행동에서 필연적으로 발생하는 행동의 자기 중첩 현상에 있어서 인식이 취약하다는 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 한계를 극복하고자 Weinland, Ronfard, Boyer가 제안한 Motion History Volume과 이를 기반으로 한 시점에 무관한 특징 추출 기법을 사용하였다. 한 사람이 수행하는 행동 뿐만 아니라 두 사람 사이의 상호작용과 같은 다양한 행동을 인식하기 위해서 기존의 특징에 움직임 정보를 보완할 수 있는 특징을 추가하였고, 행동인식에는 k-means clustering 기법과 Nearest Neighbor 기법을 이용하여 기존의 방법에 비해 좀 더 강인하게 동작하는 3차원 행동 인식 시스템을 개발하였다.

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) virus is the etiological agent of diseases characterized by reproductive losses in sows and respiratory disorders in piglets. The PRRS virus is a small enveloped virus containing a positive-sense, single-stranded RNA genome. In the present study, ORF6 gene of Korean PRRS virus isolate, CNV, was cloned and expressed in baculovirus expression system. The ORF6 gene and expressed protein in the recombinant virus were confirmed by PCR/indirect fluorescence antibody (IFA) test and Western blotting, respectively. The recombinant protein with a molecular weight of approximately 24KDa was confirmed by Western blotting using His6 and PRRS virus-specific antiserum. Expressed ORF6 protein was applied for IFA to detect antibody against PRRS virus using field porcine sera. However, the sensitivity and specificity of developed IFA using expressed ORF6 protein were considerably low compared to those of commercial ELISA kit. This results suggest that IFA using expressed ORF6 protein could not be used as a diagnostic test for PRRS virus infection without further improvements.

Introduction: Although alcohol driving has caused enormous economic and social loss and threatened the safety of human life, the educational system has just been regarded as offering information. We would report temperamental characteristics of person with drink-driving(drinking drivers) for suggesting proper educational data. Method: Forty four drinking drivers who participated in drinking driver educational program has been recruited. The educational program was held every month by Korean Probation & Parole office. For the alcohol dependence group, fifty one patients have been recruited who were admitted with the diagnosis of alcohol dependence by DSM-Ⅳ diagnosis criteria. Control group was forty eight persons who worked in hospital. For the measurement tool, Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test: AUDIT-K, Alcohol Dependence Scale: ADS, Temperament and Character Inventory were used. Result: Harm Avoidance(HA) score had significant difference in three group. And the subscales of harm avoidance(HA1, HA2, HA3, HA4) had also significant difference between three group. In alcohol dependence group, the score was most high. And control group had higher score than drinking driver group. Novel Seeking(NS) score and the subscales(NS1, NS2) had no difference between control group and drinking driver group. There was significant difference in alcohol dependence group compared to these two groups. The subscale NS4 had significant difference in three group and alcohol dependence group had most high score. The subscale NS4 score was higher in drinking driver group than control group. Conclusion: It seems that motivation and education to raise self-efficacy would be more effective for drinking driver, because, generally speaking, they can easily be friendly to other people and strange situations, tend to never get tired easily, and have ability to maintain their own energy without coercion.

GOCI-II 대기보정 알고리즘의 소개 및 초기단계 검증 결과

천리안 해양위성 2호(2nd Geostationary Ocean Color Imager: GOCI-II)는 천리안 해양위성 1호(GOCI)의 후속위성으로 1개의 근자외 채널(380 nm), 8개의 가시광 채널(412, 443, 490, 510, 555, 620, 660, 680 nm), 3개의 근적외 채널(709, 745, 865 nm)의 총 12개 파장대에서 다분광 관측을 하며, 1시간 간격의 시간 해상도로 한반도 주변 동북아 해양, 1일 간격으로 반구(full disk)영역의 해양 환경 자료를 생산한다. 해색 자료처리의 첫 단계로 대기 상층 복사휘도에서 해수표면 반사도를 계산하는 대기보정을 수행하며, GOCI-II의 표준 대기보정은 GOCI 대기보정 방법에 이론적인 기반을 두고 있으며, GOCI-II에 새로 추가된 밴드 중 620, 709 nm를 이용하여 탁도가 높은 해역에서의 대기보정 성능을 향상시켰다. 본 연구에서는 GOCI-II 지상국 시스템에 구현 되어있는 대기보정 알고리즘을 우선 소개하고, 현장 측정 원격반사도 자료를 이용하여 초기단계 검증을 수행하였다. 검증은 1차적으로 대양에서 수집된 현장 자료와의 비교를 통해 수행하였으며 여기서의 대기보정 정확도는 대양 대기보정 정확도 요구범위인 청색 파장대 오차율 5% 이내의 범위를 만족시켰다. 그러나 연안의 해양관측타워에 설치된 무인 관측장비인 AERONET-OC로 수집된 원격반사도 자료를 이용한 추가적인 검증결과에서는 대양과 달리 높은 오차율을 보여주었다. 연안에서의 대기보정 정확도는 추후 추가적인 근적외 파장대 대리교정을 통해 보완이 가능할 것으로 보이며, 지속적인 검보정 활동을 통해 수집된 현장자료들을 이용할 경우 연안뿐 아니라 전체적인 대기보정 성능 향상이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 이후 검보정 활동을 통해 개선된 대기보정은 주기적으로 GOCI-II 지상국 시스템에 반영하여 재처리 및 재 배포를 수행할 예정이다. The 2nd Geostationary Ocean Color Imager (GOCI-II) is the successor to the Geostationary Ocean Color Imager (GOCI), which employs one near-ultraviolet wavelength (380 nm) and eight visible wavelengths (412, 443, 490, 510, 555, 620, 660, 680 nm) and three near-infrared wavelengths (709, 745, 865 nm) to observe the marine environment in Northeast Asia, including the Korean Peninsula. However, the multispectral radiance image observed at satellite altitude includes both the water-leaving radiance and the atmospheric path radiance. Therefore, the atmospheric correction process to estimate the water-leaving radiance without the path radiance is essential for analyzing the ocean environment. This manuscript describes the GOCI-II standard atmospheric correction algorithm and its initial phase validation. The GOCI-II atmospheric correction method is theoretically based on the previous GOCI atmospheric correction, then partially improved for turbid water with the GOCI-II’s two additional bands, i.e., 620 and 709 nm. The match-up showed an acceptable result, with the mean absolute percentage errors are fall within 5% in blue bands. It is supposed that part of the deviation over case-II waters arose from a lack of near-infrared vicarious calibration. We expect the GOCI-II atmospheric correction algorithm to be improved and updated regularly to the GOCI-II data processing system through continuous calibration and validation activities.

입력 영상의 서브블록들 사이의 상관계수에 기반한 고속 프랙탈 부호화

In this paper, we propose a fast fractal coding method based on correlation coefficients of subblocks in input image. In the proposed method, domain pool is selected based on correlation analysis of input image and the isometry transform for each block is chosen based on the IFS method. To investigate the performance of the proposed method. we compared image quality and encoding time with full search PLFS method and Jacquin's PIFS method. Experimental results show that encoding time of the proposed method is reduced dramatically for images size of 512×512 compared with full searh PIFS method and Jacquin's PIFS method. Also the proposed method vields an improvement in PSNR compared with Jacquin's PIFS method.
