In this study, the dynamic characteristics for the wheel-type landing gear system of helicopter have been analyzed. Nonlinear multi-body dynamic models of the landing gear system are constructed and the equations of motion, kinematics and internal forces of shock strut are considered. In addition, flexibility effect of the wheel axle with equivalent beam element is taken into account. General purpose commercial finite code, SAMCEF which includes MECANO module is applied. The results of dynamic simulation for various landing and weight conditions are presented and compared with each other. Based on the results, characteristics of impact dynamic behaviors of the landing gear system are practically investigated.
대안적(代案的) 분쟁해결수단으로서의 환경분쟁조정제도에 대한 검토

Resently, in accordance with increasing complaints about procedures such as high cost, delay of proceedings, inefficiency, the need for an alternative dispute resolution at the environmental dispute related to environmental Pollution is increased. And the effort to utilize the traditional dispute resolution and to develop a new form of dispute resolution is being made, but Coordination, Ruling are applied in the form of legal conflict solution. In other words, this form of alternative dispute resolution as a method for solving daily complicated environmental dispute promptly and fairly through efficient use of professionalism and swiftness of the administrative agents with little costs and an easy-to-use process by administrative council having quasi-judicial dispute settlement. Also, more important and necessary than an agreement is a fundamental solution by precautions. It should be institutionalized that institutional and operational problems that were found in the cource of dealing with he coordination process should be feedbacked to concerned departments and be reflected when policies are established. In the future, promoting should be strengthened so as to proactive conflict resolution system and licensing agencies should exert so residents not to be exposed to pollution damage.

In this study, three-dimensional rotordynamicanalyses have been conducted using equivalent beam, hybrid and full three-dimensional models. The present computational method is based on the general finite element method with rotating gyroscopic effects of rotor systems. General purpose commercial finite element code, SAMCEF (Ver.5.1) which includes practical rotordynamics module with various types of rotor analysis methods and bearing elements is applied. For the purpose of numerical verification, comparison study for a benchmark rotor model with support bearings is performed first. Detailed finite element models for composite roller are constructed and then computational analyses have beenconducted for the realistic three-dimensional rotor system. The results for rotor stability and mass unbalance responses are presented for different rotating speeds.
