기존의 HL7 인터페이스는 서로 다른 버전의 HL7 메시지를 처리하기 위해 버전마다 별도의 패키지 또는 변환 모듈로 개발해야 한다. 본 연구는 HL7 V2.5에 정의된 버전 호환성 요구사항을 기반으로 버전 간 호환 가능한 HL7 파서를 설계하고 개발하였다. 파서의 구조는 객체지향 프로그래밍에서의 상속 개념을 이용하여 하위 버전의 HL7 메시지 요소의 클래스 객체 를 상위 버전의 클래스 객체가 상속하였다. 따라서 HL7 메시지의 버전에 상관없이 상위 클래스 객체만을 사용하여 모든 버전의 HL7 메시지를 처리할 수 있었다. 개발한 파서의 호환성 평가는 700건의 류마티스 입원 환자 데이터를 이용하였으며 성공적으로 테스트를 수행하였다. 향후에는 버전 간 상호 호환 가능한 HL7 파서의 구조에 대한 연구를 지속적으로 할 것이다. The previous HL7 interface should be developed as a separate package or conversion module for each version to process HL7 messages from different versions. This study designed and developed an HL7 parser compatible among different versions based on the requirements of compatibility defined in HL7 V2.5. According to the structure of the parser, the inheritance concept in object-oriented programming was adopted so that the class object of the HL7 message from the lower version could be inherited to the class object of the upper version. Therefore, every version’s HL7 messages could be processed using only the upper class’ object regardless of the version. To evaluate the compatibility of the developed parser, 700 data sets about inpatients with rheumatoid arthritis were used. The 700 cases underwent the compatibility test successfully. In the near future, further research on the Inter-compatibility HL7 parser is planned.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the 2nd most common cause of cancer related death in Korea and well-known malignancy with poor prognosis. Sorafenib is the first-line molecular targeted agent in patients with extra-hepatic spread of HCC. However, complete response is extremely rare in patients treated with sorafenib and the disease control rate is only 43%. We report a 53-year-old man with advanced HCC with pulmonary metastasis who showed complete response by cytotoxic chemotherapy with doxorubicin and cisplatin with relatively tolerable adverse effects after failure of treatment with sorafenib. 최적화된 건강관리를 위한 표준 프로토콜 기반 헬스케어 서비스 개발

The purpose of this study is to develop a healthcare service based on standard protocol and information communication technology for mother’s sustainable postpartum care. The developed service was consisted of a client area where mothers measure, manage and transmit their vital signs using their own smartphone and personal health devices, and a server area that manages and shares with the received mother’s vital signs and the results of examination results and personal health records. The client area collects vital signs through the IEEE 11073 Personal Health Device (PHD) using the m-health application of the previous study and Continua Health alliance certified personal health devices and transfers to Health Level Seven (HL7) V2.4, Continuity of Care Record (CCR) and Continuity of Care Document (CCD). The server area consists of a mobile web that manages and shares the HL7 Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR)-compliant personal health records to ensure interoperability of examination results, and a mobile web where the postpartum caregiver enters and manages the results of the mother’s examination results and provides it to the mother. In this way, the healthcare service of this study securing continued exchanges between the mother and postpartum caregiver improves the quality of life of the mother not only to satisfy the needs of the mother who was discharged but also through self-management and postpartum. In the future, we will conduct a study applying mothers and postpartum caregiver after approval of a clinical trail at a university hospital to evaluate developed healthcare services.
보건관리자의 사업장 보건관리 웹 시스템 이용 영향 요인

본 연구의 목적은 보건관리자가 근로자 건강관리 모니터링, 건강상담 기록 및 관리, 건강진단 결과 관리, 건강증진지도 지원 및 건강통계 등의 서비스를 지원하는 웹 시스템에 대한 이용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 근로자들의 건강을 적극적으로 보호하고 효과적으로 근로 환경을 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 정보기술수용을 설명하는 통합기술수용이론(UTAUT, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology)에 인지된 위험을 변수로 추가하여 전국 316명의 보건관리자를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 일반적 특성을 분석하기 위해 빈도분석을 실시하고, 측정 도구의 신뢰도 및 타당성을 분석하기 위해 신뢰도 분석과 요인분석을 하였다. 주요 변수 간 상관관계를 살펴보기 위해 상관관계 분석을 실시한 후 가설 검증을 위한 다중 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 인지된 위험, 사회적 영향, 성과 기대, 촉진 조건, 노력 기대에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위한 다중 회귀 분석 결과 노력 기대를 제외하고 회귀모형은 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다(F = 44.027, p < 0.001). 향후 저자들은 결과를 반영한 웹 시스템을 개발하여 효과를 검증할 것이다. This study was undertaken to develop a system for health managers to actively protect the health of workers and effectively manage the working environment. Factors influencing the behavioral intention to use the web system that supports services including worker health management monitoring, health consultation records and management, health examination result management, health promotion guidance support, and health statistics were analyzed. We conducted a survey of 316 health managers nationwide by adding perceived risk as a variable to the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), which explains information technology acceptance. Correlation analysis was applied to examine the association between major variables, followed by multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis. To verify the effect on perceived risk, social impact average, performance expectation, facilitation condition, and effort expectation, the regression analysis model was statistically significant when excluding the effort expectation (F = 44.027, p < 0.001). In the future, we propose to develop a web system reflecting the results, and verify its effectiveness.

The heat sink in LED chips has been a major challenge for high-power LED module design. Elevated chip temperatures cause adverse effects on LED performance, lifetime, and color. An insulated metal substrate (IMS) is the commonly used substrate and has good thermal performance and low cost. This study used an aluminum IMS with good heat radiation efficiency to solve these problems. The most traditional IMS technique is electrochemical anodization. There are various methods to form electrical conductors on anodized aluminum. In this study, the anodization process was performed on an aluminum substrate using a phosphoric acid electrolyte to form the AAO layer. This investigation confirmed that electroless Ni-P plating for seed layers could be used to substitute for the Cu-sputtering process. Our evaluation of the reliability of the different thicknesses of aluminium anodic oxidation and the electro-plated Cu electrode revealed that the maximum peel strength was 1.6 kgf/cm and it was obtained at an anodizing time of 1000 minutes. The TCT, the solder shock test and the solderability test showed that the substrates were not delaminated.

고도의 정보가 집약되고 응용되기 시작하면서 정보를 표현하고자 하는 방법에 대한 연구는 더욱 절실히 요구되고 있다. 자연색에 가까운 고품질의 색상의 화면을 제공하기 위해 디스플레이의 무게와 크기, 전력소모 등의 많은 부분에 대해 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 모든 기능을 충족시켜주는 차세대 디스플레이인 OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode)에 대한 구동 드라이브를 디지털 회로에 응용하고자 정확한 동작에 필요한 방법에 대해 소개하고 개선점에 대한 연구를 하였다. Now days, people live in information age, thus, we are required methods to use and apply information to our lives more effective. There is a lot of research going on weight, size, and power consumption to provide high quality display close to full color. In this paper, I’ll discuss the methods of precise and the need of improvements of driving circuit, to apply driving circuit to digital circuit of OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode), which satisfies all functions mentioned above.
