      • 케미컬 프리스트레스를 도입한 콘크리트의 강도발현 특성 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the properties of concrete with the kinds and addition of expansive dditives. 2 kinds of expansive additives produced in our country and 0, 10, 20, 30, 40% of ratio of addition rate are selected for this experiment. According to experimental results, flow, slump and air rate of concrete with expansive additives is nearly same with its of plain concrete and compressive strength, tensile strength of concrete with expansive additives at 28 days is higher than that of plain concrete. Therefore, The expansion concrete is able to manufactured so it consumes by restricted effects.

        『西遊記』의 沙悟淨 人物 形象 硏究

        『西遊記』是中國四大“奇書”之一, 西遊故事家喩戶曉。 但西遊人物中, 唐僧、 孫悟空、 猪八戒雖人口皆碑, 沙僧却鮮爲人知, 也少有人硏究。 大槪因爲他是一個默默無聞的人。 本論文試圖綜合論者們以往的硏究成果, 首先理出沙僧人物形象變遷的的來龍去脈, 然後再分析他的性格特點, 最後再考察他的溫厚中和的“土性”。 經硏究發見, 沙和尙這一人物形象雖孕育於《大唐三藏取經詩話》, 實萌生於玄장弟子慧立與彦悰所撰《大慈恩寺三藏法師傳》中八百裏沙漠裏的大神。 經過一飜演化的過程之後, 這長達八百裏的沙河終成百回本《西遊記》中的“鵝毛飄不起”的流沙河, 而高達數丈的大神, 則似一變而成《取經詩話》第八章中的深沙神。 在這裏, 沙神以惡煞的模樣幇助西行求法的玄장。 到了元末明初楊景賢的《西遊記》雜劇, 沙僧的面貌就更加淸晳了。 該劇中的沙和尙原是玉皇殿前捲簾大將, 只因“帶酒思凡”, 而被罰在流沙河, “推沙受罪”。 他在流沙河爲怪傷人, 自稱是個不服天地管轄的水妖, 曾經九度吃過唐僧, 고루還掛在발項上。 《西遊記》寫沙僧來曆, 實取資於此。 在世本《西遊記》中, 沙僧原是個又凶又醜的流沙河妖。 後來歸依佛門, 成爲旣不爲名, 又不爲利, 心無二念, 忠於厥職, 淡泊寧靜, 但求正果西天的佛弟子。 說到沙僧的性格特征, 大槪有四點。 一是任勞任怨, 踏實肯幹。 二是勇於斗戰, 毫不退縮。 三是寡言少語, 謹愼沈穩。 四是自覺向善, 但求正果。 入佛門以後, 向善信佛、 功成複職成爲沙僧的自覺追求。 因而他能泰然自若地直面九九八十一難。 小說《西遊記》循“五行”之說, 以“五衆配五行”。 沙僧配“土”, 唐僧配“水”, 悟空配“金”, 八戒配“木”, 白龍馬配“火”。 “土”在五行裏居中, 在相克關系中有中和、 調劑之性。 沙僧正是這樣, 他在師徒五衆中起著中和生克, 協調五行的作用。 對唐僧的尊敬、 體貼, 對大師兄悟空的關懷、 服膺, 對二師兄八戒的理解、 體諒, 正顯出他的團結性與協調性。 沙僧與白龍馬更沒有什마糾葛與不諧。 蓋因其五行屬土, 作者便有意以“土”喩之, 不只謂其是個“晦氣色검”的和尙, 還將其性情寫成像“土”一樣的中和, 像地氣一樣的吐溫, 而執著於默默中作出奉獻。 綜上所述, 沙僧是一個默默無聞的人, 却是一個閃耀光輝人性的人, 每個時代都需要的無名英雄, 甚至世世代代都不可或缺的有良知的善良的人, 這就是我們今天仍要硏究他、 了解他的意義。

      • 팽창콘크리트를 사용한 CFT의 케미컬 프리스트레스 도입 효과 연구

        The Purpose of this is properties of CFT filled with expansion concrete. CFT(concrete filled tube) is the structure that circle shape steel column filled with concrete. 3 kinds of expansive additives and variation of replacement rate. we changed expansive additive from 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% of ratio of addition rate are selected for this experiment. Merits of CFT are concrete internal force rising influenced by steel shape restriction, reinforcing the local buckling, excellent resistance to transformation. Generally, High rise building using CFT utilize the high strength and fluidity concrete for packing the tube inside. As the result a steel tube charged expensive concrete has stiffness 1.5times more than a steel tube not charged concrete. Increase of resisting power about compressive stress by binding expansion of expansive concrete affects strength increase and softness.

        팽창재 종류 및 치환율에 따른 시멘트 페이스트의 레올로지 특성

        To improve concrete tensile strength and bending strength, New plan that have more economical and simple manufacture process is groped. By an alternative plan, chemical pre-stressed concrete is presented. In this study, we analyzed the rheological properties of cement paste with the kind and replacement ratio of k-type CSA type expansive additives that is used mainly in domestic. and we suggested that the algorism of a mixing plan in the chemical pre-stressed concrete and from this, we presented the basic report for the right mixing plan.From the results, Flow increased more or less according to use of expansive additives. This phenomenon was observed by increasing paste amount that shows as substitution for expansive additives that specific gravity is smaller than that of cement. As linear regression a result supposing paste that mix expansive additives by Bingham plastic fluid, The shear rate and shear stress expressed high interrelationship. therefore, flow analysis of quantitative was available. The plastic viscosity following to replacement ratio of expansive additives is no change almost, the yield value is decreased in proportion to the added amount of expansive additives. Through this experiment, we could evaluate rheological properties of cement paste using the expansive additives. Hereafter by an additional experiment, we must confirm stability assessment of material separation by using the aggregate with the kind and replacement ratio of expansive additives.

        팽창 모르터의 구속효과에 따른 강도 발현 특성에 관한 연구

        In order to present a database for development and commercialization of chemical prestress mortar or concrete, executed mortar's properties that change kind of expansive additives and the rate of substitution. This is what we were able to conclude: (1) Flow increased more or less according to use of expansive additives. This phenomenon was observed by increasing paste amount that shows as substitution for expansive additives that specific gravity is smaller than that of cement. (2) Compressive strength that uses expansive additives are higher or resemblant level than that of plain mortar in restrained circumstances. This could know that chemical prestress is introduced on mortar interior by binding mortar's expansive ability. (3) The mortar that manufacture binding expansive ability expressed higher tensile strength than plain mortar in all conditions, A-K expansive additives of tensile strength improvement effect were most superior. (4) Bending strength as experiment result expressed higher strength more than plain mortar in all conditions except for B-K expansive additive.

According to experimental results, flow of cement mortar with expansive additives is nearly same with flow of plain mortar and compressive strength, tensile strength, bend strength of cement mortar with expansive additives at 28 days is higher than that of plain mortar.
