As port transport system consists of subsystems such as navigation system, cargo handling system, storage system, inland transport system, and Management and Information system, the productivity of this system is determined by the minimum level of subsystem. From the viewpoint of elaborating the efficiency of integrated system, it is valuable to determine the optimal level of harbour tug boat which is the most important factor of navigation system. This paper treats the optimal amount of harbour tug boat by simulation, and applied to Pusan port. In the course of simulation, an emperical formula is introduced for determining the Horse Power (HP) of tug boat by the ship's gross tonnage (G/T) refering to the cases of various ports of other countries, that is ; $Y=9.96X^{0.6}+569$. X : The gross tonnage of vessel (G/T). Y : The Horse Power (HP) of tug boat. The results of the simulation are summarized as follows ; 1) In 1987, three or four low-powered harbour tug boats, five mid-powered harbour tug boats and four high-powered harbour tug boats are necessary in the mean level. But, five or seven low-powered harbour tug boats, ten mid-powered harbour tug boats and eight high-powered harbour tug boats are necessary lest delay should occur at all. 2) In 1992, 1lee or four low-powered harbour tug boats, six mid-powered harbour tug boats and seven high-powered harbour tug boats are estimated and be necessary in the mean level.

지진에 관한 지반가속도 기록이나 동적실험에서 계측된 가속도 기록에는, 가속도계의 응답특성, A/D변환기의 성능 및 수치화 과정, 그리고 기록계의 특성 등으로 여러 가지 오차가 포함된다. 이들 오차들은 데이터 해석이나 동적해석시 왜곡된 결과를 유발시킨다. 본 연구에서는 가속도 기록에 포함된 오차를 효율적으로 보정하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 오차보정방법은 다음과 같이 4단계로 나뉘어 진행된다; 1) 보간법을 이용하여 보정에 적절한 데이터를 만든다, 2) 저주파와 고주파 성분이 주를 이루는 수치화 오차를 band-pass필터를 이용하여 제거한다, 3) 가속도계의 특성으로 인한 오차들을 보정한다, 4) 보정된 기록을 적분하여 속도와 변위를 얻는다. 현재 band-pass 필터로는 FIR필터나 IIR필터가 주로 이용되고 있는 데 초기데이터의 왜곡, 위상의 변화, 계산량의 과다와 같은 문제점들을 가지고 있다. 제안된 오차보정방법은 이들 필터의 여러 문제점을 개선하였으며, Fourier 변환의 특성을 이용하여 미분과 적분을 수행함으로써 가속도계의 특성으로 인한 오차의 보정과 속도 및 변위 계산의 정확성을 높였다. In general, the accelerogram of earthquake ground motion or the accelerogram obtained from dynamic tests contain various errors. In these errors of the accelerograms, there are instrumental errors(magnitude and phase distortion) due to the response characteristics of accelerometer and the digitizing error concentrated in low and high frequency components and random errors. Then, these errors may be detrimental to the results of data processing and dynamic analysis. An efficient method which can correct the errors of the accelerogram is proposed in this study. The correction of errors can be accomplished through four steps as followes ; 1) using an interpolation method a data form appropriate to the error correction is prepared, 2) low and high frequency errors of the accelerogram are removed by band-pass filter between prescribed frequency limits, 3) instrumental errors are corrected using dynamic equilibrium equation of the accelerometer, 4) velocity and displacement are obtained by integrating corrected accelerogram. Presently, infinite impulse response(IIR) filter and finite impulse response (FIR) filter are generally used as band-pass filter. In the proposed error correction procedure, the deficiencies of FIR filter and IIR filter are reduced and, using the properties of the differentiation and the integration of Fourier transform, the accuracy of instrument correction and integration is improved.

소비수단의 변화와 사이버공간의 소비문화 이해 -맥도날드화에서 디즈니화의 사회로-

프랜차이즈 형태의 패스트 푸드점과 커피점이 늘어가고 있고, 사이버공간의 인터넷 쇼핑몰은 계속 팽창하고 있어 소비문화에 대한 새로운 이해가 필요하게 되었다. 근대성의 합리화를 기반으로 하는 맥도날드화는 바로 프랜차이즈 맥도날드에서 비롯된 것이다. 소비수단은 소비자의 소비를 가능하게 하는 장소이다. 맥도날드의 출현은 소비를 가능하게 하는 새로운 소비수단의 등장이었다. 이러한 소비수단은 근대성의 원리를 담고 있으면서 맥도날드의 기본원칙을 만들어 내었다. 그것이 기반하고 있는 것은 합리성이었다. 그러나 소비수단이 장소적 의미를 벗어나 인터넷 혹은 TV홈쇼핑과 같은 미디어를 이용한 소비가 가능해지면서 맥도날드화에 맞춘 소비형태로는 오늘날의 소비문화를 이해하기 어렵게 된다. 다양화된 소비수단으로 인해 소비의 경계가 무너지게 된 것이다. 특정한 소비 품목만을 판매하는 소비장소에서 벗어나 이벤트와 소비를 함께 묶는 새로운 테마화를 통한 소비가 일어난다. 이러한 형태의 소비를 하이브리드 소비라 하며 이를 디즈니화의 사회로 특징지을 수 있다. 디즈니화의 사회는 테마화된 장소에서 하이브리드 소비를 가능하게 하는 조건을 갖는다. 맥도날드화가 생산중심의 소비였다면 디즈니화의 사회는 소비중심의 소비로서 소비자중심의 세계이다. 이러한 디즈니화의 소비는 사이버공간의 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 잘 드러나고 있다. 사이버공간은 생산중심적인 소비가 아니라 소비중심적인의 소비를 가능하게 한다. 또한 사이버공간이라는 소비수단 자체가 탈물질적일 뿐만 아니라 이미지와 상징이 소비재로 가능해지면서 비물질적인 소비가 주목을 받게 된다. 사이버공간에서 유혹을 위한 상황조작은 소비수단의 변화를 통해 수월해진다. 상황조작은 바로 현실세계의 테마화와 같은 것이다. 이러한 환경에 따라 사이버공간의 소비문화는 맥도날드화보다 디즈니화의 원리 속에서 이해하는 것이 더 적절하게 보인다. In recent decades, many franchise shops have opened in our society. A fast-food shop like McDonald is typical of franchise and reflects aspects of modernity based on rationality Max Weber insisted. Modernity is closely related to the McDonaldization of society, which is concerned with the diffusion of the principles associated with the fast-food restaurant. McDonaldization is frequently accused of creating a world of homogeneity and sameness. We wonder if this phenomenon of McDonaldization would happen in cyberspace. To do this, it is useful to explore Bryman`s notion of Disneyization paralleled with McDonaldization. So this paper tries to explore the aspects of consumption in Disneyization as well as McDonalication to understand cyberspace. In essence, Disneyization is about consumption of consumer while McDonaldizaion about consumption of producer. Furthermore, consumption and, in particular, increasing the inclination to consume, is Disneyization`s driving force. The cyberspace is also the place of consumption to represent the spread of principles exemplified by the Disney theme parks. Accordingly, the consumption in cyberspace is closer to that of Disneyization rather than McDonaldization.

FEM을 이용한 Micro-Electromagnetic Clutch 토크와 응답시간해석

본 논문에서는 유한요소법을 활용하여 소형전자기클러치(micro-electromagnetic clutch)에서 발생하는 마찰토크와 응답시간을 해석하였다. 소형전자기클러치의 설계변경과 최적화를 위하여 전자석클러치에서 자기장에 의하여 발생하는 전달토크와 응답시간을 정확하게 예측 할 것이 요구된다. 해석을 위하여 전자기장 이론을 기반으로 소형전자기클러치의 축대칭 모델을 구성하고 실제 재료 물성치를 대입하여 토크와 응답시간을 해석하고 유한요소 해석결과의 정확성을 검증하기 위하여 실험결과와 비교하였다. 토크와 응답시간의 해석결과는 실험데이터와 거의 일치하다는 것을 통하여 해석적 방법으로 토크와 응답시간을 예측할 수 있음을 확인 할 수 있다. This study tries to analyzes the torque and engaging time generated in a micro-electromagnetic clutch by using FEM. For the purpose of design change and optimization of the micro-electromagnetic clutch, the torque prediction is very important. We employ a mathematical approach based on the electromagnetic principle. For torque prediction, real material properties are substituted to the constructed axi-symmetric FEM model to obtain the analytical torque and engaging time. The predicted torque and engaging time are compared with those obtained by experiments to discuss the validity of torque and engaging time analysis. The analytical results agrees well with experimental data, therefore explaining the validity of the torque and engaging time prediction method.
