      • Super Rudder(Woo) 조선법의 신기술개발에 관한 연구

        The new flexible controlling method integrated with some existing maneuvers of reducing a great head way during approaching a pilot station or anchor berth, namely , Super Rudder (Woo) controlling method originally was developed. The conclusions of this paper are drawn. 1) Super Rudder (Woo) controlling method has the shortest distance along base course and distance off base course among all reducing maneuvers including Rudder Cycling. 2) This new method is flexibly adjustable to a range of yaw angles 5-35 degrees either ship's side depending on traffic situations, 3) This new method is versatile controlling maneuver enabling shipandlers to reduce or stop a ship's headway and to adjust the proper courses to a pilot station or anchor berth.

        In harbour the practical shiphandlers should have a expert knowledge of systematically reducing head-way and keeping ship's positions to the final position with confidence and under control. But now in the practical approaches we do not have any special maneuvers of controlling the ship effi-ciently regarding the headway and approaches except some existing reduction of speeds according to the Weight-to-Power Ratio, use of astern power and Rudder Cycling. Consequently this study put Woo's Super Rudder Controlling originally developed by Captain Woo, Ph. D. to practical use as a special maneuvers in the port approaches. The conclusions of this paper are drawn as follows : 1) Optimum standard and desirable controls in combination of three engine speeds with three yaw ang-les were proposed for the practical shiphandlers, 2) According to simulation of the pilotships the Super advances are 10.5 ship lengths for Full full full maneuvers, and 7.9 ship lengths for Full half maneuvers approximately, 3) Approach maneuvers to anchorages by trying Woo's Super Rudder Controlling saved about 30% of total standby time in comparison with the existing Weight-to-Power Ratio maneuvers in the Pusan and Kwang Yang ports.

      • 우 어프로치를 이용한 VLCC의 SBM 어프로치조선에 관하여

        The practical shiphandlers, such as ship's captain, pilot and mooring master, in charge of the SBM app-roaches and mooring operations of loaded VLCC should have a highly advanced shiphandling skills because of taking advantage of the wind and current from ahead without assistance of big tugboats. But now except some approaching skills in the vicinity of SBM buoy or waiting anchorage we do not have an optimal controlled approaching maneuvers in the entire course of port approaches. Consequently this study presents the optimal SBM approaches to the practical shiphandlers of VLCC and puts to use with effect in the practical operations. The conclusions of this simulation study are as follows : 1) The optimal SBM approaches in combination of Woo's Approach and a large change of heading were presented for the practical shiphandlers, 2) According to simulation of the pilotship the angle of a large change of heading for reducing headway is more than 70 degrees approximately. 3) Applied this optimal approaches to the SBM operations of simulated Port of Ulsan and confirmed the control of ship and the economy of port approaches time.

        정보통신망의 효율적 보안관리를 위한 비즈니스 프로세스 기반의 자산평가모델 및 방법론에 관한 연구

        정보통신망의 보안관리나 위험분석시 정형화된 자산분석ㆍ평가는 필수적이지만, 기존의 위험분석 방법론 및 도구에는 자산의 분규체계만 다수 제시되어 있을 뿐 구체적인 자산파악 및 가치평가방법은 알려져 있지 않다. 또한, 기존의 자산분류체계는 주로 정보자산이 아닌 일반적인 위험평가를 위한 것이므로, 정보통신망의 정보자산에 대한 분류체계 및 자산가치 평가방법으로는 부적합하다. 특히, 자산평가시의 평가자의 주관성 문제를 해결하는 구체적인 방법이 제시되어있지 못하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해, 정형화된 자산평가모델의 정의, 새로운 자산분류스키마, 업무처리(BP)와 자산을 고려한 2차원적 자산업무분류스키마, 다양한 정량가치와 정성가치의 평가방법을 제시하고 특히 무형자산 평가시의 평가자의 주관성 문제의 단점을 보완할 수 있는 베타분포형 델파이 방법은 제안하고자 한다. It is essential suity management and standardized asset analysis for telecommunication networks, however existing risk analysis methods and tools are not enough to give shape of the method to evaluate value and asset. they only support asset classification schemes. Moreover, since the existing asset classification schemes are to evaluate comprehensive general risk, they are not appropriate for being applied telecommunication networks and they can´t offer any solutions to an evaluator´s subjectivity problem. In this paper, to solve these problems, we introduce the standardized definition of asset evaluation model new asset classification scheme, two-dimensional asset process classification scheme to consider business process and asset, various evaluation standards for quantitative value and qualitative evaluation. To settle an valuator´s subjectivity problem, we proposed $\beta$-distribution Delphi method.

      • 해외사례 고찰을 통한 한국형 궤도관리 시스템 개발 방향

        At this current, KORAIL track maintenance system has been worked with the method of corrective maintenance which is repaired some location exceeded the track management criteria as a result of track measurement. It brings about a lot of additional expenses that the corrective maintenance might be a way of missing an appropriate maintenance time, after occurring some trouble on the track due to track maintenance characteristic. We sincerely need a track maintenance system including the concept of preventive maintenance that track is corrected with predicting the trend of track irregularity. I would like to present a development direction for Korea track maintenance system having a good application in our track with analyzing TRAMS21 and RAMSYS as overseas railway company has operated a track maintenance system.

      • 레일용접부 요철 제거의 국부연마 효과 분석

        Rail is one of major track components for train service, it should be provided in the condition of flat and smooth driving aspect. Therefore, it is inevitable that there would be the field welding to integrate on CWR(Continuous Welded Rail) removing rail joint in these days. It is high chance to be some rail surface irregularity due to the limitation on the status of work condition If a high speed train runs on the rail surface irregularity in the welding part, big impact load comes to pass on that, so track irregularity cycle is reduced, therefore track maintenance cost can be increased. this paper has analyzed wheel load variation according to removing the rail surface irregularity using portable grinding machine in the high speed line. The result measured before and after in the field is decreased about 9.26% on the wheel load variation.

      • 레일용접부 요철과 궤도틀림 상관관계 분석

        궤도 구성품의 3대 요소인 레일은 열차 주행 시 평탄하고 매끄러운 주행면을 제공하는 것이 사명이며 이를 위해 이음매를 없애고 용접에 의한 장대레일화가 대세이다. 레일용접은 시공성능이 개선되고 있지만 재질이 다른 금속과 접합되어 있고, 또한 열변성부의 존재로 인해 기본적으로 요철은 존재한다. 경부 고속선은 플래시버트 용접으로 300m(25m×12) 레일을 만들고 이를 특수화차로 현장에 옮겨 궤도부설 후 다시 300m 마다 테르미트 용접으로 현장 시공하여 전구간을 끊어짐 없는 레일로 선로가 부설되었다. 경부고속선에 적용된 2종류의 용접 중 테르미트 용접은 작업공정이 단순하고 이동이 쉬워 현장에서 주로 사용되고 있지만 작업여건상 기지에서 시공되는 플래시버트 용접에 비해 품질이 다소 떨어진다. 열차를 직접 지지하고 주행 안정성을 확보해야 하는 레일은 다양한 요인에 의해 파상마모, 표면박리, 헤드체크(Head check) 등 각종 결함이 생겨날 수 있으며, 특히 고속선의 경우 고속열차 운행 시 와류현상에 따른 도상자갈(콩자갈) 비산으로 레일흠집이 자주 발생한다. 이에 주기적인 점검을 통한 신속한 대응이 필요하다. 반면 용접부 요철은 시공상의 정밀도가 떨어져 발생하는 게 대부분이며 반복적인 차륜(열차 하중)의 접촉으로 궤도틀림 진전에 악영향을 미친다. 레일면이 평탄하지 않은 요철부 위를 열차가 고속으로 운행될 경우 큰 충격량이 발생하여 궤도틀림 주기가 단축되어 유지보수비용을 증대시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 현장측정을 통하여 레일용접부 요철상태가 궤도틀림진전에 미치는 영향을 평가하고자 한다. KTX trains which began passenger service between Seoul and Busan in April 2004 have gained very high evaluation for their safe operation. Track is one of the most important means to keep KTX safety, it has not been a fail of safe structure. The track failure during operation may lead to a severe accident. So, it is to be verified the confidence of track maintenance management on the high speed line. This paper would like to find a track deformation trend through a comparative analysis on actual measurement data at these times. It discusses the effect of cyclic dynamic load at welding part. KTX dynamic impact load was measured in accordance with a rail surface irregularity and analyzed some track irregularities according to the condition of rail profile at welding part in the Gyeongbu high speed line.

        Rail is one of major track components for train service, it should be provided in the condition of flat and smooth driving aspect. Therefore, it is general tendency that most of modern tracks are adopted CWR(Continuous Welded Rail) removing rail joint in these days. It is basically existed some rail surface irregularity due to existing the part of transmutation heated and other metal materials is bonded. Rail surface defects may be occurred a variety of factors. Especially, when the train runs on the high speed line, rail defects is often occurred by the ballast scattering under swirl and wind pressure. It is called a ballast imprint. If a high speed train runs on the rail surface irregularity in the welding part, big impact load comes to pass on that, so track irregularity cycle is reduced, therefore track maintenance cost can be increased. this paper has analyzed wheel load variation according to the condition of rail surface irregularity through the field measurement in the high speed line.
