        LVQ를 이용한 무선 센서 네트워크의 실내 위치 인식

        본 논문에서는 LVQ(Learning Vector Quantization) 네트워크를 이용한 수신 신호 세기(Received Signal Strength Indication) 기반 실내 위치인식 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안한 방식의 유용성을 확인하기 위하여 실험을 수행하였고, 일반적인 삼각측량 방법과 비교하였다. 실험실을 40개의 영역으로 나누고 6개의 고정 노드를 설치하였다. 무선 채널의 대수-정규 경로 손실 모델을 구성하고, 수신 신호 강도를 거리로 변환하였다. 변환한 정보를 LVQ의 입력으로 사용하였다. LVQ 네트워크의 학습을 위해 영역의 인덱스를 목표값으로 설정하였다. 실험을 통해서 최적의 서브클래스 개수를 결정하였고, LVQ 네트워크의 훈련을 통해서는 96%, 테스트를 통해서는 91%의 성능을 확인하였다. This paper proposed indoor location recognition method based on RSSI(received signal strength indication) using the LVQ network. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, we performed experiments, and then compared to the conventional triangularity measurement method. In the experiments, we set up the system to the laboratory, divided the 40 section, and installed 6 nodes as a reference node. We obtained the log-normal path loss model of wireless channels, RSSI converted into the distance. The distance values used as the input of LVQ. To learn the LVQ network, we set the target values as section indices. In the experiments, we determined the optimal number of subclass, and confirmed that the success rate of training phase was 96%, test phase was 91%.

        P/M Fecralloy 성형체의 고온산화 및 전기저항 안정성에 미치는 SiO<sub>2</sub> 첨가 효과

        A metallic oxide layer of a heat-resistant element contributes to the high-temperature oxidation resistance by delaying the oxidation and has a positive effect on the increase in electrical resistivity. In this study, green compacts of Fecralloy powder mixed with amorphous and crystalline silica are oxidized at $950^{\circ}C$ for up to 210 h in order to evaluate the effect of metal oxide on the oxidation and electrical resistivity. The weight change ratio increases as per a parabolic law, and the increase is larger than that observed for Fecralloy owing to the formation of Fe-Si, Fe-Cr composite oxide, and $Al_2O_3$ upon the addition of Si oxide. Si oxides promote the formation of $Al_2O_3$ and Cr oxide at the grain boundary, and obstruct neck formation and the growth of Fecralloy particles to ensure stable electrical resistivity.

        도데실기를 함유한 제4급 암모늄염의 합성과 감량촉진제로서의 응용

        Some weight loss accelerating agents. dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride(DTAC), dodechltrimethylammonium chloride(PDBAC), and 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1-benzyl-2-undecylimidazolinium chloride(AEUIC), were synthesized. As a result of weight loss treatment of the weight loss accelerating agents with NaOH to PET fiber, the increase of weight loss was the order of PDBAC > DDBAC > DTAC > DTAB > AEUIC. Among the weight loss accelerating agents, AEUIC hardly showed weight loss effect, and it was separated into two layer in the NaOH solution at the treatment concentration above 6g/L, but POBAC showed good weight loss effect of 21% that approach almost to a theoretical weight loss, 21.6%, at the concentration above 8g/L.

        스마트폰을 통한 대국민커뮤니케이션 수용성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 스마트폰 이용자들을 대상으로 스마트폰이 정부정책을 국민들에게 전달할 수 있는 수단으로 상정하고 그 가능성을 검토하였다. 그 결과를 간략하게 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트폰의 서비스품질인 이동성은 스마트폰을 활용한 정부정책 전달에 대한 태도에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 개인적합성은 정부정책 전달에 대한 인식도나 유용성에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 스마트폰 유용성은 정부정책 전달에 대한 유용성에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 스마트폰의 시스템품질인 사용용이성은 정부정책 전달에 대한 인식도에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 보안성은 정부정책 전달에 대한 인식도와 유용성, 그리고 태도에 부적 영향을 미쳤다. 서비스연결성은 정부정책 전달에 대한 인식도에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스마트폰을 활용한 정부정책 전달에 대한 유용성 및 태도는 스마트폰을 활용한 정부정책 전달에 대한 수용의도에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study was to examined the acceptance of communication for people through smart phone focused users of smart phone. The results were as follows. First, smart phone's mobility influenced positively on attitude toward the transmission of government policy. smart phone's personal appropriateness influenced positively on awareness toward the transmission of government policy and usefulness toward the transmission of government policy. And smart phone's usefulness influenced positively on usefulness toward the transmission of government policy. Second, smart phone's ease of use influenced positively on awareness toward the transmission of government policy. smart phone's security influenced negatively on awareness, usefulness, attitude toward the transmission of government policy. smart phone's connectivity influenced positively on awareness toward the transmission of government policy. Third, usefulness and attitude toward the transmission of government policy through smart phone influenced positively on acceptance intention.

        톳(Hizikia fusiforme)과 모자판(Sargassum fulvellum) 에탄올 및 물 추출물의 아질산염 소거작용

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the nitrite scavenging activity of the ethanol and water extracts obtained from Hizikia fusiforme and Sargassum fulvelum using sodium nitrite under different pH conditions. The nitrite scavenging activity was appeared in all the extracts examined and it showed the highest value at pH 1.2 The ethanol extract of Hizikia fusiforme provided higher activity than the water extract of that. Ohterwise, the nitrite scavenging activity of Sargassum fulvelum ethanol extract was similar to that Sargassum fulvelum water extract. There was significant difference among concentration of extracts Hizikia fusiforme and Sargassum fulvelum. Also, nitrite scavenging activity of the extracts Hizikia fusiforme and Sargassum fulvelum decreased with higher pH condition. In addition, the activity was increaed with higher concentration of extracts Hizikia fusiforme and Sargassum fulvelum in the course of reaction time 30 minute to 3 hour.

      • GC/MS와 data system을 이용한 한국산 향끽미종 잎담배의 정유성분 분석

        Essential oil components were isolated from Korean aromatic tobaccos by using a simultaneous distillation and extraction apparatus. The essential oils were analyzed by GC/M S and date system. Forty-two volatile components were identified on the basis of their mass spectra. Determination of contents of essential oil components from Hyangcho and Sohyang was achieved by pseudo-multiple ion selection (Ml S) technique. Varietal differences were detected from the quantitative comparison of the MIS data.

      • A Correlation between Oxygen Radical-Induced Mutations and DNA Adducts Formation in Salmonella typhimurium

        산소라디칼에 의한 8-OH-dG의 형성으로 반영된 DNA의 산화손상이 돌연변이, 발암 및 노화의 주요원인으로 추정되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 산소라디칼 발생물질로 처리된 살모넬라균의 DNA에서의 8-OH-dG의 형성을 최근 개발된 HPLC-EC 방법으로 우선 동정하였다. 산소라디칼을 발생시키는 물질들의 처리에 의해 살모넬라 TA100, TA102에서 8-OH-dG가 형성됨을 확인되었다. 동일한 처리에 의한 돌연변이 활성을 Ames test로 측정한 결과 reversion 부위에 GC 염기쌍을 가진 TA100에서 돌연변이 정도가 증가함을 확인함으로서 8-OH-dG가 돌연변이 유발 부위일 가능성이 제기되었다. 한편, reversion 자리에 AT 염기상을 가진 TA102에서도 돌연변이가 유발됨을 확인함으로서 8-OH-dG외의 염기 손상도 산소라디칼에 의한 돌연변이에 관여함을 추정되었다. 또한 oxyR gene이 결여된 변이주의 결과로부터도 산소라디칼에 의한 DNA 손상과 돌연변이 유발간의 상관관계가 추정되었다. Oxidative damage to DNA, refected in the formation of 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OH-dG), may be important in mutagenesis, carcinogenesis and aging process. We have applied a recently developed high-performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection (HPC-EC) method for 8-OH-dG adducts to assess their formation in DNA from Salmonella typhimurium exposed to chemical oxidants. 8-OH-dG adducts in DNA were formed in Salmonella tester strains, TA100 and TA102, under the treatment with prooxidants such as hydrogen peroxide and t-butyl hydroperoxide, which can produce oxygen free radicals. Using the liquid pre-incubation assay, oxidant-induced mutations were also found in TA100 and TA102. A correlation between the prooxidant-induced 8-OH-dG formation and mutations in TA100, which contains GC base pairs at the site of reversion,suggests that the 8-OH-dG adduct may be a potentially mutagenic lesion. That mutations were also seen in TA102 which contains AT base pairs at the site of reversion, suggesting that adducts of bases other than deoxyguanosine may also be important in the mutagenic ability of prooxidants. The result with TA4117 $(oxyR^+)$ and TA4119 $(oxy{\Delta})$, oxyR gene-deficient mutant, also suggests that there may be a correlation between active oxygen-induced mutations and DNA adducts formation.

        무인 항공기 탑재용 Ku대역 안테나에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we proposed a Ku-band antenna that can be mounted on UAV. A proposed antenna structure has small size and light weight. It is considered long distance communication environment(LOS) and equipped UAV. Proposed antenna is designed $16{\times}2$ aperture coupled microstrip patch array antenna for high gain characteristics. In the measurement results, VSWR is less than 1.5 and the gain is over 21dBi in the bandwidth. Mechanical specifications of antenna assembly are ${\phi}250{\times}200mm$ of size and 3kg of weight.

      • Active Site Functional Residues of Urokinase as a Plasminogen Activator

        In order to elucidate the mechanism of the urokinase- induced plasminogen activetion, catalytically active functional groups which involved in the active site of urokinase molecule were investigated by a series of kinetic and chemical modification experiments. Inhibition study with several lysine and arginine derivatives indicates there involves hydrophobic interaction between urokinase and plasminogen molecules. 6-Amino hexanoic acid shows an exceptional high degree inhibition. The results from a set of pH-activity profiles and several chamical modification experiments suggest there involve at lease one serine hydroxyl moiety and one histidine imidazole group in the active site of the activator urokinase for the catalytic conversion of plaminogen into plasmin. Based on the results obtained, a minimal three step mechanism of the UK-induced plasminogen activation process was proposed as a working model. Urokinase에 의한 plasminogen 활성화 반응은 urokinase-plasminogen 복합체인 acyl-중간체를 경유하는 것으로 믿어지며, urokinase 분자내 활성화 부위 작용기로서는 histidine imidazole 잔기와 serine hydroxyl가 각각 염기성 및 천핵성 촉매제로서 작용, plasminogen의 활성화 반응에 참여될 수 있음을 pH 변화에 따른 반응 속도론적 실험과 착용기에 대한 화학적 불활성화 실험을 통하여 입증할 수 있었다. 아울러 본 연구결과를 토대로 하여 urokinase에 의하여 유도되는 plasminogen 활성화 반응에 대한 3단계 반응 메카니즘도 구상 검토해 보았다.
