Transportation by railroad is superior to other transport in a mass transport, stability, rapid transit, delightfulness and low-pollution etc. But, it need to ensure a track stability that supports the train-load for high-speed in transportation by railroad. Ballast resistance force resists against the buckling of track taking a rail-tie's place. So, it plays an important role in a careful train-service. So, in this papers, we forced on measuring and theorizing about the Ballast Resistance Force that play a key role in track stability and high-speed. And we studied the mechanical property. Finally, we suggested the method of securing Ballast Resistance Force and the report for a careful train-service in high-speed.

The cost of maintenance is increasing. because of concrete structure‘s performance degradation. About repair and strengthening worker's question investigation result. The many people was sympathizing about necessity of certification system for repair and strengthening technology. For a repair and strengthening technologies quality, to develop the guide for a certification system is necessary. And the research presented the operation plan of certification system for repair and strengthening technology.

Strength and Durability of reinforced concrete exposed at deteriorated environment are decreased by cover spalling and corrosion of reinforcement. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate capacity of strengthening axial member using cementitious materials. To investigate the capacity of strengthened axial member, behavior and strength of strengthening specimens were compared with a monolithic basic specimen. Cementitious materials was prepared with silica fume, zeolite, polymer as cement modifier. From the result of this experiment, strengthening specimens using polymer-modified mortar have apparrent strengthening capacity because of good flexural strength and tensile strength.

Due to the variety of construction materials and repair and strengthening methods for the existing structures, there is no unified standard to be applied. In order to resolve the aforementioned problem, in this paper, a study on certification system for repair and strengthening technology was carried out. A survey of supervisors and contractors was conducted to investigate the problems of repair and strengthening techniques. Based on the repair and strengthening techniques widely used, certification of repair and strengthening techniques was determined. Through the determined certification of techniques and survey, requirement for the certification and estimating method were proposed.

Except In long-span bridges, these decks are usually made of reinforced concrete. for no other material has a better combination of low cost. However, In long-span bridges, reinforced concrete decks are vulnerable to deteriaration and fatigue. In Korea, there are all 21,117 (highway Of road)bridges, and Girder bridges which are equipped bridge decks reaches Its 30%. And also 95% of bridge decks are made of reinforced concrete. So recently, interests about steel-concrete composite deck for bridge are getting higher. Beyond many previous studys about steel-concrete composite bridge deck, optimized sections are decided for 2 types. In tins study, optimized steel-concrete composite decks for PSC girder bridges were experimented for flexural strength. And this paper presents the result of a study on flexural strength of optimized steel-concrete composite deck for PSC girder bridge. A total SIX optimized steel-concrete copmposite budge decks were constructed, tested The response of the decks in terms of deflections, strains and modes of failure were examined
