      • 금속평판에서의 젖음성 향상을 위한 파라미터 연구

        The purpose of this study is to improve the wettability of the metal plate surface by analyzing the parameters that affect the wettability. Experiments were conducted to observe the behavior of the wettability and the parameters were selected as presence of absence of coating, interval of distribution hall, and surface attachment. Compared with non-coated surface, it was found that water stream was stable and the width of water stream was about 4 times wider. Although the interval of distribution hall did not affect increasing wettability of the surface, surface attachment to disturb the water stream worked over 3 rows, and all the surface was wetted. These results are expected to enhance heat transfer including surface condensation.

        음성 인식과 텍스트 확장 알고리즘을 이용한 인물 성향 분석에 관한 연구 - 영화 내 주연 배우의 성향 중심으로

        다양한 사람들의 인물 성향을 분석하기 위해서는 종합 검사, 성격 및 지능검사 등 정밀 분석이 필요하지만, 검사자의 개인정보보호 문제, 검사 문항에 관한 저작권법 등의 인물 성향 분석을 위한 데이터 부족 문제로 인해 대체할 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 영화나 드라마 속 등장하는 등장인물들의 경험, 대사 등을 통해 인물의 성격을 분석하는 연구를 수행하였다. 영화에서 음성데이터를 추출한 뒤, Google Cloud Speech-To-Text API를 사용하여 영화에 대한 대사 정보를 도출하였으며, IBM Watson Personality Insights를 통해 성격 특성 정보 백분위를 도출하였다. 하지만 분석 결과에 대한 신뢰성 부족, 충분하지 않은 대사 정보 등을 보완하기 위해 텍스트 확장 기법을 사용하여 실험을 진행하였으며, 텍스트 확장 전과 후의 실험 결과를 비교하였을 때, 125개의 항목 중, 102개 항목의 성능이 향상되어 총 81.6% 성능 향상이 됐음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 영화나 드라마 속 등장하는 등장인물의 대사를 통한 인물의 성격 분석이 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 연구에서는 본 논문에서 수행하였던 음성인식에 대한 성능, 데이터 정제작업 등을 보완하기 위한 연구와 텍스트 확장에 적합한 하이퍼 파라미터, 기술적 성능 향상을 위한 연구를 수행하고자 한다. In order to analyze the character disposition of various people, precise analysis such as a comprehensive test, personality and intelligence test is required. However, there is a need for an alternative method due to the lack of data for analyzing character propensity, such as the personal information protection problem of the participant and the copyright law on inspection items. In this paper, a study was conducted to analyze the character"s personality through the experiences and lines of characters appearing in movies or dramas. After extracting the speech data from the movie, the dialogue information for the movie was derived using the Google Cloud Speech-To-Text API, and the personality characteristic information percentile was derived through IBM Watson Personality Insights. In order to compensate for the lack of reliability of the analysis results and insufficient dialogue information, the experiment was conducted using the text augmentation technique. When comparing the experimental results before and after the text augmentation, the performance of 102 items out of 125 items It was confirmed that the performance improved by 81.6%. Through this, it was confirmed that it is possible to analyze the character"s personality through the dialogue of the characters appearing in the movie or drama. In future research, we intend to carry out research to complement speech recognition performance and data refining work performed in this paper, hyperparameters suitable for text augmentation, and research to improve technical performance.

        This study is aimed at analyzing the impact of surface attachments and the water distribution structure on the wettability. The experimental device is designed to distribute water on a single vertical plate to observe surface water film. The water distribution structure, flow rate and surface attachment were set as experimental parameters. The relationship between the distribution structure and the wettability was established by observing the water film according to each distribution interval. The effect of installing attachments for each flow rate was understood by comparing the change in the water film according to number of surface attachments increasing the water supply flow rate. As a result, the wettability was improved by increasing the flow rate and the number of attachments.

        韓 · 日 水産分野 技術變化 形態 比較硏究

        This paper is to analyze the technological change patterns in Fishery areas of Korea and Japan, and to find out whether change patterns of these two countries are similar or identical due to the geographical closeness as well as historical, industrial and technological ties. To analyze the patterns this study uses the Weibull growth curve model on selected six fishery technology areas and further applies the reduced and full models in order to test an identical change pattern of two countries. This study draws a conclusion that the Weibull model perfectly fits to six areas based on the statistical significance test and suggests future studies should consider using the Weibull model as well as Gompertz model for a technology assessment task. The study also concludes that there would be significant possibilities of being identical or similar between two countries in most fishery technological change patterns with only time lag difference. Based on the result of the study, the statistical test suggests that there could be I denticalness in five areas such as resource cultivation, fishery structural facets, seedling production, diagnosis, and precaution and treatment technologies. These findings may be due to the same characteristics of each technology. The study also finds out that fishery food processing and distribution technology area is significantly different between Korea and Japan due to their own systematic and cultural difference of this area industry and market in each country. The study suggests that further study should put more efforts on finding unique and independent characteristics and differences in each technology area and applying a proper growth fitting model such as Weibull, Gompertz and others respectively.

        The CRISPR system has revolutionized gene editing field. Cas9-mediated gene editing such as Indel induction or HDR enable targeted gene disruption or precise correction of mutation. Moreover, CRISPR-based new editing tools have been developed such as base editors. In this review, we focus on gene editing in human pluripotent stem cells, which is principal technique for gene correction therapy and disease modeling. Pluripotent stem cell-specific drug YM155 enabled selection of target gene-edited pluripotent stem cells. Also, we discussed base editing for treatment of congenital retina disease. Adenine base editor delivery as RNP form provide an approach for genetic disease treatment with safe and precise in vivo gene correction.

        성장곡선 모형 적용을 통한 기술수준평가 사례 연구: 특정 수산과학기술 분야를 중심으로

        The purpose of this paper is to discuss possibilities of applying growth curve models, such as Logistic, Log-Logistic, Log-Normal, Gompertz and Weibull, to three specific technology areas of Fishery Science and Technology in the process of measuring their technology level between Korea and countries with the state-of-the art level. Technology areas of hazard control of organism, environment restoration, and fish cluster detect were selected for this study. Expert panel survey was conducted to construct relevant panel data for years of 2013, 2016, and a future time of approaching the theoretical maximum technology level. The size of data was 70, 70 and 40 respectively. First finding is that estimation of shape and location parameters of each model was statistically significant, and lack-of-fit test using estimated parameters was statistically rejected for each model, meaning all models were good enough to apply for measuring technology levels. Second, three models other than Pearl and Gompertz seemed very appropriate to apply despite the fact that previous case studies have used only Gompertz and Pearl. This study suggests that Weibull model would be a very valid candidate for the purpose. Third, fish cluster detect technology level is relatively higher for both Korea and a country with the stateof- the-art among three areas as of 2013. However, all three areas seem to be approaching their limits(highest technology level point) until 2020 for countries with the state-of-the-art. This implies that Korea might have to speed up her research activities in order to catch up them prior to 2020. Final suggestion is that future study may better apply various and more appropriate models respectively considering each technology characteristics and other factors.

        성장곡선 모형을 활용한 일본 등 최고기술보유국과 한국 기술수준평가에 관한 비교연구

        This paper introduces a new approach method on science and technology level assessment by using growth curve model concept. It may make readers possible to understand in dynamic analysis approach since growth model is rooted on the historical and empirical development of measuring biological growth pattern of plants, animals and viruses, etc. The paper used Gompertz and Weibull models and compared both models or which model might be better fitting. The Gompertz growth curve model has been the only and popular one used to analyze general technology level assessment in Korea for the last ten years since Bark(2007). There has been some arguments about possibility of other substitute model for the matter including Weibull model. Kim and Bark(2015) introduced the Weibull growth curve model to measure the technology level assessment of some fishery areas. This study tries widening its usage for more general scope of technology areas by introducing the result of fishery and construction engineering areas, which are relatively compared in terms of technology characteristics of its own. The study draws possible conclusion to see whether both Gompertz and Weibull models better represent growth pattern of biological oriented ones or which one better fits. Adding to that, the paper tries to see whether science and technology growth patterns of these two concerned areas are similar or identical with time lag between Korea and countries with the state-of-the art including Japan.

        영상 보정을 이용한 인물 인식 고도화에 대한 연구

        최근 스마트시티 구축과 관련 기술들의 중요성이 높아지면서 사회구성원을 보호하고 범죄를 예방할 수 있는 기술 연구들이 많이 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트시티에 활용이 가능한 어둡고 보이지 않는 CCTV 영상에서 인물들을 인식하고 그들의 행동 패턴을 효율적으로 분석하기 위하여 영화 영상을 기반으로 조도개선을 통한 인물인식 고도화 방법을 제안하였다. 이는 기존의 영상 인물 인식에서 보다 높은 성능을 나타냈으며, 향후 이를 스마트시티에서 이상행동 인식 및 범죄자 인식을 통해 범죄발생에 대한 적극적 대응과 함께 아동보호 및 인식등과 같은 분야에서도 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. With the recent advancements in smart city construction and related technologies, many potential research studies have been conducted to protect members of society and prevent crimes. Thus, in this paper, a method of upgrading person recognition through light improvement based on movie is proposed in order to recognize person in dark and invisible CCTV images. Our proposed technique can be utilized in smart cities to analyze an individual’s patterns of behavior efficiently even in dark scenarios. Our experimental results demonstrated higher performance in the existing image character recognition and is expected to be utilized in areas such as child protection and awareness. The proposed technique can also be employed for active response to criminal scene occurrences through the recognition of abnormal behavior and the recognition of offenders in the future.
