사회연결망분석을 활용한 범죄피해자 보호 협력단체간의 관계

이 연구는 한국 경찰의 범죄피해자 보호에 있어서 협력단체간의 협력 현황을 살펴보는 것이다. 경찰청은 2015년 3월 13일에 국민건강보험공단, 교통안전공단, (사)손해보험협회, (사)한국피해자지원협회 등 유관기관과 범죄피해자 보호를 위한 MOU체결을 하였다. 또한, 경찰조직창설 70주년인 작년을 ‘범죄피해자 보호 원년의 해’로 선포하면서 실질적인 피해자 보호 업무가 가능하도록 통합적인 지원체계를 갖추기 위해 관심이 집중되고 있다고 할 수 있다.협력네트워크는 통합적인 지원시스템으로서 지역사회의 한정된 자원을 가지고 효과적으로 피해자를 지원하기 위한 협력체계를 구축하는 것이다. 따라서 범죄피해자 보호 및 지원에 관한 유관단체들을 촘촘히 연계한 연결망을 구축하고, 이를 통해 범죄피해자의 욕구를 정확히 파악하고, 신속•다양한 전문적인 지원서비스를 제공할 수 있어야 한다.범죄피해자 지원제도에 있어 협력네트워크를 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 협력체계를 구축하는데 있어 필요한 요소들이 충분히 검토되어야 한다.이에 이 연구에서는 우선적으로 경찰을 비롯한 범죄피해자 보호 협력단체간의 협력관계에 대하여 실증적으로 살펴보았다. The study will check the cooperation between the partners in the police protection of victims of crime Korea. The National Police Agency, National Health Insurance Corp, Korea Transportation Safety Authority, such as insurance Association of Crime Victims Support Association, and to protect crime victims and related organizations, on March 13, 2015, to sign a MOU. In addition, it can be said that the police organization founded 70anniversary of last year and declared the “Year of the first year of protection for crime victims“ practical work is to protect victims and to focus attention to equip an integrated support system available .Cooperation networks are integrated effectively with limited resources in the community as a support system to establish a cooperation to support the victims. Therefore victim protection and support, about establishing a network, establishing relevant organizations, through which crime victims accurately perceive and desire, should be able to provide a variety of specialized support services and quickly. Victim assistance effectively in order to use cooperation network in the necessary elements for building a cooperative system should be considered enough. In this study, we examined empirically with respect to cooperation between crime victim Partnerships priority, including the police.

Synthesis of Tungsten Diselenide based on Self-Limiting Layer Synthesis

A process for the self-limited layer synthesis (SLS) of WSe₂ on SiO₂ substrates has been developed that provides systematic layer number controllability with micrometer-scale (>90 %) and wafer-scale (~8 cm) uniformity suitable electronic and optoelectronic device applications. This was confirmed by the fabrication and testing of a WSe2 back-gated field effect transistor (FET) using Pd (30 nm) as the contact metal, which exhibited p-type behavior with an on/off ratio of ~106 and a field-effect hole mobility of 2.2 cm2/Vs value, which was higher than has been reported for WSe2-based FETs produced by conventional chemical vapor deposition. On the basis of these results, it is proposed that the SLS method is universally applicable to a range of device applications.

자동차용 Wheel Bearing의 Brinell 해석

Brinell phenomenon observed on wheel bearing of vehicle represents the dent generated on raceway due to rotating balls. In this paper, numerical analysis is performed to analyze the Brinelling by using finite element method. Commercial software of MARC is used and plastic and contact analysis are carried out to compute the behavior of the raceways and balls. In order to get the accurate stress-strain relationship, tensile test is performed. To verify the reliability of this study, the depth of Brinell is measured by experiment and compared with computational analysis results.
