1982년 일본 교과서 왜곡 파동 이후 한국에서도 일본의 역사교육 및 사회과 교육에 대한 관심이 높아졌다. 그러나 지금까지의 연구는 교과서 검정제도와 검정정책에만 집중됨으로써 전체 교과서 제도를 통한 일본의 교육 통제 메커니즘을 파악하지는 못했다. 일본의 교육 통제 정책은 학습지도요령의 개정과 교과서 검정제도의 강화뿐만 아니라 발행·편집·검정·채택 등 교과서 제도 전반을 통해 이루어지고 있다. 즉 교과서 발행을 특정한 회사에 한정하고, 검정제도에 의거해 교육내용에 개입하며, 교육위원회로 채택권을 집중시켜 교과서에 대한 국가의 교육 통제를 강화하고 있는 것이다. 따라서 일본은 민간 회사에서 교과서를 발행하는 검정제도를 유지하면서도 실질적으로는 국정 교과서와 다름없는 교과서를 만들고 있으며, 비록 여러 종류의 교과서를 발행하고 있기는 하지만 그 내용상에 있어서는 결코 다양한 교과서가 발행되고있지 않는 것이다. 일본 교과서 제도의 예는 검정제도 하에서도 국정 교과서와 다름없는 교육 통제가 가능하다는 것을 말해 준다. 이러한 검정제도의 단점을 보완하기 위해 민간 주도의 검정을 실시하거나, 학습지도요령의 법적 구속력을 배제시키는 것, 실질적 교과서 채택권을 교사에게 주는 것 등이 제기되고 있다. 이러한 일본 교육의 시사점은 한국에도 미간 주도의 검정에 대한 검토와 적용의 필요성을 제시해 준다고 하겠다. This article deals with the changes of the national curriculum and the textbook authorization system in postwar Japan, especially about the course of Japanese social studies. With this study, I examined the education control policy in Japan through the system of publication, editing, authorization and adoption. Furthermore I examined what the right way of the textbook authorization system in Korea is. We can see Japanese education control policy through the textbook authorization system which has little difference with government authorization. Japanese government strengthen the control over the textbook by limiting the textbook company, intervening in the education contents and centralizing the right of choice on the Japanese educational committee. Therefore, even though Japanese government use private companies to make the textbook, they have the same efficiency as they run a national textbook company. This shows us education control is possible even under the textbook authorization system. This fact presents the necessity of examination and application of non-governmental leading textbook authorization system in Korea.

We demonstrate a novel wavelength -division add/drop multiplexer employing fiber bragg gratings and polarization beam splitters. the multiplexer is easy to fbricate without any special technique such as UV trimming, and yet shows very stable performance with less than 0.3-dB crosstalk power penalty in a 0.8-nm-spaced, 2.5Gbps-per-channel WDM transmission system. We find that the rejection of adjacent channels is more than -6dB, and the signal leakage through output port is less than -34dB.

Industry has been straining after improvement of product development system Particularly, it has concentrated in constructing the infra in the management helds such as development, supply, customer relationship, and business administration As a result, industry employed the expert solutions in the various held such as PDM, ERP, SCM, CRM, EDM, etc, they obtained the outstanding outcome in the first step However, as the market needs various products and the life-cycle of the products is getting shorter, industry sees that the market set the limit for companies to cope with the change of the environment Herein, the most critical issue is how to integrate the work-flow among the expert infra to speed up the corporate strategic business process In order to overcome this limit, we would like to suggest a PLM (Product Life-cycle Management) for semiconductor device R&D. The PLM is constructed by combining EAI / BPM / Portal technologies. It is considered as a very efficient system optimizing R&D process based on MDC(Market Driven Change) Furthermore, we were able to promote collaboration and knowledge management in the R&D part.<br/> We are going to talk about how to access PLM to realize it in industry and to overcome some constraints in existing IT infrastructure.
