노인요양병원의 서비스품질방침이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

This study intended to confirm factors such as service quality policy, job satisfaction, organization commitment and turnover from employee working at silver care hospital, and investigate causal relationship among them, also, offer implications to help hospital manager operate human resource. The result of study is as follows. First, service quality policy was finally extracted to three factors such as managing system, empowerment and compensation. Second, service quality policy has a partial effect on job satisfaction and organization commitment. In detail, managing system has an effect on job satisfaction and organization commitment, and employee compensation has an effect on organization commitment. Third, job satisfaction has an effect on organization commitment, and job satisfaction has an effects on turnover respectively and positively. But organization commitment didn`t have an effect on turnover. This study has some limitations and needs additional study in future.

친정아버지의 가치관의 변화를 통해 본 소박맞은 딸의 재교육과 그 의미-<정승 딸을 며느리로 맞은 시아버지> 이야기를 중심으로

<정승 딸을 며느리로 맞은 시아버지>에서는 무남독녀 외동딸을 둔 정승 아버지가 딸을 시집보내지만, 딸이 밥을 짓지 못한다는 이유로 시댁에서 소박을 맞고 친정으로 돌아온다. 이후 정승은 딸을 재교육시켜 시댁으로 돌려보내고 정승 딸은 시아버지의 밥 짓기 시험에 통과하여 잘 살았다는 내용이다. 본고에서는 이야기에 나타난 딸의 소박 문제를 통해 아버지의 양육방식과 딸의 소박과의 연관성을 살피어 소박의 원인을 파악하면서 시아버지의 소박의 의도를 살펴보았다. 먼저 딸의 소박은 친정아버지의 가치관과 양육방식과 연관이 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 다음으로 정승 딸의 소박은 아버지의 가치관과 사고방식의 변화를 불러왔다. 이를 통해 딸 역시 여성의 역할과 사회화 과정을 새롭게 배우며 한 층 더 성장하게 되는 계기를 맞는다. 다음으로 시아버지의 며느리 소박의 그 이면에는 정승과 정승 딸을 성장시키려고 한 의도를 지닌다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 시아버지는 정승 딸에게 소박을 줌으로써 정승이 딸에게 재교육을 시키도록 유도하며 기존의 인식과 가치관의 전환을 맞게 하였다. 이는 정승이 몸종보다 일을 더 잘하는 사위의 모습을 보며 자신이 딸자식을 잘못 교육시켰다고 깨닫는 데서 비롯된다. 또한 정승 딸의 공간 변화 변화에 주목하였다. 딸의 공간 변화는 크게 ‘딸의 혼인-딸의 소박’을 중심으로 변화된다. 딸의 공간의 변화에 따라 이야기의 사건 역시 변하게 되는데, 이를 통해 인물의 인식의 변화 지점을 포착할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 정승 딸이 어떻게 다시 시댁이라는 사회로 편입되는지 살피고, 밥 짓기 시험의 내포된 의미에서 시아버지가 중요하게 생각했던 점이 무엇인지 알 수 있었다. 시아버지는 여성의 교육, 리더십, 노동관 등을 중요하게 생각하는 사람으로 정승 아버지 보다 근대화적인 가치관을 가진 사람임을 알 수 있었다. 이와 동시에 정승이 변하게 된 것에는 이러한 시아버지의 영향이 결정적인 역할을 하였다. 정승 역시 시아버지의 가치관을 인정하였기에 딸에게 몸종이 하는 노동을 시키며 기존의 가치관에서 탈피한 모습을 보여주었다. 그리고 그것이 딸의 교육으로 이어질 수 있었다. 이를 통해 딸은 비로소 딸에서 며느리, 그리고 아내의 역할 등을 수행하게 되었으며, 그제야 며느리로 인정받는다. < A father-in-law who takes Jung Seung's daughter as his daughter-in-law > is the story of a father wit has ingle mother's only daughter sending her daughter to marry― but the daughter of Jung Seung returns to her parents' house. In this article, I investigate the relationship between the father's parenting style and the daughter's simplicity through the simple problem of the daughter that is shown in the story. The dawn of her daughter has brought about changes in her father's values and attitude. Through this, her daughter also learns new roles and the socialization process of women. The father-in-law gave Jung Seung simple things to induce Jung Seung to re-educate her daughter. His motivation for this comes from realizing that Jung Seung misrepresents his daughter's behavior by watching her son-in-law, who is better at doing things than his elders. As a result, his father changes his values by acknowledging the culture of his family in order to return his daughter to his family’s home. This confirms that the change in the father leads to the daughter's education, and this leads her to perform her daughter-in-law and wife roles. These outcomes show that Jung Seung's daughter returns to her family's house and passes her retirement. She is recognized as a daughter-in-law. There is a change of space in Jung Seung’s daughter in the story. Her spatial changes are largely centered around the marriage of the daughter-the daughter' s simplicity. As the space of the daughter changes, the events of the stories change as well, so that the point of change of a person 's perception is captured. When we look at the spatial changes in Jung Seung’s daughter, she looks at how her young daughter has been recruited into a society called in-laws.

노인요양병원의 서비스품질방침이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 대구․경북지역의 노인요양병원에 근무하는 종사자들을 대상으로 타당성 있는 서비스품질방침, 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도의 구성개념을 확인하고, 이들 간의 인과관계를 고찰하여 노인요양병원의 관리자에게 효과적인 인적자원의 관리를 도모할 수 있는 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스품질방침은 노인요양병원의 종사원을 대상으로 한 본 연구에서는 서비스품질관리시스템, 권한위임, 종업원보상의 3개 요인으로 요약되었다. 둘째, 서비스품질방침은 직무만족과 조직몰입에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 서비스품질관리시스템은 직무만족과 조직몰입에, 종업원보상은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 직무만족은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 방향으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 직무만족은 이직의도에 부(-)의 방향으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 조직몰입은 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 몇 가지 한계점을 가지며 향후에 추가적인 연구가 필요하다. 일부 유치원 교실 내 실내공기오염물질의 기준초과비 조사에 관한 연구

This study was to investigate distribution characteristics for air pollutants and to assess probability of health effect for children in kindergartens from August, 2006 to January, 2007. The mean concentrations for standards of maintenance in kindergartens were 91.5 ㎍/㎥ for PM₁?, 1,185 ppm for CO₂, 69.3㎍/㎥ for formaldehyde, 174 CFU/㎥ for TBC and 0.41 ppm for CO, respectively. For NO₂, Rn, TVOC, and O₃, the mean concentrations in kindergartens were 29.40 ppb, 1.51 pCi/ℓ, 257.3 ㎍/㎥, and 3.74 ppb, respectively. The I/O ratio of every air pollutants exceeded ""1"" except for O₃. In results of calculated safety factor to assess probability of health effect for children by air pollutants in kindergartens, safety factor for CO₂ was 1.2 for fixed point. It means that children have probability of health effect caused by CO₂. In cases of Monte-Carlo analysis, safety factor for PM₁? was 1.0 and safety factor for CO₂ was 1.2.

생물학의 주된 목적이 세포 안에서의 유전자의 기능을 알아내는 것이므로 유전자의 실제 기능을 담당하는 단백질에 대한 연구는 필연적인 것이다. 근래에 이르러 2DE 등의 실험방법 개선 등으로 대량의 단백질에 대한 연구가 실현화 됨에 따라, 프로트오믹스(proteomics)의 연구가 활성화되었으며, 본 실험팀 역시 식물 애기장대의 돌연변이들을 이용한 프로티오믹스 연구를 진행중이다. 프로티오믹스 연구는 실험 특성상 대량의 단백질 정보들을 얻게 되므로 데이터의 수작업 분석이 불가능하다. 그리하여 우리는 식물 애기장대(arabidopsis)의 특성과 2DE 실험에서 파생되는 여러 데이터들을 반영하여 정보를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 데이터베이스를 설계 구축하였으며, 나아가 각 표현형을 대표할 수 있는 표지 단백질을 선별해내는 분석모듈을 구현하였다.
