        다중 분류 시스템을 이용한 가전기기 식별 알고리즘

        Real-time energy monitoring systems is a demand-response system which is reported to be effective in saving energy up to 12%. Real-time energy monitoring system is commonly composed of smart-plugs which sense how much electrical power is consumed and IHD(In-Home Display device) which displays power consumption patterns. Even though the monitoring system is effective, users should themselves match which smart plus is connected to which appliance. In order to make the matching work to be automatic, the monitoring system need to have appliance identification algorithm, and some works have made under the name of NILM(Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring). This paper proposed an algorithm which utilizes multiple classifiers to improve accuracy of appliance identification. The algorithm proposes to understand each classifiers performance, that is, when a classifier make a result how much the result is reliable, and utilize it in choosing the final result among result candidates from many classifiers. By using the proposed algorithm this paper make 4.5% of improved accuracy with respect to using single best classifier, and 2.9% of improved accuracy with respect to other method using multiple classifiers, so called CDM(Commitee Decision Mechanism) method.

        Purpose: First introduced by Buncke and Rose in 1979, the neurovascular partial $2^{nd}$ toe pulp free tissue transfer has been attempted to reconstruct posttraumatic finger tip injuries. Although some surgeons prefer other reconstructive methods such as skin graft and local flap, we chose the partial $2^{nd}$ toe pulp flap owing to its many advantages. We report three successful surgical cases in which the patients had undergone this particular method of reconstruction. Methods: We retrospectively examined three cases of fingertip injury patients due to mechanical injury. Bone exposure was seen in all three cases, All had undergone partial toe pulp free flap for soft tissue defect coverage. Results: All flaps survived without any complications such as partial necrosis, hematoma or dehiscence. Although tingling sensation has returned in both cases, two-point discrimination has not returned yet. Currently no patient is complaining of any pain which gradually improved during their course of recuperation. All stitches were removed on postoperative 2 weeks. Patients are satisfied with the final surgical result and there are no signs of any edema or hematoma. Conclusion: The homodigital reconstruction of finger tip injury using the partial $2^{nd}$ toe pulp flap has numerous advantages compared to other reconstructive modalities such as its resistance to wear and tear and in that it provides a non-slip palmar digital surface. However it requires microsurgery which may not be preferred by surgeons. Advanced age of the patient can be a relative contraindication to this approach since atheromatous plaque from the donor toe can compromise flap circulation after surgery. We report three successful cases which patient age was considered appropriate. Further investigation with a larger number of cases and long term follow-up is deemed necessary.

        박판을 이용한 Z-굽힘 가공의 전개 길이에 관한 연구

        The bending process of a press die is to bend a flat blank to the required angle. There are V-bending, U-bending, Z-bending, O-bending etc. for bending processing, and the basic principle of calculating the unfolding length of die processing is used as the neutral plane length. Since the constant of the length value of the neutral surface is different depending on the type of bending, it is impossible to accurately calculate it. In particular, Z-bending processing is performed twice, and it is set on the upper and lower surfaces of the blank, and bending processing occurs at the same time as the upward and downward bending, and the elongation of the material occurs and the material increases. It is not possible to check with the calculated value, and it occurs in many cases where the mold is modified after start-up. This study aims to minimize die modification by developing a formula to calculate the development length of Z-bend.

        납 대체물질 차폐성능 비교평가

        Was to produce a new shield the light that is based on the silicon in consideration of the harmfulness of the lead apron is used during the inspection at the Department of Radiology present study. The shielding material comprising a variety of compounds, and to provide a basis for the development of new shielding material. Silicone mixture was prepared by mixing 07 kinds of silicone compound for hardening compared to the shielding performance evaluation tests. Digital diagnostic X-ray was studied the reliability of the generator over the line X-ray and the line reproducibility evaluation. To yield a compound that is used by the dose value transmission tube voltage is fixed at 110 kVp and the tube current 20 mAs,. 40 mAs, 80 mAs, 100 mAs, the result obtained by 200 mAs to be varied in order to measure 10 times. Reproducibility of the X-ray output and the linearity of the measurement results, the results of diagnostic digital X-ray showed both linear to suit the criteria of the CV value generator. 110 kVp fixed, in comparison to the dose according to the mAs value of each element by the atomic weight is lower resulting change in the value of the dose showed a significant difference was highly statistically significant. However, there was no change in dose value corresponding to the atomic mass or less in atomic weight of 14.64. In about 110 kVp fixed, according to the mAs change each element by comparing the transmittance showed high transmittance of the lower atomic weight. Digital diagnostic X-ray generator, and the reproducibility of the results of evaluation were as deviating from the allowable range of the coefficient of variation not more than 0.05, respectively (CV) are all. Results were also evaluated the linear fit to the standard of less than 0.1. 110 kVp fixed, the elements according to the mAs value by the dose change of NaCl was the highest dose value is the value of the lowest dose of lead was found. The results showed dose value of the lead other than the barium lowest. Also, in general the lower the atomic weight was higher dose value. 110 kVp fixed, each of the elements by the transmittance due to changes in mAs was the highest permeability of the low permeability silicon showed the lead. Also, in general the lower the atomic weight was high transmittance.

        최근 전기 구동 시스템을 갖춘 친환경적인 하이브리드 자동차 혹은 전기 자동차에 대한 관심이 늘고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비교적 구조가 간단한 자전거에 쉽게 적용될 수 있는 BLDC 모터를 기준으로, 전기자전거 주행 상황에 있어서의 슈퍼커패시터를 이용한 회생 에너지 제어에 대하여 언급한다. 회생 에너지를 최대한 슈퍼캐패시터에 전달할 수 있는 제어 방법을 제시하고 이를 컴퓨터 모의 실험을 통해 확인한다.

        Fat Suppression에 대한 fast spin echo fat saturation와 IDEAL - FSE 기법의 유용성 비교 연구

        This study is intended to implement images using fast spin echo fat saturation and IDEAL techniques as the fat suppression of reducing fat signal phase artifact caused by chemical shift phenomena on the boundary interface between water and fat, and the consecutive qualitative analysis was carried out in order to compare the availabilities of those imaging techniques. The comparison was conducted by applying the fast spin echo (FSE) T2 weighted pulse sequence and IDEAL techniques to the test. 1.5 Tesla MR scanner (Signa HDxt, GE, USA) and 16 channel CTL coil were employed in the test as the MR imaging devices. For image point, FSE technique was applied to gain images as follows: TR as 2617 / 4250 ms, TE as 85 / 110 ms, Matrix as 320 × 192 / 320 × 224, ETL as 22 / 24, FOV as 330 ㎜, and slice thickness as 40 mm. For those by IDEAL technique, the image implantation was carried out under the following conditions: TR as 4250 ms, TE as 110 ms, FOV as 330 ㎜, Slice thickness as 40, Matrix as 320 × 224, ETL as 24, Band width as 62.50 ㎐, and NEX as 2. As the qualitative analysis method, the signal to noise ratio and the contrast to noise ratio were obtained from the areas of interest in each group, and the values among each group were comparatively analyzed to determine the higher availabilities between the fast spin echo fat saturation and IDEAL-FSE techniques for the fat suppression. As results of imaging, the SNR values of fat at the given points for FSE technique were 0.933, 0.926, 0.953, and 0.956, respectively, while that for IDEAL technique was 0.97. The SNR values for water for FSE technique were 0.316, 0.233, 0.296, and 0.196, respectively while that for IDEALtechnique was 0.44. The required time for FSE technique were 1 minutes 40 seconds, 2 minutes 54 seconds, 1 minute 29 seconds, and two minutes 54 seconds while that for IDEAL technique was four minutes 28 seconds. When FSE imaging and IDEAL techniques that used the identical image points with IDEAL technique were compared among other FSE techniques, SNR of IDEAL technique was 1.017 times of that in FSE, and the time requirement was 3.011 times larger. Though IDEAL technique required 3.011 times longer time than that of FSE T2 technique, but SNR was just 1.017 time higher while CNR became 0.896 times lower. Implication by the study results may include that IDEAL technique may be used to obtain images of uniform fat suppression with excellent SNR, but FSE T2 needs to be used to promote the convenience of patients based on relatively short test time.

        관광객의 지역 관광이미지 형성이 관광 만족에 미치는 영향 - 전라북도 2개 시군을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 전북지역의 2개 시ㆍ군을 방문한 관광객을 대상으로 지역 관광이미지와 관광 만족 간의 영향관계를 탐구하고 있으며, 지역별로 구분한 집단 간의 차이를 규명하고 있다. 본 연구의 데이터 수집은 전문 리서치 기관의 도움을 받아 온라인으로 설문조사를 진행하여 각 지자체별로 160부씩 총 320부를 수집하여 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과, 2개 집단에서 공히 지역 관광이미지를 구성하고 있는 2개요인(정서적, 인지적)은 관광 만족을 구성하고 있는 2개요인(서비스, 시설)에 통계적으로 유의한 영향관계를 나타내고 있고, 집단 간의 차이를 검토한 결과 고창군에서는 지역 관광이미지가 시설 만족에, 그리고 임실군에서는 서비스 만족을 더 긍정적으로 인식하고 있는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해서 알 수 있는 것은 지역을 방문하는 관광객은 지역의 관광이미지로 공히 정서적 관광이미지를 중요하게 고려하고 있다는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과로서 중요한 의의는 해당 지역을 방문하는 관광객이 기대하는 정서적 측면을 간과하지 말아야 하며, 지역의 관광활성화를 위해서는 지역별 특성에 맞게 물리적 측면과 소프트웨어적인 측면을 강화할 필요가 있다는 것이다. 이러한 결과는 향후 지역관광활성화를 도모하려는 다수의 지자체 관광정책에 유용하 게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study explores the relationship between local tourism image and tourism satisfaction for tourists who have visited two local county in the Jeollabuk-do, and identifies differences between two groups. Data collection of this study, an online survey was conducted with the help of a specialized research institute, and a total of 320 copies, 160 copies for each local County, were collected and used for analysis..As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that in both groups, two factors of local tourism image(affective, cognitive) had a statistically significant influence on the two factors of tourism satisfaction(service, facility). In addition, as a result of examining the differences between the groups, it was confirmed that Gochang County perceived the local tourismimage more positively on the facility satisfaction, and Imsil County more positively on the service satisfaction. The major contribution of this study is confirming that the emotional aspect expected by tourists visiting a specific local county should not be overlooked, and In order to revitalize tourism in the region, the physical and software aspects should be strengthened according to the characteristics of each county.

        공적개발원조(ODA)와 지역사회개발에서 사회적 자본과의 관계 : 배태성과 자율성개념을 중심으로

        Social capital is the main keyword that best describes the change in the ODA paradigm. Since the UN s SDGs were presented, the ODA project is looking at an endogenous development strategy that emphasizes the subjective role of the recipient country, out of effectiveness in the economic aspect of the donor country. This study applies Woolcock s concept of embeddedness and autonomy, which is examining social capital, and explores the construction of social capital from a micro, macro and an integrated perspective on the development of communities in ODA recipient countries. As a result, in the microscopic aspect, it is necessary to expand social capital through integration and connection among community members, In the macroscopic aspect, it is necessary to establish a system that can systematically support communities through the establishment of cooperative relations and provision of laws and systems. In addition, from an integrated perspective, the integration of community members from the bottom and support from the administration (central, local) from the top can promote sustainable endogenous development of the local community. The main contribution in this study is to share the doner country s development experience with the recipient country through a horizontal relationship as mutual partnership rather than the master-slave relationship between donation and recipient of ODA projects. Through this, social capital is being dealt with to enhance the effectiveness of the ODA project. In conclusion, in order for the ODA recipient country s local community development to achieve endogenous development, it will be possible to achieve results when the micro and macro aspects of social capital are complementary. 사회적 자본은 ODA 패러다임의 변화를 가장 잘 설명하는 주요한 키워드이다. UN의 SDGs가 제시된 이후 ODA사업은 공여국의 경제적 측면에서 효과성을 벗어나 수원국의 주체적인 역할을 강조하는 내생적 발전전략을 중요하게 바라보고 있다. 본 연구는 사회적 자본에 대해서 고찰하고 있는 Woolcock의 배태성과 자율성 개념을 적용하여 ODA 수원국의 지역사회개발에 대해서 미시적 관점과 거시적 관점, 그리고 통합적인 관점으로 사회적 자본의 확충에 대해서 탐구하고 있다. 논의결과, 미시적 측면에서는 공동체 구성원 간의 통합과 연계라는 과정과 결과로서 사회적 자본의 확충이 필요하다면, 거시적 측면에서는 협력적 관계구축과 법ㆍ제도의 마련을 통해 지역사회를 체계적으로 지원할 수 있는 체계의 마련이 필요하다. 또한 통합적 관점에서 지역사회 사회적 자본을 확충하기 위해서는 밑으로부터는 지역사회 구성원의 통합과 위로부터는 행정(중앙, 지방)의 지원이 지역사회의 지속가능한 내생적 발전을 도모할 수 있다. 본 연구에서의 주요한 기여는 ODA사업의 공여와 수원이라는 주종관계가 아니라 상호 파트너십으로서의 수평적 관계를 통해 공여국의 개발경험을 수원국과 공유하고, 이를 통해 ODA사업의 효과성을 제고하기 위해 사회적 자본을 다루고 있다는 것이다. 결국, ODA 수원국의 지역사회개발이 내생적 발전을 이루기 위해서는 사회적 자본의 미시적 측면과 거시적 측면이 상호 보완적으로 이루질 때 성과를 나타낼 수 있을 것이다.
