This study analyzes 76 national theses produced from 2000 to 2015 which were selected with the search words "요리치료", "요리활동", "푸드 테라피", "푸드아트 테라피", and "cooking therapy". I classify the theses into the major of researcher, year, the targeting object, the methods, the contents. In addition, I process the data by using Microsoft Excel and present the results with the charts to make the data easily understanding. The results of theses analyzed according to the classified standards are below. First, in the trend of researchers" major and the years, the most major of researchers was education as 53 theses until 2004. Most of the researches had been conducted only in the field of education until the range of researches expanded into other majors in 2005. Second, in the trend of targeting object and the year, the theses targeting kids are the most as 52 and disperse all over the years. As the number of the major varied, the target of research expanded to the old from kids after 2005. Classified with the disabled people, the number of targeting objects who are the non disabled is 53 and the number of disabled is 23. The activities of cooking therapy are effective for both the disabled and non disabled as the theses targeting them dispersed all over the years. The researches targeting groups were preferred to targeting an individual. Third, in the trend study method, the quantitative researches through experiments are mainly conducted in most theses. Fourth, in the trend of study contents, most contents of researches focus on the process of therapy, and consist of studying on the results.

요리활동 치료 프로그램에 따른 요리활동 동향에 대한 연구

본 논문은 학술연구정보서비스에서 “요리치료”, “요리활동”, “푸드테라피”, “푸드아트테라피”, “CookingTherapy” 로 검색된 2000년부터 2015년 국내 학위 논문 중 요리활동을 통하여 육체적.정신적 영향을 미친 76편을 대상으로 연구 주제에 따른 활동요리별로 지금까지의 국내 연구 동향을 살펴 요리치료 연구를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고 국내 요리치료 발전에 도움을 주고자 수행하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 요리치료 프로그램에 따른 활동요리별 지적장애 연구에서 가장 많이 실시한 요리는 전, 샌드위치, 떡볶이 순으로 나타났고, 지체장애 연구에서 가장 많이 실시한 요리는 과일샐러드, 김밥, 또띠아 순으로 나타났으며, 자폐 연구에 가장 많이 실시한 요리는 샌드위치, 꼬치, 떡볶이, 샐러드의 순으로 나타났다. 그리고 학습 연구에 가장 많이 실시한 요리는 전, 팝콘, 떡볶이, 샐러드, 떡 순으로 나타났고, 정서.행동 연구에서는 FAT 방식을 기초하여 식재료를 이용한 표현” 활동을 가장 많이 실시하였고, 발달 연구에서 가장 많이 실시한 요리는 떡 만들기, 꼬치, 피자, 월남쌈, 주먹밥의 순으로 나타났다. 의사소통 연구 요리치료 프로그램에서 가장 많이 실시한 요리가 샐러드, 김밥, 피자 순으로 나타났다. 이 처럼 다양한 식재료를 가지고 각종 요리활동프로그램을 활용하여 정신적으로나 육체적으로 겪고 있는 상처를 치유하거나 완화하여 긍정적인 생활의 태도를 갖고 사회에서 주체적인 생활을 하면서 살아갈 수 있는 가능성을 열어줄 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

평생교육원의 조리교육서비스 품질이 성인학습자의 만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 평생교육원을 중심으로 조리교육 프로그램을 수강한 경험이 있는 교육생을 대상으로 조리교육서비스 품질이 성인학습자의 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 규명하는데 있다. 분석 결과 교육서비스품질이 교육만족도에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보면 유형성, 신뢰성, 확실성이 높아지면 교육만족도도 높아질 것이라고 예측할 수 있었으며 그 순위는 신뢰성, 확실성, 유형성 순으로 나타났다. 교육서비스 품질(유형성, 확실성, 반응성, 신뢰성, 공감성)중에서 교육기관의 교육시설과 교육기관 행정직원의 신뢰, 교강사의 교육 내용에 대한 확실성에 긍정적인 반응을 보이고 있다. 결론적으로 평생교육기관의 교육서비스 품질의 유형성, 신뢰성, 확실성은 학습자 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것이라 할 수 있다. This study is to examine how the quality of cooking related education service affects education satisfaction of adult learners, on the students(trainees) who attended the program at the cooking related Life Long Education Centers. The results of this study are same as following. The affect of education service quality on education satisfaction, the results show that the higher materiality, confidence, certainty are, the better education satisfaction is. The rankings are confidence, certainty, and materiality. Of the education service quality(materiality, confidence, certainty, reaction, sympathy), there are positive reaction in education facilities of education institution, confidence of staffs, and education contents of a teacher. In conclusion, the survey described above shows that materiality, confidence, and certainty of education service quality of Life Long Education Institution have a good effect on learner satisfaction.

According to the size of electrical treetment, the seed of Raphanus Sativus L. were seeded and then its germination rate and growth condition were checked and surveyed and at the same time, germination seedling was separated into stem or root. The composition and the contained quantity of free amino acids were measured and compared on the condition of each growing period. The rate of seed germination under the influence of the 2 voltage electrical field, which was 95 %, was the highest of all the testings, and the rate under 10 voltage was 3 % less germinated than that of normal control. The growth of seedling through all the organizations of stems and roots was the most effective and through all testings, the growth of root was better than that of stem. Through all testings, all kinds of the detected free amino acids were between 16 and 19. Especially, the testing under 2 volt hastened normal Nitrogen metabolism with the large amount of glutamine, asparagine and lysine showing up. And it produced the highest amount through all the testings. On the other hand, the testing under 5 voltage resulted in the one where the growth, the production of free amino acids and the amount were irregular. Therefore, it was certain that the limit of the most effective electrical field in this tested plant was under the influence of 2 voltage.
