        코로나-19시대 가정간편식(HMR) 제품의 선택속성이 고객만족과 구전의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 가정간편식(HMR) 제품을 이용하고 있거나, 이용해본 경험자를 대상으로 코로나-19시대 가정간편식 제품선택속성이 고객만족과 구전의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 규명하는데 있다. 2021년 3월 02일부터 04월 01일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 통계분석은 SPSS WIN 23.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 활용하여, 빈도분석, 탐색적요인분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 코로나-19시대 가정간편식 제품선택속성 요인 중 가격성, 편의성, 이벤트성, 건강성, 메뉴성 요인이 가정간편식 제품 편리성 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 가정간편식 제품 제품성 만족 요인에서는 편의성과 건강성 요인이 영향을 미치고, 구전의도 요인에서는 이벤트성 요인만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to closely examine which influence the home meal replacement(HMR) product selection attribute in the COVID-19 era has upon the customer satisfaction and the word-of-mouth intention targeting the subjects who are using home meal replacement product or have ever used it. A questionnaire survey was conducted from March 2, 2021 to April 1. The statistical analysis was used SPSS WIN 23.0 statistical package program and was carried out frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, the factors of price type, convenience, event type, health, and menu quality among home meal replacement product selection attribute factors in the COVID-19 era appeared to have an impact on the satisfaction with the convenience of home meal replacement product. In the factors of the home meal replacement product satisfaction, the factors of convenience and health were indicated to have an effect. In the factors of word-of-mouth intention, only the event-type factor was shown to have influence.

        호텔 종사원의 직무환경이 조직몰입과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate how hotel employees` working environment affects their organizational committment and customer orientation, and thereby to provide a fundamental material which will help hotels establish a strategic plan for managing human resources. To sum up the study result, first, in terms of hypothesis 1, ‘fairness of job system’ and ‘fairness of job evaluation’ among factors of the working environment, positively affected organizational committment, whereas ‘fairness of employment’ negatively influenced organizational committment. Secondly, in terms of hypothesis 2 which concerns the influential relationship between organizational committment and customer orientation, there was positive influential relationship. Thirdly, in terms of hypothesis 3 which concerns the influential relationship between ‘sociocultural’ factor and ‘customer orientation’ factor among factors of the working environment, only ‘fairness of job evaluation’ positively affected customer orientation, whereas ‘fairness of job system’ and ‘fairness of employment’ failed to affect customer orientation. Therefore, it is considered that hotels need to perform their internal policies which are aimed at creating their proper working environment, increasing organizational committment and customer orientation, and contributing to corporate achievements.

        Transnational Migrant Workers and the Politics of Culture

        한국은 오랫동안 단일민족국가를 지향해 왔으나 최근 예상치 못했던 고령화와 저출산 그리고 급변해 가는 가족구조와 외국인 노동자 대거 유입 등의 대대적인 인구학적 변화를 겪게 되었다. 특히 외국인 노동자 유입으로 인해 한국사회는 급격히 다문화사회로 전환되었다. 본 논문은 종합적이고 체계적인 다문화주의 정책이 부재한 한국사회에서 적절한 정책을 위한 이론과 사례 및 외국 노동자 유입에 따른 사회변화들을 종합적으로 검토하고자 한다. 일찍부터 다문화주의 정책을 시행해 온 북유럽국가들의 이론과 사례를 ‘귀감(龜鑑)’으로 삼을 것을 제안한다. 이들 다문화국가들은 한국과 마찬가지로 민족의 동질성을 유지해 왔으나 이민은 물론 난민들을 대거 받아들이는 가운데 대규모 인구학적 변화를 겪게 되었다. 오랫동안 이민을 받아들였고 또한 진보주의에 입각하여 이들의 권익을 보호하는 정책을 펴 왔으나 근래 경제성장이 둔화되는 가운데 시민들의 반발이 심하게 되었다. 이들 국가의 다문화주의 정책의 성공과 실패 그리고 그저변의 이론적 배경을 분석해 보면 한국 같은 신흥 다문화주의 표방국가에서 배울 점이 많이 있다. 또한 외국 노동자 유입에 대한 개념적 이론적 분석과 관련된 정책변화도 검토하고자 한다. 한국의 경우 아직까지 다문화주의 정책이 결혼이주자에게만 한정되어 있어 이 기회에 외국 노동자층까지 확대시키기를 주장한다. 동시에 이민 및 이주자들에 관계된 다문화주의와 또는 대안적 이론들인 문화적 다양성과 사회적 다원론 등의 이론 및 정책적 배경에 대해서도 살펴본다. South Korea, long considered an ethnically homogenous country, faces unprecedented demographic changes: long life expectations, rock-bottom birth rates, changing family structures, and migration. Migration in particular poses challenges to the South Korean nation-state, as it did (and continues to do so) in European countries. These challenges have produced debates about multiculturalism in South Korea. In this article, I map a conceptual landscape of the issues surrounding migration and multiculturalism in Korea, including the social changes precipitated by international migration. I place these issues in the context of past histories and present anxieties by doing a comparative analysis of Northern European experiments in multiculturalism. Like South Korea, Northern European countries were historically ethnically homogenous but faced demographic changes in the wake of international immigration. Although these countries initially welcomed immigrants and implemented liberal policies to protect their rights, recent economic downturns have generated a backlash against this embrace of multiculturalism. The successes and failures of these countries’ multiculturalist policies have much to offer in mapping the conceptual landscape of a newly-branded multiculturalist society like South Korea (hereafter Korea). In addition to this comparative analysis, I will also critically examine conceptual and theoretical discussions on international migration and multiculturalism, together with an analysis of policy trends. Past discussion on international migration has focused on foreign spouses and their families, but I will widen this focus to include transnational workers. This wider focus expands the discussion beyond multiculturalism in order to examine other topics raised by a diverse society, including cultural diversity and social pluralism.

        외식산업의 법제적 위생평가도구 개발에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was in order to determine potential effects of hygiene assessment items of Foodservice indurstry upon assessment results, this study adopted characteristics of hygiene assessment (of Foodservice indurstry) as independent variable so as to perform multiple regression analysis. As a result, it was found that 25 attributes of hygiene assessment of Foodservice indurstry had explanatory power as high as 63.22%. According to re-construction based on such legal standards about food and hygiene and customer/employee assessment as introduced in prior studies, it was found that there were 5 factors of importance deduced in general hygiene assessment, such as 1) laws and documents, 2) employees` hygienic conditions, 3) workers` management of surrounding environment, 4) cookery instrument management, and 5) waste and garbage control. In order to identify characteristics of hygiene assessment standard in Foodservice indurstry, this study employed stepwise regression analysis on the basis of major factors deduced through factor analysis. As a result, it was found that characteristics of hygiene assessment standard attained by Foodservice indurstry had F value of 18.852 (0.0001) and explanatory power of 63.25%, and workers` management of surrounding environment (0.220: T(23.658)) had most significant effects on characteristics of Foodservice indurstry assessment standard, which was followed by employees` hygienic conditions (0.177:T(18.939)) and cookery instrument management (0.173: T(18.512)) respectively.

        N/A Objectives: The etiology of hemoptysis is often uncertain even after intensive diagnostic workup. The HRCT is a useful diagnostic tool in the evaluation of pulmonary parenchymal diseases. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usefulness of HRCT in patients with hemoptysis who show normal or non-specific chest x-ray findings. Methods : 60 patients with hemoptysis on whom both bronchoscopy and HRCT were performed between January of 1988 and June of 1992 were evaluated retrospectively by analysing clinical charcteristics, simple radiologic findings, bronchoscopic findings, pathologic results and bacteriologic studies, and HRCT findings. Results: 1) The final clinical diagnoses were bronchiectasis (63.3%), followed by pulmonary tuberculosis(18.3%), fungus ball(8.3% ), malignant tumor(5% ), and others(5% ), 2) The bronchoscopy could localize the site of bleeding in 15 out of 60 patients(25% ) 3) Among 24 patients with normal bronchoscopic finding, HRCT was helpful in making the diagnosis in 21 patients. 4) In 57 out of 60 patients (95%), HRCT findings were compatible with or suggestive of the final clinical diagnosis. Conclusion: HRCT could be a useful tool in the evaluation of hemoptysis especially in patients with normal or non specific chest x- ray findings.

        골프장 클럽 하우스 메뉴에 대한 고객선호도와 메뉴만족에 관한 연구

        Customer satisfaction at menu and service available in food and beverage shops in golf course clubhouse is not necessarily a critical requirement for customers to select a golf course, but such menu and service must not cause customers to feel discontent with the golf course. Thus, consumers` behaviors of selecting desired food and beverage don`t depend simply on knowledge or information, but are a product of images we recognize. In such a context, this study aims to survey current customers of a golf course clubhouse to examine their preference for menu available there and determine potential effects of such preference on their satisfaction at menu, so that it may propose possible ways to improve the menu available at golf course clubhouse. To achieve the above goals, this study adopted approach of literature review and empirical research. Accordingly, as a part of empirical research, this study focused on menu as a means of sales at golf course clubhouse, a means of its management and a means of marketing, so that it could obtain findings of analysis on potential differences primarily in customer preference for menu depending on customer characteristics, and could find out whether customer satisfaction at menu might vary significantly depending upon customer preference for menu. As a result, this study could re-classify 14 variables of customer preference for menu into 5 major factors: Factor 1 (essential factor), Factor 2 (incidental factor), Factor 3 (extroversive factor), Factor 4 (constitutive factor) and Factor 5 (external factor). It was found that there were more or less differences in customer preference for each attribute of menu depending on customer characteristics. In particular, it was found that customer preference for menu varied depending on customers` demographic characteristics such as sex, age, marital status, academic career, occupation, monthly average income, golf career and monthly use of golf course. And this study used regression analysis to determine potential effects of customer preference for menu of clubhouse upon customer satisfaction at its menu. As a result, it was found that Factor 5 had more significantly positive effects upon customer satisfaction than any other factors, which was followed by Factor 3, Factor 2 and Factor 1 respectively. However, recent customers have much diversified needs as their lifestyles change in various patterns. That is why it is required to implement market segmentation including customers` psychological, social and behavioral characteristics as well as their demographic characteristics. Hence, it is necessary for follow-up studies to try to make more detailed analysis on customer characteristics depending on various customer needs in order to timely respond to changing restaurant market.

        유연성 증진 프로그램이 청소년 군인자녀의 유연성, 사회적 기술, 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study was performed to test the influence of resilience enhancing program on resilience, social skill and problem solving ability of adolescents in military families. Methods: Survey was conducted after receiving parents`` consent. The entire junior class students of a middle school, whose parents at least one of them are officers or NCOs, participated in the 5-week resilience program focusing on increasing social skill and problem solving ability. Surveys were conducted before and after the program. Finally, 72 data was utilized during the analyze. Results: After undertaking the program, participants`` resilience (t=-2.955, p=.004) and social skill (t=-3.086, p=.003) were increased significantly, but problem solving ability did not demonstrate clear change. Conclusion: According to results, researchers recommend further studies to consider more traits associated with resilience and prolong the period. Furthermore, programs are needed in raising problem solving ability based on understanding military environment.

        조주기능사 자격제도 실기시험 변경에 관한 연구

        This study is to prevent the who apply for the test from being confused by finding problems in the practical test of the bartender certificate and to detect the best way to find out. The goal of this study is to give the direction of proposing the altemative plans of the qualification test for the bartender by the expert group. The questionaries of the survey were sent and collected from June 20 though 30, 2005. After removing some questionaries that have a problem, the survey was conducted for 20 days from august 5, 2005. The samples of the expert group was set up as 50 persons, but 43 samples were available for the final analysis. Also, 7 selected experts proposed the improvements of the marking lists in the practical test for the bartender certificate throughout 2 in-depth studies from September 15 through 25, 2005. According to the analysis of the practical test need to be improved. Applicants responded the practical test for cocktail-maker certification must be inproved. Applicants said a time limit of six minutes is proper for the test. Applicants answered that it needs to complete a course which is related to comktail-making. Applicants recognized that it is better to lessen the number of guestions from fifty to thirty. All respondents said standardization of recipes is necessary, and 98% of them answered those 50 recipes should be disclosed. so, It is advisable for the Human Resources Development Service of Korea to open those recipes for fair examination.
