청소년수련시설 운영자의 변혁적 리더십과 조직효과성에 관한 연구

본 연구는 청소년수련시설 운영자의 변혁적 리더십인 카리스마, 지적자극, 동기부여 등이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향과 함께 리더신뢰가 조직효과성에 유의미한 매개효과를 보이는지 그리고 이들 변수들의 상대적 영향력의 크기는 어떠한지를 살펴보고자, 서울지역 청소년수련시설 운영자들을 대상으로 수집한 설문자료를 바탕으로 경로분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 카리스마는 조직효과성에 직접적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 동시에 리더신뢰를 통하여 조직효과성에 유의미한 영향을 주어 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 지적자극도 조직효과성에 직접적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 동시에 리더신뢰를 통하여 유의미한 영향을 미쳐 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 동기부여는 조직효과성에 직접적인 영향을 주지는 못하고 리더신뢰를 통한 간접적인 영향을 미쳐 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 매개변수인 리더신뢰는 조직효과성에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 청소년수련시설 운영책임자들이 향후 청소년수련시설의 조직효과성을 제고시키기 위한 정책 수립에 있어서 지적자극, 카리스마, 리더신뢰, 동기부여 등의 변수들을 효율적인 관리수단으로 채택함과 동시에 이들 변수들 간의 영향력 크기를 고려하여 반영해야 함을 보여준다.

Syntax and Semantics of English Nonrestrictive Relative Clause Constructions

The Linguistic Association of Korea Journal, 16(3), 279-299. In the literature on the ordering of main and subordinate or adverbial clauses (e.g., Hawkins 1992, Arnold et al 2000, Diessel 2005), and dative alternation (e.g., Pinker 1989, Pesetsky 1995, Krifka 2004), almost all analyses have tried to show what factors are responsible for the different orderings. One of the common findings of the previous analyses is that different information structures require different word orderings. To date very few studies have been conducted to show how information structure interacts with acquisition of such ordering variants by learners of English as a foreign language like Korean learners. The present study tries to show to what extent the factor of structuring information affects decisions on the word orderings of the two constructions by Korean learners of English. For this purpose, two experiments were conducted, and their results show that the syntactic knowledge of L1(Korean) plays a more decisive role in choosing correct orderings of the two constructions than the factor of structuring information.

본 논문의 목표는 그간 우리 신화 연구의 주된 기조였던 기표에 대한 해석에서 벗어나, 레비스트로스의 구조주의 분석방법을 통해 고조선의 단군신화와 고구려의 동명왕신화를 새롭게 조명하는 것이다. 두 신화 간에 존재하는 구조적 유사성과 그 구성 원칙, 통시적이고 보편적으로 인정할 수 있는 기의가 전하는 메시지를 파악하였으며, 단군신화와 동명왕신화가 각각 반대되는 이항의 양축에 위치하는 주제의식을 가지고 있음을 밝혔다. 단군신화는 결핍과 소멸에 대한 두려움을 신이란 개념을 도입하고 인정 함으로써 극복하고자 하는 기원이었으며, 동명왕신화는 과잉과 혼란이 초래할 불안한 미래를 왕에게 지배 권력을 부여함으로써 벗어나고자 하는 노력이 반영된 것으로 해석된다. 이 연구를 통해 논증할 수 있었던 것은 단군신화가 단순한 개별적 서사나 허구가 아니라 동명왕신화와 공명하는 대비 구조였다는 사실이다. 이러한 결론은 고조선과 고구려 간에 존재했던 문화적 유대의 근거로도 기능할 수 있다. The goal of this paper is to bring a new academic view on the national birth myth of Old Choson and Koguryo with the structuralism. Until now, the main stream of Korean myth research is focusing on significant analysis. There are certain structural resemblances between two myths. The constructions of these myths have very similar principle and both of them show recognizable diachronic-universal messages. The Themes of Dangun myth and Jumong myth are located on the two poles of opposite side. The Dangun myth could be understood as a petition for the equilibrium, which is threatened by the Dearth. And The Jumong myth could be understood as an endeavor to avoid from the anxiousness, which is occurred by the superfluity and Chaos, by accepting the King’s authority. What I could approve with this paper is that the Dagun myth and Jumong myth are not two independent stories nor fictional. In the structural view, it is making a perfect harmony with the other myth and in structural contrast with each other. I believe this con clusion also could be worked as the proof of the cultural relation between two ancient countries.

여성의 이혼선택 요인에 관한 종단 연구: 생존분석을 중심으로

본 연구는 결혼생활에서 시간경과에 따라 여성이 이혼을 선택하게 만드는 영향 요인을 파악하여, 여성의 결혼과 이혼양상을 가족전환의 관점으로 이해하고 두 집단 모두 의미 있는 선택이 될 수 있도록 실천에 기반한 생활복지 차원의 성장에 기여하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 여성가족패널 자료를 사용하여 생존분석 방법을 이용한 종단 연구를 시행하였다. 여성의 결혼생활에서 각 요인들이 이혼 선택에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 콕스회귀분석을 실시하여 세 가지 분석모형을 통해 파악한 결과 모든 모형이 분석에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. This study aims to contribute to social work practice in understanding marriage and divorce as transitions and in helping women make meaningful decisions on whether to stay or leave the marriage by examining the factors that impact womenʼs divorce decision making over time. This is a longitudinal study that used survival analysis by Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Familiesʼ panel data. Finally, cox regression analysis was used to evaluate the impact of each factor on divorce decision making, and accordingly, all regression models were appropriate for analysis.
