보육실습이 예비보육교사의 일반적 자기효능감과 보육효능감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 예비보육교사의 개인변인과 실습관련변인에 따라 실습이 일반적 자기효능감과 보육효능감에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아보고, 실습 후 일반적 자기효능감과 보육효능감에 영향을 주는 변인들을 확인함으로써 실습의 중요성을 재인식하고 효과적인 실습운영을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구결과 예비보육교사의 연령이 높을수록, 기혼인 경우, 국?공립 어린이집에서 실습한 경우 일반적 자기효능감과 보육효능감이 높아진것으로 나타났다. 그리고 실습 후 예비보육교사의 연령, 결혼여부, 실습기관의 유형과 일반적 자기효능감, 보육효능감이 유의한 상관을 보였으며, 일반적 자기효능감과 보육효능감에 영향을 주는 변인이 동일한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes in the preservice teachers' perceived General Self-Efficacy(GSE) and the Efficacy of Child Care and Teaching(ECCT) by student teaching. In this study, 119 preservice teachers in P Child Educare Teachers' Training Institute were participated. The result of this study can be summarized as follows: First, there were significant differences at the preservice teachers' GSE by preservice teachers' age, preservice teachers' marital status, and the child care center type after student teaching. Second, there were significant differences at the preservice teachers' ECCT by preservice teachers' age, preservice teachers' marital status and the child care center type after student teaching. Third, There were significant relation between preservice teachers' age, preservice teachers' marital status, the child care center type, GSE and ECCT.

보육실습 전ㆍ후에 따른 예비보육교사의 역할인식 차이에 관한 연구

본 연구는 학력, 연령, 결혼여부와 같은 예비보육교사의 개인변인 및 실습관련 변인에 따라 보육실습 전후의 예비보육교사의 교사역할인식에 차이가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 예비보육교사의 효과적인 보육실습을 위해 예비보육교사의 개인적변인과 실습기관의 여러 가지 배경 변인 중 교사역할인식에 영향을 주는 변인들을 알아봄으로써, 현 보육실습체제에서 보다 효율적인 보육실습기관을 선정하고 지도하여 보육실습의 효율성을 높이기 위한 기초자료를 제공하과 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 보육실습 후 예비보육교사의 교사역할인식은 교육과정설계자역할을 제외한 전반적 영역에서 보육실습 전에 비하여 유의미하게 낮아졌으며, 특히 연구자역할에서 그 경향이 더 뚜렷한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비보육교사의 개인변인, 실습배경변인들과 예비보육교사들의 실습 후 교사역할인식간의 상관관계를 알아본 결과 실습시설규모, 실습지도교사연령, 실습지도교사학력, 실습지도교사 역할수행 등의 변인이 유의미한 상관이 있었다. 연구결과에 따른 논의와 시사점이 제시되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of student teaching on Teacher's Role Perception of the child educare student teacher. The subjects of this study were 163 child educare student teachers who experienced student teaching for four weeks. The result of this study can be summarized as follows: First, There are significant differences between scores of the previous student teaching and scores of the subsequent student teaching on Teacher's Role Perception of the child educare student teacher. That is, the score of the subsequent student teaching decreased. Second, There are significant correlation between scores of the subsequent student teaching on Teacher's Role Perception and the variables related to a child care center; the size of the child educare center, cooperative teacher's age, scholarship, and teacher's role performances of the cooperative teacher.

영아보육교사의 역할수행과 직무만족도가 영아권리존중보육에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 영아보육교사들을 대상으로 영아보육교사의 역할수행, 직무만족도와 영아권리존중보육 간 에는 어떠한 관계가 있으며, 그 영향력은 어떠한지를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산지역 영아 보육교사 190명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0에 의해 연구대상의 특성을 파 악하기 위하여 기술통계분석을 실시하였으며, 연구도구의 신뢰도를 파악하기 위하여, Cronbach's ⍺ 계수 를 산출하였다. 각 변인의 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 Pearson의 적률상관계수를 실시하였으며, 영아교 사의 역할수행과 직무만족도가 영아권리존중에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 위해서는 단계적 중다회귀분 석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영아보육교사의 역할수행과 영아권리존중보육 수행은 매우 높은 수준 으로 나타났으나, 영아보육교사의 직무만족도는 낮은 수준을 보였다. 둘째, 영아보육교사의 역할수행과 영아권리존중보육이 유의미하게 높은 상관을 나타냈으며, 영아보육교사의 역할수행은 영아권리존중보육 에 영향력을 미치는 요인으로 파악되었으며, 이는 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 영아보육 교사의 직무만족도와 영아권리존중보육 수행간에도 유의미한 상관을 보였으며, 영아보육교사의 직무만족 도는 영아권리존중보육에 영향력을 미치는 요인으로 파악되었으며, 이는 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. This study aimed to examine the relations among infant teachers' role performances, job satisfaction, and infant care with respect for infants' rights, and verify the influence of infant teachers' role performances and job satisfaction on their infant care with respect for infants' rights. Subjects were 190 infant teachers working at child care centers. Data were coded and analyzed using the SPSS 23.0. The results can be summarized as follows. First, the infant teachers' role performances and infant care with respect for infants' rights were higer than the average. But job satisfaction of the infant care teachers was below the average. Second, there was a positive correlation between infant teachers' role perceptions and infant care with respect for infants' rights , and it was confirmed that infant teachers' role performances was the factor that influenced on infant care with respect for infants' rights in the statistically significant level. Third, there was a positive correlation between job satisfaction and infant care with respect for infants' rights. and it was confirmed that job satisfaction was the factor that influenced on infant care with respect for infants' rights in the statistically significant level.

보육교사 승급보수교육에 대한 교사와 시설장의 인식조사

본 연구는 보육의 질적 향상을 위한 방안으로서, 보육교사 보수교육과정 중 승급보수교육의 현황과 문제점을 파악하고 효율적인 승급보수교육 체계 구축을 위한 발전방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하고자, 2급 보육교사(129명), 3급 보육교사(106명)와 시설장(264명)의 의견을 비교분석하여 승급보수교육에 관한 전반적 인식, 교육내용, 교육방법, 교육성과 등의 측면에서 결과를 제시하였다. 보육교사와 시설장 간의 의견은 대체로 비슷한 경향을 나타내었지만, 교육의 시기와 시간, 교육과목의 중요성 측면에서는 유의한 차이를 보였다. 연구결과에 대한 논의를 근거하여 보육교사 승급교육의 개선방안에 대하여 제안하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine perception by directors and teachers on the child educare teachers' promotion in-service training currently conducted to enhance the quality of child educare teachers and to propose the way to make promotion in-service training more efficent. 264 child educare center directors, 129 second grade and 106 third grade certificated child educare teachers participated in this study. Questionnaires for this study were devised by the resarchers. Questionnaires consist of items about overall perception, contents, methods, and outcome of the child educare teacher's promotion in-service training. Perception on the currently conducted promotion in-service training was generally positive. However, significant difference was noted on the timing and duration on the training and on the priority of the subjects to be taught between two groups.

보육교사교육원 운영 현황 및 발전 방안에 관한 연구

본 연구는 보육교사교육원 운영과 발전을 위한 구체적이고 실제적인 기초 자료를 제시하고자 전국의 76개 보육교사교육원의 행정실무자와 전임교수를 대상으로 보육교사교육원 운영 현황 및 발전 방안에 대한 의견과 요구를 조사하였다. 학생 현황으로는 연령대가 다양했고, 고졸학력 뿐 아니라 2년제 이상의 대졸의 비율이 높았고, 미혼과 기혼자가 비슷한 분포를 보였다. 또한 교직원 현황, 학생 모집 및 선발, 재정 현황을 조사하였으며, 양성교육 외에 보수교육, 기타 보육 관련 교육프로그램을 운영하는 교육원이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 보육교사교육원의 역할을 긍정적으로 보고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 보육교사교육원 관련 개정 법령 중 '보육교사 국가자격증 제도 도입'을 가장 적절하다고 보았으며, 양성교육과정에 대한 학점은행제 도입에 대해 찬성하였고, 보육교사교육원 종합평가인증제의 실시는 필요하나 충분한 시간과 검토가 요구되는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the actual conditions and development plans of 76 child educare teacher training centers all over the country to enhance the quality of the child educare teacher. 152 full-time staff members from 76 child educare teacher training centers all over the country participated in this study. Questionnaires for this study devised by the researchers were used. Questionnaires consist of items about the actual conditions and roles of their centers, appropriation of new revised law concerning for the child educare teachers training center, approval hours in academic credit banking system for training hours and necessity of evaluative-certification system for the child educare teachers training center. Academic credit banking system for training hours in the child educare teachers training center and evaluative-certification system for the child educare teachers training center are suggested for development plans of the child educare teachers training center to enhance the quality of the child educare teacher.

영아보육교사의 직무만족도와 영아인권 인식에 관한 연구

This study investigated the relationship between infant care teacher’s job satisfaction and the recognition of infant’s rights. The participants consisted of 190 care teachers working at child care centers. Data was coded and analyzed using SPSS 22.0. The results can be summarized as follows: First, the job satisfaction of infant care teachers was below average however among the sub-variables, ‘human relations’ ranked the highest. There were significant differences among the care teacher’s ages, marital status, schooling, and job experience. Second, the recognition of infant’s rights was high with the sub-variable ‘basic needs’ ranked the highest. Also, there were significant differences relating to the schooling and the job experience of the care teachers. Third, there were correlations between the job satisfaction and the recognition of infant’s rights of the infant care teachers. Finally, the job satisfaction of infant care teachers affected all sub-variables of the recognition of infant’s rights.

보육시설의 급식 운영 및 원아들의 기호도 조사

The purposes of this study are to survey the food service management practices and to survey food preferences of children in child care centers in order to provide basic information and guideline for development of food service. The survey was performed at 37 child care centers and 70 classes of child care centers. The results of the survey as followings: first of all, the food service management practices such as : facilities for food service were poor; development of recipe as well as purchase of food were not done by an expert; the hygienic condition of kitchens especilly the sanitary practices of employees needed more attention for improvement; the hygienic condition of dinning room showed potential problem; education for a desirable dietary life was not systematical. Followings are the survey results of food preferences of children in child care centers: Both infants and children prefer soft or mild taste to hot, salty, or pungent taste. Also they prefer Meats, eggs, potatos and seaweeds to several vegetables; leaves of red pepper, shepher's purse, water dropwort, braken etc.

[논문]보육실습생의 실습생역할 인식에 관한 연구

본 연구는 보육실습생의 실습생역할에 대한 인식이 실습 전․후에 따라 차이가 있는지, 그리고 실습생의 개인변인과 실습관련변인에 따라 실습생역할 인식의 차이가 있는 지를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과 보육실습생의 실습생역할에 대한 인식은 비교적 높은 것으로 나타났고, 실습 전․후의 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 실습생의 개인변인 중 연령, 학력 변인에서 일부 역할인식의 차이가 나타났으며, 보육실습변인에서는 실습지도교사의 학력과 실습기관의 유형에 따라 역할인식의 차이가 부분적으로 나타났다. 이들 연구결과들을 토대로 실습생역할인식에 영향을 주는 다양한 변인에 대한 연구와 이들 변인들에 대한 질적연구가 필요함을 제안하였다. 보육실습에 대한 예비보육교사의 인식 및 요구 조사

The purpose of this study was to survey the needs of the prospective child care teachers on child care practice. The subjects of this study were 222 prospective child care teachers in child care teachers training program. The questionnaire was development based on the review of literature. The data were analyzed mainly by frequency, percentile, t-test. The results of this study suggested that prospective child care teachers showed higher mean scores in the degree of need than present situation. The most of them needed improvement in child care practice.
