        The Food and Beverage industry plays an essential role in Tourism Industry. The standard of culture level is often measured by the Food life. Today F & B is an important source of income for many Hotel. Also, F & B is one of the leading and fastest growing division in Hotel Industry. In this condition each Hotel is endeavoring to treat much more gains, as investing in the improvement of services, the intensifilation of sales promotion work, the updating of facilities, for handling the enormous number of customers. But it must be admitted that cooking part has still fell behind other parts in the field of general kitchen management even though Modern kitchen facilities has been introduced. This study, in this vespect aimed at providing the keys for the effective management of the western cooking for the hotel enterprises. This paper constitutes the following contents.       • 구내 재발성 아프타성 궤양 환자에서 타액내 바이러스 검출 및 단백질의 변화

        본 연구는 구내 재발성 아프타성 궤양 환자의 원인요소 중 Herpes Simplex virus (이하 HSV)와 Varicella Zoster virus(이하 VZV)와의 관련성을 규명하고, 궤양 발생시 타액내 단백의 변화와 mucin 양의 변화에 따른 타액내 요인을 알아내기 위하여, 11세부터 72세까지의 구내 재발성 아프타성 궤양 환자 중 3년 이상의 병력을 가진 23명(여:10명, 남:13명)을 환자군으로 하고, 구내 재발성 아프타성 궤양의 증상 및 병력이 전혀 없는 남녀 20명(여:8명, 남:12명)을 대조군으로 하고, 두 군에서 각각 무자극성 전타액을 채취하여 타액내에서 genomic DNA를 추출한 후 Polymerization Chain Reaction을 이용하여 두 가지 바이러스의 발현을 확인하고, 타액내에 함유된 총단백과 sialic acids의 양을 측정하고 단백을 전기영동하여 궤양 발생시의 타액내 단백량과 mucin 양의 변화와 protein profile을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 구내 재발성 아프타성 궤양 환자의 표본 중 39.13%에서 224 bp 크기의 VZV DNA band가 발현되어 대조군에 비하여 발현빈도가 높았으나(p<0.01), HSV의 경우 두 군간 유의한 차이가 없었다(p>0.05). 무자극성 전타액내 총단백의 평균 농도는 남자에서 환자군이 대조군에 비하여 낮았으나(p<0.05), 전체 환자군과 전체 대조군 사이에서, 여자에서는 두 군간에 유의한 차이가 없었다(p>0.05). 무자극성 전타액내 sialic acids는 모든 군에서 대조군에 비하여 환자군의 평균 농도가 유의하게 낮았다(p<0.05). 무자극성 전타액내 sialic acids 대 총단백의 농도비는 전체 두 군간(p<0.05)에서 그리고 여자의 두 군간(p<0.01)에서 환자군이 유의하게 낮았으나, 남자의 두 군간에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다(p>0.05). Protein profile에서 50 kDa 근처에 나타나는 단백 band의 발현이 환자군에서 적게 나타났으나 다른 band의 발현은 차이가 없었다. 이상의 결과로 구내 재발성 아프타성 궤양의 발생에는 타액내 HSV와 VZV 같은 바이러스성 원인요소와 총단백량 및 mucin 양의 감소가 관련되어 있을 것으로 사료 된다. This study was performed to discover the underlining influences of Herpes Simplex virus (HSV) and Varicella Zoster virus (VZV), to detect the changes of whole protein and mucin level and to observe protein profiles in the saliva when recurrent aphthous ulcer (RAU) was present. Unstimulated whole saliva was collected from 23 patients who for over three years had a clinical history of RAU, in a group of 10 women and 13 men, ranging from 11 to 72 years of age, and 20 healthy subjects, in a group of 8 women and 12 men, who did not have the symptoms nor a past history of RAU. Through the means of Polymerization Chain Reaction, genomic DNA from the HSV and VZV was purified from the saliva samples for identifying precisely the two types of viruses, and the level of whole protein and sialic acids in the saliva and the ratio of sialic acid to whole protein were measured, and SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was performed. The results obtained were as follows, 39.13% of patients showed 224 bp bands of VZV DNA, those were appeared more in patients than in control group (p<0.01), but there was no significant difference between patients and control group in HSV DNA (p>0.05).

      • 니켈/팔라듐/골드로 도금된 반도체 패키징의 신뢰성 향상에 관한 연구

        The major issues in recent semiconductor packaging is to make 'highly reliable and environmental friendly semiconductor package'. Especially the demand of Cu based leadframe package which has low cost solution and higher thermal performance is increasing rapidly. So the study on highly reliable and environmental friendly semiconductor package is widely performing in many organizations, companies and countries around the world. The severity of package delamination has been stand for packaging reliability but there are still problems to be solved. Regarding to the environmental friendly semiconductor package, a lot of restrictions and regulations are already taken effect and/or waiting for the enforcement to restrict the use of hazardous substances in human body and environment. The RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substance) is one of the key regulations by restricting 6-kinds of hazardous substances like as Mercury, Cadminum, Hexavalent chromium, Polybrominated diphenyls (PBBs), Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) and Lead. The lead is one of most widely used substances in semiconductor packaging to plated the Cu surfaces and to do board mounting. So the restriction of lead can change packaging assembly process conditions and also be a motivation to find out another materials to make environment friendly package.In this study, the reliability of semiconductor packaging was evaluated by using QFN (Quad Flat No-lead) package which were assembled with different surface plating schemes. Ag plated strip on Cu based material and Ni/Pd/Au-Ag alloy plated strip on Cu based material were used in QFN package assembly. Before the assembly, surface analysis was conducted to analysis the surface morphology by using SEM and TEM method. In surface analysis, 50 hours and 100 hours bake test was also conducted at 200'C to evaluated the change of surface morphology in high temperature. After the QFN package assembly, MSL (Moisture Sensitivity Level) was evaluated with SAM (Scanning Acoustic Microscopy) method and JEDEC's MSL guidance. The contact angle test was also performed to see the relation of contact angle and MSL performance. 최근 반도체 패키징에 있어 가장 큰 관심사는 바로 패키징의 신뢰성 향상과 친환경 패키지의 개발이다. 특히 저렴한 비용과 우수한 열 방출 효과를 가지고 있는 리드프레임(Leadframe)을 사용한 반도체 패키지는 그 수요가 날로 증대하고 있다. 그러나 신뢰성 향상과 친환경 패키지의 개발이라는 두 가지의 중요 문제는 아직도 해결해야 할 과제가 많이 남아있는 것이 현실이다. 패키지의 Delamination은 그 신뢰성을 대변할 정도로 보편화 되어 있으나 고객이 요구하는 신뢰성을 맞추기에는 아직도 많은 연구를 필요로 하고 있으며 또한 친환경 패키지와 관련하여 최근엔 환경 및 인체에 유해한 물질의 사용을 규제하는 각종 법안 및 규제가 잇따르고 있다. 이중 유럽에서 시행중인 RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substance)가 그 중 대표적인 조항이라 할 수 있으며 또한 반도체 업계 내에서도 자체적으로 환경 및 인체에 유해한 물질의 사용을 줄이기 위한 자체적인 정화활동을 강화하고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 추세에 발맞춰 반도체 업계는 물론 많은 관련 연구단체에서는 기존에 널리 사용되어 왔던 물질을 대체하기 위한 각종 연구가 전 세계적으로 활발히 진행되고 있다.본 연구에서는 니켈/팔라듐/금을 이용하여 선도금한 리드프레임 패키지의 신뢰성을 평가하고자 기존에 사용되어 왔던 은(Ag)으로 선도금한 후 조립후 주석(Sn)으로 후 도금한 반도체 패키지와 비교 평가를 실시하고자 하였으며 각 리드프레임의 표면을 분석하여 이 원리를 이해하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 리드프레임 패키지(Package)중 최근 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 Metal CSP (Chip Scale Package)의 일종인 QFN (Quad Flat No-lead) 패키지를 사용하였으며 신뢰성 평가에 일반적으로 많이 사용되는 MSL (Moisture Sensitivity Level) 방법을 이용하여 이를 측정 / 평가 하였다. MSL 측정에는 SAM (Scanning Acoustic Microscope)을 이용하여 Delamination을 측정하였으며, 리드프레임의 표면을 분석하여 기계적 구조가 반도체 패키지의 신뢰성에 미치는 영향을 평가하고자 하였다.표면 분석을 위해 SEM 장비와 협력업체의 도움을 얻어 AES (Auger Electron Spectroscopy)와 TEM 분석을 실시하였으며 200‘C에서 bake test를 통해 50시간과 100시간이 흐른 후의 표면을 분석하였다. 또한 contact angle test를 통해 표면의 surface energy와 MSL의 상관관계를 파악하고자 하였다.실험결과 Ni/Pd/Au-Ag 합금을 사용하여 평가한 샘플에서 Ag 도금을 사용한 샘플보다 우수한 MSL 평가 결과를 얻었으며 Ag 도금을 사용한 샘플에서는 Cu 표면보다는 모두 Ag면에서 delamination이 발생하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 Ni/Pd/Au-Ag로 도금시 표면처리를 미세하면서도 rough하게 하여 EMC와 맞닿는 계면의 면적을 높이는 것이 주요 인자로 작용한 것을 알 수 있었으며 패키징에 사용된 몰드컴파운드와 에폭시 수지가 delamination에 미치는 인자는 상대적으로 작은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 10nm 내외로 도금된 Pd 층과 4~10nm로 도금된 Au-Ag 도금층이 260‘C의 reflow조건에서도 계면의 층이 파괴되지 않아 Cu의 diffusion을 발생시키지 않아 계면의 산화를 방지하여 계면간의 접합력이 약해지지 않은 현상을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이는 200'c bake test에서도 확인되었는데 50시간과 100시간이 경과한 Ag 표면과 Cu 표면은 산화막이 형성되고 표면의 입자크기가 커지는 반면 Ni/Pd/Au-Ag alloy 표면은 큰 손상없이 원래의 형상을 그대로 유지하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.Contact angle test 결과, Ni/Pd/Au-Ag alloy의 표면에 측정된 값이 Ag 표면이나 Cu 표면에서 측정된 값보다 상대적으로 크게 측정되었으며 이는 Surface roughness가 상대적으로 큼에도 불구하고 재료의 특성상 작은 surface energy를 갖는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이로 인해 칩을 붙이는 에폭시 수지의 Bleed out 현상을 줄일 수 있었으며 이는 패키지의 신뢰성 향상에 많은 도움을 준 것으로 확인되었다.

        The hotel management have to restructure business to meet the needs of the business environment. The goal of business must be reached by a small number of people. Therefore, hotel business should be managed by the chosen few people. The team work system to intensify team work is representative of various system to adapt to these circumstances. First of all, team work system can help to get the goal of hotel management effectively, because team system has an synergy effect, the capacity of a team is bigger than the sum of individual capacity in a team. The goal of this study is to find individual and organization factors to affect team work, the elements of team work, and effectiveness of organization. In addition, this study try to whether introduce team system as a modulating variable and find the difference between team work and effectiveness of organization. The data obtained from the returned usable questionnaires coded for statistical analysis. SAS was used for Cronbach's alpha, factor analysis, multi-regression, stepwise-regression and ANOVA analysis. Finally, this study presented as follows, through comparing the hotel introduced team system with another that did not introduce team system, First, team system has a significant effect on team work. Second, the team work of the hotel that introduced team system have an effect on the effectiveness of organization. Third, the factor of team work has an effect strongly when the level of team work is high. Fourth, team work in the high level has a significant effect on the effectiveness of organization. Fifth, service quality is high in the case of that cooperation, communication, common ownership, mutual dependence and joint decision are high. So, as the level of team work is high, the effectiveness of organization grows higher. This study have some critical points that the samples of study were from only tourist hotel industry, not all whole industries. and measured on only one point of time.

      • 스마트 가전을 위한 디자인 패턴 기반의 NFC 소프트웨어 모듈 설계

        As smart mobile devices are widespread, the appliance companies have been applying smart feature to their appliances. Especially NFC technology is cheaper than Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and can be used via an appliance on a smart mobile device. However, the environment of appliance software development is so poor and software developer's load is more increased. The design flexibility, which came from applied software design patterns including state pattern, strategy pattern and facade pattern , improves reliability and reusability of software block. This thesis presents the method to implement NFC software module which is designed using software design pattern for various appliance hardware and NFC chips. The proposed method is independent of the appliance's MCU and NFC chips, and saves the time for developing new model of appliance.

      • 사업소외 배관의 사고 피해 영향 범위 감소를 위한 연구

        Recently, there have been many discussions about the underground piping in Ulsan, since these is one of the most important safety issues. As various industries have been growing, the usage of petrochemical feedstock has also rapidly increased, and the number of pipe in the Ulsan National Industrial Complex has also been increased. Now, a total of 1,293 km of underground pipelines at 62 companies is installed and operate in Ulsan. Among massive pipeline, high-rick gas pipelines account for about 1,159km, oil pipelines, and chemical pipelines are installed and are currently in operation. For the past three years, five gas leakage accidents have occurred in Ulsan National Industrial Complex. Also, the response time of these leak accident was delayed for 8 hours or more, which may lead to second major accidents. subsequently. Therefore, this study aims to suggest a systematic to prepare method quick response and reduce the amount of leakage as installing an emergency shutdown device which block and mitigate the accident in case an accident occurs outside factories. It was surveyed that how many safety equipment and emergency shutdown device are installed among 32 pipelines between Petrochemical complex and Ulsan Port in which is the closest place to residential areas. It was investigated that there is no emergency shutdown device and shutoff valves are installed at only one workplace among 32 pipelines. In this study, ALOHA program is employed to perform the consequence analysis, in order to compare the range of accidents with or without the emergency shutdown device the emergency shutdown devices mitigate the large amount of damages on accidents. According to the results in this study, it would be helpful to reduce the range of the accident damage from the accident that may occur in the external piping if the workplace having the business off - site pipe installs the emergency shut - off device.
