        발바닥의 온도 변화가 동적 균형능력에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the application of temperature to balance the training by observing the effect of sensory changes in the foot sole area on dynamic equilibrium ability through change in the sole temperature. Methods: Participants (n=49), who were selected as a certain standard, applied cold and hot packs for ten minutes at two-week intervals, and the laboratory's internal temperature was maintained at $25^{\circ}C$. The subjects were measured before and after the cold and hot applications in the stable condition with bare feet. Before each experiment applied the cold and hot packs, the balance ability of the ordinary temperature was measured once by conducting a limit of stability test using Biorescue, and the changes in balance ability were observed by measuring once after applying the temperature to the foot sole by means of the ice pack and the hot pack. Results: The results of the dynamic balance test, both before and after the temperature application, were compared, and it was confirmed that the moving area before and after cold application decreased significantly, and the moving area before and after application was not significantly different. The mean of pre-post area differences was found to have decreased at a statistically significant rate in the forward, backward, rightward, leftward, and total areas for the group that received the cold application compared to the group that received the hot application. Conclusion: These findings showed that cold application to the foot sole decreased dynamic balance. There was no significant difference in the dynamic balance ability both before and after the hot application to the foot sole, so it is difficult to conclude that the hot application affected dynamic balance.

        정치적 및 상징적 효율성이 관리혁신의 확산에 미치는 영향과 이들에 대한 조절요인에 대한 연구

        본 연구에서는 제도이론의 관점을 활용하여 관리혁신의 속성인 정치적 효율성과 상징적 효율성이 관리혁신의 확산에 미치는 영향을 논의하였다. 첫째, 정치적 효율성을 논의하면서 관리혁신의 확산을 추진하는 주체가 행사하는 영향력이 크 고 확산을 강제하는 정도가 강할수록, 그리고 혁신이 조직 내부 권력연합의 권력기반을 강화해줄수록 빠르게 확산될 것이라는 가설을 제시하였다. 둘째, 상징적 효율성을 논의하면서 사회적 지위가 높은 조직에서 고안하여 활용한 혁신, 권위있는 전문기관에서 추천하는 혁신, 사회진보와 정의구현에 도움을 주는 것으로 인정되는 혁신, 기존 제도들과의 적합성이 높은 혁신, 재발명된 혁신이 빠르게 확산될 것이라는 가설을 제시하였다. 셋째, 정치적 효율성과 상징적 효율성이 확산속도에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 요인들을 탐색하였다. 관리혁신이 정치적 효율성과 상징적 효율성이 높다고 해서 항상 빠르게 확산되지는 않는다. 다수의 조직과 조직내부의 권력 연합에게 큰 희생을 요구하는 혁신의 경우에는, 채택여부를 고민하는 의사결정자들이 혁신을 채택함으로써 얻을 수 있는 정치적 정당성의 확보와 상징적 평판의 고양을 포기할 수도 있기 때문이다. 따라서 혁신채택에 필수적으로 수반되는 비용과 희생이 작을수록 정치적 및 상징적 효율성이 확산에 미치는 영향이 강해질 것이다. 이런 조절요인으로 본 연구에서는 채택 여부의 가시성, 혁신의 독자성, 상징적 채택의 용이성을 검토하였다. 또 다른 조절요인으로 혁신의 채택이 근본적인 조직변화를 요구하는지의 여부, 핵심부 인력의 변화를 요구하는지의 여부를 검토하였다. 이러한 논의를 바탕으로 본 연구의 제도이론에 대한 잠재적 공헌, 연구의 한계, 그리고 미래 연구방향을 제시하였다. This paper proposes empirically testable hypotheses regarding the effects of the attributes of innovation on its diffusion. Based on the review of extant literature, this study suggests that “politically efficient,” and “symbolically efficient” innovations will have high diffusion rates. First, politically efficient innovation is defined to be one that satisfies interest of strong external stakeholders or interest of inside power coalition of an organization. We hypothesize that when the external stakeholder promoting the diffusion of an innovation shields a greater power on organizations and a strong will to coerce its adoption to those organizations, the innovation will diffuse faster. Also, we propose that an innovation strengthening the power basis of extant power coalition will diffuse faster than the innovation weakening it. Second, symbolically efficient innovation is defined to be one that enhances reputation and modern image of adopting organizations. We propose that an innovation designed and used by organizations with high social status, an innovation recommended by prestigious professional association, or an innovation contributing social progress and justice will diffuse faster. We also suggest that an innovation closely related to existing practices or an innovation that was reinvented from existing dominant practices will exhibit higher diffusion rates. Third, this study investigates additional innovation attributes that moderate the effect of political and symbolic efficiency of an innovation on its diffusion. When the adoption and implementation of an innovation incurs a great deal of cost, organizations can give up its adoption even though the innovation is politically and symbolically efficient and thus the effects of political and symbolic efficiencies on innovation diffusion will become weaker. Specifically, we discuss the moderating effect of visibility of innovation adoption, easiness of decoupling innovation adoption from its implementation, and independence of an innovation from extant practices. Moreover, we suggest that adoption of an innovation that demands radical organizational change, or affects core organizational members will be costly. Thus, we propose the moderating effects of those attributes in innovation diffusion process. As future research directions, we suggest that future research can explore generalized diffusion model that can explain diffusion of both organizational innovations and technological innovations. Empirical research that can test hypotheses proposed in this paper will be valuable. Meta-analysis on extant diffusion literature can be the first step to empirically test those hypotheses. Other option is to collect diffusion data of diverse organizational innovations that exhibit varying diffusion rates and analyze the data by using innovation itself as a unit of analysis.

        G-내성 함양을 위한 공군사관학교 항공체력육성 관련 교과 개선방향 탐색

        공군사관학교는 정예 전투기 조종사를 양성하기 위한 특수 목적 대학으로, 체육 교육과정 중 항공체력을 육성하기 위한 교과 내용이 큰 비중을 차지한다. 그러나 최근 공군사관생도들의 조종사가 되기 위한 G-test 통과율이 하락하고 있어 본 연구에 서는 항공체력 구성 요소 중 G-내성을 육성하고 강화할 수 있는 교과의 개선방향을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구와 6회의 전문가 회의를 통해 체력과 G 내성의 관계를 분석하고 항공체력육성 관련 교과 운영 경과와 체력 변화의 추이를 분석하여 공사 체육교육과정의 항공체력 육성 관련 교과 개선방향을 도출하였다. 문헌 및 선행 연구 분석 결과 공사 생도의 체력은 항공체력육성 관련 수업의 변화와 밀접한 연관성이 있으며, 기존 시행 중인 사관학교 체력검정제도는 G 내성과 관련성이 다소 미흡한 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 따라 전문가 회의를 통해 도출된 G-내성 육성을 위한 교과 개선 방향은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제도적으로 무산소성 체력을 평가하는 방안을 검토하고, 교과측면에서는 무산소성 체력을 육성할 수 있는 교과 신설을 검토해야 한다. 둘째, 지도자 요인 측면에서는 교과 체계가 일률적으로 이뤄질 수 있도록 G-내성 관련하여 단기교수를 중심으로 교육이 필요하고, 셋째, 정책적으로는 교과 재개정시까지 현 교과 내에서 내용적으로 체력 관련 비율을 높고, 관련 연구를 축적하여 향후 교육과정 개정시 숙의의 과정을 거쳐 연구 기반 교육과정 개정이 될 수 있도록 준비해야 한다. 추가적으로 향상된 체력이 G-test에서 갖는 효과에 대해서는 후속연구가 필요하다. Korea Air Force Academy s Aviational Fitness Curriculum must be systemized for cadets g-tolerance promotion. G-tolerance is related with fitness. But, for recent years, pilot cultivation rate is decreased under 50%. Furthermore, Academy decreased aviational fitness subjects 44% from 2018 compared with 2017. So, this study inspected aviational fitness curriculum and cadet s fitness, fitness and G-tolerance, and preliminary research about pilots G-tolerance and fitness. Results are inferred as follows. First, cadets fitness is related with aviational fitness curriculum. Second, fitness inspect is weakly with G-tolerance. Form this results, we suggested aviational fitness curriculum s improvement direction. In system phase, academy must consider inspection of anaerobic fitness. In curriculum phase, academy must consider founding anaerobic fitness subject. In professor phase, academy must consider short-term professors education for sequence of curriculum. In policy phase, academy must consider fitness program s rate increasing and research accumulation for future curriculum revision.

      • 모델링 툴과 게임엔진을 이용한 캐릭터 구현 및 스토리텔링

        게임 산업이 부상하며 게임의 세계관과 스토리텔링의 중요도 또한 커지고 있다. 게임의 특정 세계관을 전달하는 것은 게임의 몰입도에 막대한 영향을 미침으로 스토리를 전달하는 방식은 계속 연구될 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 모델링 툴을 이용하여 캐릭터를 구현하고 게임엔진을 사용하여 게임의 초반 스토리를 대화창을 통해 전달하였다. 연구를 통해 스토리를 전달하기 위한 워크플로우를 세우고, 그 과정을 심도 있게 이해할 수 있었으며, 이는 차후에 보다 더 정교한 게임 캐릭터 개발과 원활한 스토리텔링을 위한 기반이 될 것이라고 기대한다. With the rise of the game industry, the importance of the game's storytelling is also increasing. Delivering a specific world view of a game has a tremendous effect on the immersion of the game, so the method of delivering a story needs to be studied continuously. In this study, the character was implemented using 3D modelling tool, and the initial story of the game was delivered through a dialogue window using a game engine. Through the research, we were able to establish a workflow for telling stories using a character and understand each process in depth, which we expect to be the basis for more sophisticated game character development and smooth storytelling in the future.

        한국 기업의 전략적 인사관리

        지난 20년간 다수의 한국 기업들은 세계 시장에서 괄목할만한 성과를 거두어 왔다. 삼성전자는 매출액 기준으로 세계 최대의 기술회사(technology company)로 등극했고 현대자동차는 세계 자동차 시장점유율 10% 내외를 차지하여 세계 5위권의 자동차 제조기업으로 성장하였다. 이처럼 눈부신 한국 기업의 성장을 가능케 한 조직수준의 역량으로 실행력, 민첩성, 기술역량 등이 주목받고 있다. 이러한 역량의 개발은 우연히 이루어진 것이 아니고 세계 시장에서 경쟁하기 위해 한국 기업이 전략적으로 구축해온 것이며, 이 과정에서 인사부문이 중요한 역할을 수행하였다. 즉, 한국적 인사관리 방식을 통해 우수한 인재를 양성하고 성과주의에 입각한 동기부여를 통해 조직의 실행력, 민첩성, 기술역량을 높여온 것이다. 본 논문에서는 전략적 인사관리 연구문헌과 한국대표기업(삼성전자, 현대자동차)의 인사관리 방식을 연구하여 한국 기업의 인사관리특징과 성과를 설명한다. 그리고, 이를 기반으로 기존의 전략적 인사관리 연구들(특히 서구 중심의 전략적 인사관리 연구)이 간과해 왔던 연구 과제들을 제시한다. 즉, 기업의 인사관리가 조직역량(실행력, 민첩성, 기술역량)을 향상시킬 수 있다는 명제를 연구과제로 제시하고 이와 관련한 전략적 인사관리 분야의 연구 과제들을 살펴 본다. The rise of Korean companies in global markets is truly remarkable because they were relatively unknown and their competitiveness was quite low just 20 years ago. In order to change the company and boost its competitiveness, Samsung Electronics Company announced ‘New Management’ initiatives in 1993 and Chairman Lee Kun-hee called for complete changes of employees and organizations. New Management was followed by ‘New HR (Human Resource Management)’, which emphasized developing and acquiring top talent as well as performance-based evaluation and compensation systems. These all-out efforts transformed the company and, in 2013, Samsung Electronics Company became the biggest technology company with sales revenues topping $210 billion. Hyundai Motors Company followed a similar route by transforming its company from a relatively unknown car maker to one of the top five players in the global auto industry. Naturally much research has tried to identify the means by which these Korean companies have transformed themselves. Most of these studies found that Korean companies had unique organizational capabilities such as strong execution, agility, and technical competence that allowed them to excel rapidly. First, in terms of execution, Korean companies showed the ability to achieve what they planned to. Strong execution of Korean companies was possible because they strongly emphasized performance-based evaluations and compensation. It was also possible because Korean companies diligently developed and acquired global talent either through global talent development programs or global talent recruiting programs. Second, Korean companies are known for their agility which is considered highly important in this ever-changing competitive environment. Agility is the ability to swiftly reconfigure and adapt organizational resources and capabilities so the organization can better meet competitive challenges from markets and the environment in general. Sources of Korean companies' agility include intentionally loose definition of jobs which allows employees to tackle any problem in the team instead of just taking care of their own individual jobs. In fact, few Korean companies use job descriptions, allowing them to flexibly utilize employees according to the changing demands of markets. Third, Korean companies were able to catch up with companies in the advanced countries in terms of technical competence in a rather short period of time. Korea started quite late in terms of industrializing the nation because of colonization and the Korean War. However, companies such as Samsung Electronics Company and Hyundai Motors Company transformed themselves into technology powerhouses by aggressively investing in research and development and providing generous compensation packages to their scientists and engineers. Also these companies established dual-track career paths for their research and development staff so they could concentrate on their expertise throughout their careers and be amply rewarded in terms of promotion and accompanying compensation. One of the characteristics of Korean companies' human resource management (HRM) is that it helped companies to build organizational capabilities such as strong execution, agility, and technical competence. Researchers in strategic HR have tried to understand how HR contributes to the performance of firms by looking at the mechanism that link HR and the performance of firms. However, few researchers have studied the impact of HR on organizational capabilities. Studying the impact of HRM on organizational capabilities will provide valuable addition to better understanding the mechanism through which HR contributes to the performance of firms. Finally, in this paper, we discuss in detail the concepts and significance of organizational capabilities. We also discuss issues and challenges in studying the impact of HR on organizational capabilities and suggest future research agenda.

        스쿼트 운동 시 지지면의 차이와 시각 여부가 균형능력에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to figure out the changes of normal people's balance ability when squat exercise in the condition of visual blocked or non-visual blocked on the stable or the unstable surfaces. Also, this study intended to assess balance ability more objectively and in a more diversified ways by using Biorescue. Methods : This study randomly assigned all the subjects to 4 groups; visual blocked or non-visual blocked on the stable surface or the unstable surface. Subjects were given 3 sets of squat exercises per day, 3 times a week for 3 weeks. At the beginning and the end of the exercise for 3 weeks, subjects measured balance ability using Biorescue and Lower Quarter Y-balance Test to evaluate the improvements of before and after. Results : All the groups showed the differences in the balance ability on the Biorescue and The Lower Quarter Y-balance test before and after the exercise. Among these groups, a group with condition of visual blocked on the stable surface showed the highest improvements. And also, it showed significant differences compared to other groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Using squat combined with variables according to this study, it can be utilized for rehabilitation of the aged and preparation of healthier life.
