人蔘 extract를 原料로 하는 軟質캡슐充入用 內容物 調劑에서 添加油가 內容物의 物性에 미치는 영향을 調査하였다. 쇼팅油 20~25% 添加로 含水 36±1%의 人蔘 extract를 事前處理없이 그대로 原料로 使用할 수 있으며 乳化油로는 固狀의 植物性 팜쇼팅 油가, 基質油로는 液狀의 옥수수油가 內容物의 乳化와 均質化 維持에 效果的이었다. 油類別 組成은 同量比가 適合하였으며 人蔘 extract 로의 添加 可能量은 내용물의 총량대비 最大 50%이었고 內容物의 均質化는 40℃에서 10,000 r.p.m으로 5分間 攪拌處理하는 것이 가장 安定하였다. Effect of the oil mixture on physical properties in soft capsule preparation with ginseng extract contained 36±1% moisture content was investigated.<br/> The optimum condition was reached when it was emulsified for 5 minutes in 40℃ water bath at 10.000 r.p.m. by mixing with both palm shortening oil and corn oil in equal amount under agitation.<br/> Addible amount of ginseng extract was 50% for the total.
NaCl 농도가 인삼의 ginsenoside 함량과 pH 및 색의 변화에 미치는 영향

In order to determine the stability of ginseng components in this salt concentration when used to ginseng as additive ingredient of sauces or seasonings, we study on the content and characteristic of ginsenosides and changes in pH and color, ginseng tail and ginseng extract were treated with various concentration of NaCl solution. In this experiment, extract of ginseng tail were increased in pH as NaCl concentration were increased, but ginseng extract have not changed evidently. The both solution were decreased in color as the salt concentration were increased. Yield of n-butanol extract was decreased in 5% NaCl concentration, while it was increased in the above concentration, and ginseng extract was changed higher than ginseng tail. Ginsenosides content were increased in 5% NaCl concentration, both ginsenosied-Rb₁, -Rb₂, -Rc, -Rd of diol line and ginsenoside-Re of triol line and increased in above NaCl concentration. Especially ginsenoside-Re showed to sensitive response to the changes of the salt concentration.
간섭 제거와 수신 성능 향상을 위한 전처리기법을 적용한 LDC기반의 다중 사용자 다중 입출력 시스템

본 논문에서는 다중사용자 다중입출력 시스템에서 대역폭 효율의 감소 없이 페이딩에 대한 수신 성능을 향상시키는 부호화 알고리듬을 제안한다. 기존의 다중사용자 다중입출력 방식으로 사용되는 공간분할다중화 방식은 페이딩 경로에 취약하며, 이를 극복하기 위한 시공간블록부호화 방식은 전송량이 떨어지는 단점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 제안 부호화 알고리듬은 페이딩 환경에 강인하고 전송량이 송신 안테나 개수에 비례하여 증가하는 LDC(linear dispersion code) 기법을 이용하여 송신 심벌을 부호화하고, 예측한 채널 이득의 특이값 분해 값을 LDC 부호화 심벌에 전처리하여 성능을 개선한다. 그리고 컴퓨터 모의실험을 통하여 기존 알고리듬과 제안하는 알고리듬의 성능을 비교 평가한다. In this paper, a coding algorithm is proposed for multi-user multi-input multi-output (MU-MIMO) systems to improve the reception performance in fading conditions without reducing the bandwidth efficiency. The space division multiple access (SDMA) scheme that is one of the commonly used for MU-MIMO systems is vulnerable to the fading. The space time block code (STBC) scheme that is used to overcome the fading has a disadvantage of reduced throughput. The proposed MU-MIMO system first encodes transmitted symbols by linear dispersion code (LDC) which is less vulnerable to the fading and increases the throughput in proportional to the number of transmit antennas. Then, the LDC coded symbols are pre-coded by the result of singular value decomposition (SVD) of the estimated channel gain. We evaluate the performance of the proposed scheme compared with the conventional algorithms by computer simulations.
강직성 척추염에 시행한 고관절 전치환 성형술 -4례보고-

Ankylosing spondylitis is a disease of the spine occuring in late adolescence or early childhood characterized pathologically by progressive inflammation of the spine, sacroiliac joints, and the lager joints of the extremities, particulary the hips, knees, and shoulders, and leading to fibrous or bony ankylosis and deformity. Total hip arthroplasty in patients with ankylosing spondylpitis is indicated in the hip with poor posture and or painful motion. At the department of Orthopaedic surgery of Chonbuk University Hospital, between 1991 and 1992, total hip arthroplasty was performed in 3 patients(4 hips) who had ankylosing spondylitis, and has reviewed since two months "o one year and four months after operation and the results are as follows. l. All patient was male and the HLA-B27 antigen was negative and all were definite ankylosing spondylitis diagnosed. 2. Duration of immobility of the involved hip ranged from five to ten years. 3. Involvement of the cervical spine or of the temporomandibular joint causes difficulties in anesthesia, particularly with intubation. So we tracheal intubation. 4. We routinely used EHDP pre and postoperative. Only One patient was developed heterotopic ossification(Brooker grade II). 5. The average Harris score of the four hips before arthroplasty and after was 36.3 and 73.3 But most patient was multiple involved joint.

본 논문은 서로 다른 부반송파 간격을 가진 OFDM(orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) 기반 무선 통신 신호를 분별하기 위하여 MFB(multiple FFT window banks) 기반의 CNN(convolutional neural network) 모델을 제안한다. 기존 딥러닝 기반 ACM(automatic modulation classification) 모델은 단일 반송파 기반의 변조 방식에 대한 분류 정확성을 향상시켰다. 그러나 동일한 대역폭에서 서로 다른 부반송파 간격을 가진 OFDM 신호를 분류하지 못하는 문제점을 가진다. 본 논문에서 제안한 MFB 기반 CNN 모델의 분류 성능이 기존 시간영역에서의 IQ(in-phase and quadrature phase) 기반 CNN 모델과 A/P(amplitude/phase) 기반 LSTM(long-short term memory) 모델의 분류 성능보다 향상됨을 모의실험을 통하여 보였다.
