his paper has suggested a design and an analysis methods on the integrated single chip antennas with multi‐band frequency that it will be able to operate from a ultra‐wideband(UWB). The designed chip antenna has the characteristic of a quintuple band as made symmetrical figure of the two trapezoidal shapes in the patch with coaxial feeding. We demonstrate an accurate results of the return loss RL and the size of the patch antennas comparing the transmission line method and M. Bartek’s analytical method[1] at central frequency 6[GHz]. In this paper, the selected wafer types to design a chip antennas are the Corning Pyrex glass and HRS(High Resistivity Silicon) Si to design a chip antennas.

An unbouned region is divided local boundary region where a practical differential equation solution is obtained, and the remaining unbounded region represented by a integral equation. The local boundary is placed so as to contain all sources, inhomogeneities and anisotropies. The local boundary is represented by a boundary-value problem with boundary conditions and solved by the finite element method. In the remaining unbouned region an extened integral equation is formulated using the two-dimensional Green's function in free space. The advantage of the proposed method is simple and efficient in the work of electromagnetic scattering. The validity of the results have been verified by comparing results of the boundary element method and the moment method. Examples has been presented to calculate the electric field in dielectric region and the scattered field of multi-coated dielectric cylinders.

Recently, biometrics and location information are being used for authentication in many devices. However, theseinformation are stored as plaintext in safe device or, stored as ciphertext in authentication server it is used for authenticationin plaintext by decrypting. Therefore, the leakage of authentication information as well as hacking can cause fatal privacyproblems. In this paper, we propose a technique that can be authenticated without exposing authentication information tociphertext using function encryption. 최근 생체정보, 위치정보 등이 다양한 디바이스 인증에 활용되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 인증정보 템플릿들은 평문형태로 안전한 저장공간(Trust Zone)에 저장 되거나 또는 인증서버에 암호문으로 저장된 인증정보를 인증요청시 복호화하여 평문형태에서 인증에 사용된다. 따라서 해킹에 의한 인증정보의 유출시 치명적인 프라이버시 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 함수암호를 이용하여 암호화된 상태에서 인증정보의 노출 없이 안전하게 인증할 수 있는방법을 제안한다.

This paper designed and analyzed the circular micro strip patch antenna using the finite difference time domain method(FDTD) of the cylindrical coordinate. Also, this paper is treated Mur's first order and unsplit anisotropic perfectly matched layer(UAPML) absorbing boundary condition as absorbing boundary condition(ABC) in free space. The results show the input impedance characteristics on the single circular patch surface with central frequencies 2.5[GHz] in I-band for mobile communication. The results of this paper shows that its results was used to the mixed UAPML with the Mur's first order ABC, and compared the two methods as ABC. In accordance with, the validity of the present method is confirmed.
실리콘 기판 내부 홈의 크기 변화에 의한 다중대역을 갖는 온-칩 안테나 설계 및 해석

This paper has design and analysis on-chip antennas with multi-band in UWB(Ultra Wide Band). Also, to adjust the frequencies of each bands, we made the small slots in the Si wafer substrate and/or the SiO2 layer. Then, this paper suggests be moved each of the bands in the direction to increase the frequency as for increasing the number of slot. We have chosen HRS (High Resistivity Silicon) Si wafer in order to integrate a wireless micro-system. Also we insert SiO2 layer between patch and substrate to increase effects of antennas.

Purpose: To evaluate the radiologic findings of intra-abdominal DSRCT. Materials and Methods: We reviewed sixcases of pathologically proven DSRCT of the abdomen. Five of these patients were men and one was a woman ; theiraverage age was 26.8 years. We retrospectively analyzed CT(n=6) and MRI(n=4). Results: In all patients, largerelatively well defined lobulated mass was seen;this arose from the peritoneal surface, and its average size was12.6(range, 10-18)cm. After the administration of contrast material, the masses showed inhomogeneous enhancement,and in addition, the following features were seen: irregular internal septations (n=5); necrosis (n=3); andamorphous calcification (n=4). Various associated findings such as ascites (n=4) and multiple para-aortic lymphnode enlargement (n=4) were present; omental cake (n=5), liver metastasis (n=1), cervical lymphadenopathy (n=1),hydronephrosis (n=1), small bowel obstruction (n=1), scrotal swelling (n=1) and collateral vessels by encasedaorta and renal vein (n=1) were also seen. Conclusion: In young male patients with a large heterogeneous enhaneedcalcified abdominopelvic mass and findings of carcinomatosis on both CT and MR images, DSRCT should be inelvded inthe differential diagnosis.
