        속응자원의 국내 및 북미 ISO/RTO 주파수조정예비력 서비스 제공에 따른 보상규칙 비교 분석

        Since FERC order 755 was published, each frequency regulation market rules of the North American ISO/RTO have been revised in many parts. In 2016, the domestic CBP market has also changed its market rules to allow ESS to participate in the frequency regulation reserve services(Governor Free and Automatic Generation Control). This paper compares and analyzes the changed North American ISP/RTO market and domestic CBP market rules. In particular, we compare PJM and CAISO frequency regulation market pricing mechanism and settlement rules with the settlement rules of the domestic CBP market and compare the factors of each market used to compensate the participating resources in terms of resource dependency and accuracy.

        ‘국민’ 담론 형성과 균열의 기원 - 『매일신문』을 중심으로

          The purpose of this dissertation is to observe the aspect and the era of the crack which occurs inevitably from citizen discussion formation process of Korean efflorescence. Maeil-sinmun(Everyday newspaper), which is published on latter half of 1890"s, shows the modern time desire which it collects Chosun(Korea)"s people to monolith of citizen. But the other inside Chosun, occurred by the modern times of enlightenment, starts to bring about the crack of modern citizen discussion.<BR>  The discussion practice in a editorial belongs to from the middle class and the life of the general layer populaces was estranged from enlightenment discussion and becomes the other. Otherwise, general news show without reserve a living of proletarian populace which falls down with the other of the modern time which is located outside of the divided line of the enlightenment discussion from the viewpoint of citizen, death, sanitary discussion.<BR>  In the modern times of enlightenment, the global competition has been interiorized and the patriotism of the citizen for the nation acquires the representation of death. The representation example is rightly Kim Duk-Ku"s death. Kim Duk-Gu has become the object of the collective grief, so the representation of death, which was ranked as the citizen cherishing object, has more strengthen a citizen discussion. In case the death of Kim Duk-Gu is inside of citizen discourse, death also exists outside of citizen discourse. Populaces which are countless appears in general news dies to be caused by with the life difficulty which becomes impoverished and dies outside of citizen discourse. Also Kim Duk-Gu"s death and peddler"s death is classified roughly into two types of grief and miscellaneousness, so it shows the divided line which it splits citizen discussion.<BR>  The divided line of citizen discourse becomes known clearly even from sanitary discussion formation process. From the viewpoint of a sanitary problem, anti-populace modern time planning of the modern times of enlightenment becomes known clearly. The features of the populaces which are estranged from sanitation starts to be embossed in the process where the sanitary discussion is diffused with daily of the populace. Considering a non-sanitary populace as savage, the nation which is a subject of sanitary security had been making the non-sanitary populace not only belong to modern time citizen but also be excluded from. The clear divided line of collecting and excluding had tighten the life of the populaces which does not become a sanitary citizen. As The civilization of the savage had been advanced with a blitz in a watch and discipline of sanitary police of the citizen nation, so a life of the populace had gotten into pressures and failure rather.<BR>  Most of nation had swarmed with the existence of Hwalbinparty(thieves of relieving poverty), which had been the other like the ghost who drifts outside of citizen discourse, with refusing to become the citizen. Existence of Majunggun(a leader of Hwalbin-party) is associated with the outside of the citizen which is not assuredly collected with the citizen in national formation process of the modern times of enlightenment. Of course, Majunggun had been not a subject or citizen, but only the people which blinked between the feudalism and modern time. Although the gangs of Majunggun are the existence which is must been disappearing simultaneously with modern time planning advanced, they are enough to be thought of symbolic existence of those days which traverse the divided line of citizen as the existence which had refused to belong to citizen.<BR>  As stated above, the lives of a enlightened citizen and nonenlightened citizen(a proletarian populace) is parted clearly from the viewpoints of citizen, death and sanitation, showing the era of the citizen discourse crack which result from formation process of cit

        무릎 위 절단술 시행 받은 환자의 대퇴골 전자간 골절에서 수술적 방법 - 수술 술기 -

        왼쪽 무릎 위 절단의 수술력이 있는 45세 남자가 낙상 후 왼쪽 고관절 통증을 주소로 응급실에 내원하였다. 일반적으로 사용되는 수술 방법 중 견인 방법을 무릎 위 절단 환자에게 적용할 수 없었기 때문에 수술에 어려움을 겪었다. 저자들은 전자간 골절의 폐쇄 정복 및 내부 고정 중에 Steinmann 핀을 통해 절단된 사지에 견인을 적용하는 거의 사용되지 않는 수술적 기법을 설명하고자 한다. A 45-year-old man with a remote history of a left above-the-knee amputation presented to the emergency department with left hip pain after a mechanical fall. This case was an operative challenge because commonly used intraoperative traction methods could not be applied to a patient with an above-the-knee amputation. We describe a rarely utilized surgical technique of applying traction to an amputated extremity via a Steinmann pin during closed reduction and internal fixation of an intertrochanteric fracture.

        로봇용 정밀 감속기 설계 전문가 시스템 개발

        로봇 시스템에서 사용되는 정밀 감속기 중에 사이클로이드 감속기는 높은 성능을 갖추고 있다. 이러한 사이클로이드 감속기를 설계하는 경우에는 많은 요소들을 고려해야 한다. 우선 기본 개념을 바탕으로 치형의 기하학적 분석이 그려져야만 한다. 그리고 기어의 이에 걸리는 하중과 스트레스, 수정계수를 정확히 계산하여야 한다. 마지막으로는 사이클로이드 치의 설계에 활용하기 위한 컴퓨터 소프트웨어는 기하학과 힘의 방정식을 기초로 발전할 필요가 있다. 이 논문에서, 사이클로이드 감속기 설계 전문가 시스템은 비주얼C++를 사용하여 개발되어 진다. 그러므로 가장 중요한 요소는 사용자가 간단한 입력값을 넣음으로써 자동으로 구할 수 있다는 것이다. Among the precision reduction gear drivers for robot system, the cycloid reducer is well known for it's high performances. Designing this reducer, there are many factors which must be considered. First, a geometrical analysis of tooth shape must be drawn from the basic concept. Second, loads, stresses and modification factors on tooth should be calculated exactly. Finally, a computer software to optimize the design of cycloid tooth needs developing on the basis of the geometric and force equations. In this research, the expert system to design the cycloid reducer was developed using Visual C++ so, the most important factors can be obtained automatically as the user put the simple input data.

        부화소 기반의 적응적 보간법을 통한 영상 확대

        최근 많은 멀티미디어 제품에서 영상 보간 시스템을 사용하지만, 대부분의 영상 보간 시스템은 보간과정에서 블러링 등의 원치 않는 인공물이 발생된다. 제안하는 보간법은 주어진 영상의 화소와 최적화된 거리가중치 매개변수를 통해 왜곡거리를 구한다. 보간에 참조되는 새로운 왜곡거리는 화소의 주파수성분을 고려하여 보간의 성능을 향상시킨다. 컴퓨터 실험 결과를 통해 제안하는 보간법이 효율적으로 인공물을 개선하면서 이전의 선형 보간법들보다 성능이 우수함을 입증한다. Recently, there are a lot of multimedia products using image interpolation system. However, most interpolation systems in existence suffer visually to some extents from the effects of blurred edges and jagged artifacts in the image. In this paper, we propose a new adaptive linear interpolation system that uses the sub-pixel. The proposed system calculate the warped distance among the pixels of an image by optimizing length parameter. A new cost function is introduced to reflect frequency properties of the original data in order to improve image quality. Experimental results show that our new algorithm significantly outperforms conventional interpolation methods in subjective quality, and in most cases, in terms of PSNR as well.

        고속 컨텐츠 인식 동영상 리타겟팅 기법

        본 논문에서는 동영상의 주요 컨텐츠를 보존하면서 영상의 크기를 변환하는 고속 동영상 리타겟팅 기법을 제안한다. 기존의 Seam Carving에서는 seam을 하나씩 구할 때마다 누적 에너지의 갱신이 발생하며, 여기서 누적 에너지는 동적계획법을 이용하여 계산하기 때문에 전체 연산시간의 지연은 불가피하다. 본 논문에서는 전체 동영상을 특징이 서로 비슷한 scene으로 나누고, 각 scene의 첫 프레임에서는 seam이 될 수 있는 모든 후보들 중 복수개의 seam을 추출하여 누적 에너지의 갱신과정을 줄여 고속화한다. 또한 scene의 두 번째 프레임부터 인접한 프레임 상호간에 상관성을 이용하여, 연속하는 프레임은 누적 에너지를 계산하지 않고 이전 프레임의 seam 정보를 참조한 계산만으로 모든 seam을 추출한다. 따라서 제안하는 시스템은 누적 에너지에 계산되는 연산량을 대폭 줄였으며 전체 프레임의 분석도 필요하지 않아 고속화가 가능하고, 컨텐츠의 떨림 현상은 발생하지 않는다. 실험 결과는 제안하는 방법이 처리 속도와 메모리 사용량 면에서 실시간 처리에 적합하고, 영상이 가지고 있는 컨텐츠를 보존하면서 영상의 크기를 조절할 수 있음을 보여준다. In this paper, we propose a fast video retargeting method which preserves the contents of a video and converts the image size. Since the conventional Seam Carving which is the well-known content-aware image retargeting technique uses the dynamic programming method, the repetitive update procedure of the accumulation energy is absolutely needed to obtain seam. The energy update procedure cannot avoid the processing time delay because of many operations by the image full-searching. By applying the proposed method, frames which have similar features in video are classified into a scene, and the first frame of a scene is resized by the modified Seam Carving where multiple seams are extracted from candidate seams to reduce the repetitive update procedure. After resizing the first frame of a scene, all continuous frames of the same scene are resized with reference to the seam information stored in the previous frame without the calculation of the accumulation energy. Therefore, although the fast processing is possible with reducing complexity and without analyzing all frames of scene, the quality of an image can be analogously maintained with an existing method. The experimental results show that the proposed method can preserve the contents of an image and can be practically applied to retarget the image on real time.
