This study evaluate the influence of food staining food and bleaching on the color (CIELAB) and reflectivity of two-way (anterior & posterior) composite resin and flowable composite resin, There were 6 immersion media: kimchi, red pepper paste, blueberry, tea, curry and distilled water, A total of 36 specimens (11x11x2 mm) were prepared and immersed in each immersion media for 8 days at 37oC. Their color and reflectivity measured with the spectrophotometer at baseline and every 24 hours. Data from the color change and reflectivity were collected and subjected to statistical analysis by ANOVA, ANCOVA and RM-ANOVA. Curry showed the highest influence on color change and blueberry on brightness (p< 0.001) on both resins. Bleaching after polishing made color change more than polishing or bleaching independently on two-way (anterior & posterior) composite resin, but not on flowable composite resin. It was suggested cleaning the mouth after taking curry and blueberry be needed to maintain the original color of composite resin.
Bi₂Sr₂Ca(Cu_1-xNix)₂O_8+δ단결정의 전류 변화에 대한 활성화 에너지

Bi□Sr□Ca(Cu□-□Ni□)□O□+δ (x=0, 0.003) 단결정을 개선된 방향성 응고법을 이용하여 성장시켰으며, 표준 4단자법으로 ab-면의 비저항을 측정하였고, Direct four-probe법을 이용해서 c-축의 비저항을 측정하였다. Arrhenius plot slopes의 기울기는 활성화 에너지를 나타내는데 이의 온도 의존성에 대하여 조사하였다. 자기장을 인가하여 활성화 에너지를 측정하면, 고온과 저온에 서로 다른 두개의 TAFF 영역이 나타나는 것을 볼 수 있고, 이들 활성화에너지는 고온 영역에서는 lnB에 비례하고, 저온 영역에서는 B□□ 에 비례하였다. By making use of the improved directional solidification method and, standard and direct four-prove methods respectively. We grow Bi□Sr□Ca(Cu1-□Ni□)2O8+δ (x=0, 0.003) single crystal and measure its resitivities in ab-plane and c-axis. The temperature at the activation energy, which is described by a slope in the Arrhenius plot, is examined. The activation energy measured by applying the external magnetic field, exhibits two different TAFF regimes at low and high temperatures. It is shown that the activation energy is propotional to lnB and B□□ at high and low temperature regimes, respectively.
Synthesis of Dicyanovinyl compounds by Vinylogous Nucleophilic Substitution Reaction

여러 가지 dicyanovinyl 유도체들을 1-chloro-1-phenyl-2,2-dicyanoethene(1) 및 p-bis(1-chloro-2,2-dicyanovinyl)benzene(2)와 phenoxide, sulfide, phthalimide 등의 anions과 반응시켜 합성하였다. Dicyanovinyl chloride 에대한 phenoxide anion의 반응성은 파라 치환체의 전자주는 정도에따라 달라진다. 10정도의 pKa 값을 가진 sulfide 와 phthalimide의 anion은 dicyanovinyl 화합물에 대하여 좋은 친핵체이므로, 쉽게 enthionitriles과 enimidonitriles 등을 합성하였다. Various dicyanovinyl derivatives were newly prepared from the reaction of 1-chloro-1-phenyl-2,2-dicyanoethene(1) and p-biw(1-chloro-2,2-dicyanovinyl)benzene(2) with pehnoxide, sulfide and phthalimide anions. The reactivity of phenoxide anion to dicyanovinyl chloride is increased wih the magnitude of electron donation of substituent at para-position. the anions of sulfide and phthalimide possessing pKa value of around 10 also showed a good reactivity to dicyanovinyl compound to give enthionitriles and enimidonitriles.

Amyloidosis is a group of conditions of diverse causes characterized by the accumuiation of ultrastructually fibrillar material in various tissues in quantities sufficient to compremise vital organ funtion. The associated disease states may be inflammatory, hereditary, or neoplastic, and deposition can be local or systemic. We report a case of amyloidosis which was diagnosed in a 49-year-old female patient by means of liver and kidney biopsy and was presented with characteristic nephrotic syndrome and hepatosplenomegaly.
