      • 애드혹 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 컨텍스트 인지 기반 상호작용 지원을 위한 효율적인 Publish/Subscribe 기법

        애드혹 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 상호작용 미들웨어는 컨텍스트의 변화에 따라 애플리케이션간의 상호작용을 재구성할 수 있도록 지원해야 한다. 또한 미들웨어는 컨텍스트 인지 상호작용을 지원하는데 있어 컨텍스트 종류나 애플리케이션들 혹은 환경의 다양성에 따라 컨텍스트 변화에 대한 적응성을 동적으로 변화시킬 수 있도록 기능을 제공해야 한다. 하지만 기존 연구들은 컨텍스트 변화에 대한 적응성을 변화시키는 이러한 요소들에 대해 고려하지 않으며 그로 인해 컨텍스트 변화에 대한 적응 정도를 정적으로 설정함으로써 컨텍스트 인지 상호작용을 지원하는데 있어 경우에 따라 오버헤드가 발생하거나 컨텍스트 변화에 빠르게 대응하지 못한다. 따라서 본 연구는 애드혹 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 동작하는 Publish/Subscribe 기반의 상호작용 미들웨어에서 이벤트 중계의 정확성과 컨텍스트 변화 적응성간의 관계를 기반으로 다양한 컨텍스트 종류나 사용자, 환경에 따라 이벤트 중계의 정확도를 동적으로 조절하는 기법을 제안한다. 그리고 이를 기반으로 이벤트 중계 정보를 동적으로 재구성하여 컨텍스트에 맞춰 효율적으로 컨텍스트 인지 상호작용을 구성할 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 비교분석 결과 기존 연구에 비해 컨텍스트 변화에 대한 적응성에서 더 나은 결과를 보여주었다.

        장기전세주택 수익적 타당성 분석

        Ever since its conception of long-term public deposit-basis rental housing by Seoul government back in 2007 and a subsequent implementation of the project, long-term public deposit-basis rental housing units have amounted to 25,683 in total as of the end of 2013. General consensus is that the long-term public deposit-basis rental housing project has made great contributions to shifting general public's perception about housing to a place to live in from financial assets and to stabilizing housing prices in adjacent areas as intended. It is perceived that the project has been successful with intended policy purpose and effects of long-term public deposit-basis rental housing greatly achieved. However, lately the government's and state-owned companies' mounting debt emerged as a serious social issue and concerns deepen about prioritization of limited public financial resources. Against this backdrop, the study on profitable feasibility of long-term public deposit base rental housing was conducted from the perspective of the supplier. In accordance with the conclusion of the feasibility analysis, first, we identified a need to liquidate long-term public deposit-basis rental housing bigger than units 85 square meters so as to use the proceeds for the budget for rental housing for low-income families. Second, we also identified a need to convert long-term public deposit-basis rental houses smaller than 85 square meters into 10 year-term public rental housing. Lastly, the study finds out a need to bring down housing prices to original sale prices if an installment payment rental plan (10 years term) is introduced

        부동산특성별 경매투자자의 투자만족도에 미치는 영향요인 연구

        본 연구는 경매투자자의 투자만족도에 미치는 영향 요인을 외부환경, 내부환경, 투자장애, 컨설팅기여, 위험선호도, 정보신뢰성 그리고 내외 통제성으로 하고 부동산 특성별로 경매만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인이 어떻게 다르게 나타나는지를 분석한 것이다. 부동산특성은 주거용, 상업용,, 토지 등으로 구분하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 주거용 부동산은 외부환경, 내부환경, 그리고 투자장애 요인들이 투자만족도에 영향을 미치고 있음 확인하였고, 상업용 부동산은 투자만족도에 미치는 요인이 없었으며, 토지의 경우는 정보 신뢰성과 함께 컨설팅 기여 요인이 투자만족도에 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 경매 투자자는 부동산특성에 따라 고려하는 주요 영향 요인이 다르다는 것을 의미한다. 특히, 토지의 경우 정보의 불확실성이 커서 컨설팅이 필요하다는 것을 투자자들이 인식하고 있다는 것이다.         수문운영에 따른 낙단보 상류하도 흐름특성 해석

        This study, examines the flow characteristics of upstream channel depending on water gate operation of Nakdan Multi-fuctional weir. The specific purpose of this study are to simulate the variation of flow velocity depending on the operation of the weir using 1-dimensional hydraulic model, HEC-RAS, and compare it with observed velocity. For discharge conditions from 50 ㎥/s to 3,500 ㎥/s, it is observed that the velocity of upstream channel is almost constant, whereas for probability flood discharge, the velocity and froude number are increased as the discharge values are increased. The velocity values for downstream boundary condition EL, 40.0 m are more decreased than those for EL. 40.5m. From comparison on the variation of water stage depending on water gate operation, it is observed that the stage values are almost constant for discharges below 300 ㎥/s, whereas 5 cm to 20 cm for discharges over 700 ㎥/s. Flow velocity at streamflow gauging station. Nakdong, is decreased by more than 875% after installing the weir. The results obtained from this study indicate that the velocity of upstream channel is decreased and the discharge and velocity of downstream channel are significantly varied after installing the weir.

        장기전세주택 수선유지비용의 실증분석 및 예측

        This study analyzes and predicts maintenance expenses which can be incurred for the long-term by investigating management scale of long-term deposit-only rental (so-called Jeonsei) housing to provide reasonable and effective maintenance services for the residents who live in long-term deposit-only rental housing. The study also analyzes financial ripple effect of maintenance expenses on business entities in economic terms. Prediction model for maintenance cost utilized a model of a preceding study which calculated 'standard cost of area divided by number of household by age of apartment' through case analysis of public rental housing and, as the result of prediction, incurred maintenance cost were over 2.4 billion won in 2015, 4.5 billion won in 2018, 6.5 billion won in 2020 and 20 billion won in 2026. In addition, the ratio of maintenance expenses of long-term deposit-only rental housing against business cost of rental housing turned out to be 0.32% in 2013, 1.99% in 2020 and 6.26% in 2026, showing increasing financial burden for business entities. Based on the result of analysis, for sustainable maintenance of long-term deposit-only rental housing, this study suggests followings; first, serious considerations should be made to sell long-term deposit-only rental housing over the scale of National Housing to residents who desire to purchase them. Second, maintenance service should be restructured to orient toward residents. Third, precaution and management activities on maintenance should be fortified.

        경매투자 활성화를 위한 성공요인의 실증적 연구

        This dissertation is a study of factors affecting the satisfaction of investors for real estate auction market activation. Correctly understand the nature of the auction industry and has been investigated by considering the factors on individual behavior and the nature of the environment surrounding the auction market investors. In particular, the study of how the auction Investment Consulting affect the investments of satisfaction there is a difference with previous studies. The results of the auction and to increase your satisfaction is important to investors, legal, institutional procedures and principles related to the auction, the information is accurate and reliable for the auction showed that a very important thing. Also it showed consulting the auction affecting investor satisfaction study was that the training of future auctions consulting industry to help with the activation of the auction.

        약물오남용 및 부작용에 관한 피부과 영역의 전향적 다기관 임상 역학연구

        N/A Background : The abuse, nmisuse, and resultant adverse reactions of various drugs have been widespread due to lack of division of work of medicine and pharmacy in Korea. Objective : A multicenter, prospective, clinico-epidemiologic evaluation was made from patients with adverse drug reactions who visited 126 dermatologic departments in university hospitals(21) or private clinics(105) nationwide from Iuly 1st to July 31st, 1999. Results : The prevalence of adverse drug reaction was 10.4% among them 47.9% of the patients had adverse cutaneous effects from external use of topical steroids and 24.1% of the patients had contact dermatitis from external use of various topical agents. The rate(66.3%) of misuse of topical steroids was higher than that(33.7%) of abuse of the drugs. 79.8% of patients had obtained drugs without an accurate diagnosis and prescription from their doctors. Regarding the potency of topical steroids, it was revealed that the lowest potency drugs also caused adverse effects. Conclusion : The strict grouping of drugs as prescription drugs or over-the-counter drugs based on drug safety is the key factor to avoid the abuse and misuse of drugs, and to protect the public health from harmful drug effects.         하천합류부의 기하학적 형상에 따른 흐름특성에 관한 연구

        In this study, using a two-dimensional hydraulic analysis model at the confluence of the rivers RMA-2 variables were analyzed with respect to the topographical characteristics of the confluence. Compare the results of velocity change of flow characteristics was an average increase of 4.5% compared to the frequency in 100 years 200 years frequency, end point of the maximum flow rate caused by the flow rate was analyzed to shorten the average level of 13.4%. In the analysis of the geomorphological factors and flow characteristics the ratio of the width of the river was high correlation to 0.98. Most of the flow characteristics and factors were analyzed to exhibit high correlation than 0.96. The maximum flow rate of the confluence is high and the correlation of approximately 85% of the flow rate , the flow rate area are found to exhibit a correlation of 86% in the flow ratio. Multiple regression analysis correlation crossing the street caused a maximum flow rate results from higher to 0.997. Inflow angle and width ratio, curve ratio, using the argument of the bent flow characteristics of the flow rate of correlation and multiple regression analysis revealed merging portion end distance is lowest with 0.805.
