인터넷을 활용한 원격교육에서 학습유형에 따른 상호작용과 학업성취도 비교 연구

The major purposes of this study were to find out how much and what type of the difference there are between teachers` learning achievement and interaction frequency based on their learning style and to give basic guide lines for the instructional strategy of distance education based on the learner`s learning style with the findings. Subjects were 67 teachers who had taken part in `the internet utilization and internet homepage development` training program under distance education environment via internet. The subjects were classified into four types of learning styles(convergers, divergers, accommodators, assimilators) after taking the LSI test designed by Kolb. Of the 67 teachers, 26 were turned out to be converger type, 16 were divergers, 15 were accommodators, and 10 were assimilators. Two type of interactions, Instructor to Learner Interaction and Learner to Learner Interaction, were used for measuring the frequency of interaction through various types of internet interfaces(BBS. IRC, E-mail, and etc). The tools for evaluating the learners` learning achievement were consisted of paper test(30%), practical exam(30%), assignment(20%), and class attendance(20%). Followings were the results of this study: 1) There were no statistically difference in tlae frequency of the interaction among the four groups of the learning styles. 2) For the learners` learning achievement, it turned out to be also no significant difference among the four learning styles. 3) For the relations between the interaction and the learners` learning achievement, there was statistically strong positive correlation.
클러치 드래그 토크에 미치는 마찰재 면적 및 클리어런스의 영향

The reduction of drag torque is an important research issue in terms of improving transmission efficiency. Drag torque in a wet clutch occurs because of the viscous drag generated by the transmission fluid in a narrow gap (clearance) between the friction plate and a separate plate. The objective of this paper is to observe the effects of the friction plate area and the clearance on the drag torque using finite element simulation. The two-phase flow of air and oil fluid is considered and modeled for the simulation. The simulation analysis reveals that as the rotational speed increases, the drag torque generally increases to a critical point and then decreases sharply at a high speed regime. The clearance between the two plates plays an important role in controlling drag torque peak. An increase in the clearance causes a decrease in shear stress; thus, the drag torque also decreases according to Newton’s law of viscosity. An observation of the effect of the area of contact between transmission fluid and friction plate shows that the drag torque increases with the contact area. The flow vectors inside the flow channel present clear evidence that the velocity of the fluid flows is faster with a larger friction plate, that is, in the case of a larger contact area. Therefore, the optimum size of the friction plate should be determined carefully, considering both the clutch performance and drag reduction. It is expected that the results from this study can be very useful as a database for clutch design and to predict the drag torque for the initial design with respect to various clutch parameters.
농어촌 다문화가정 아동의 적응 유형과 전략에 대한 연구

본 연구는 농어촌 다문화가정 아동의 적응에 어려움을 주는 요인을 밝히고, 대처하고 극복해 가는 전략과 유형을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 초등학생 이상의 아동을 둔 어머니 19명을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시한 한 후 근거이론방법으로 분석하였다. 즉 개방코딩, 축코딩, 선택코딩 단계 순으로 원자료를 범주화하여 분석하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 첫째, 농어촌 다문화가정 아동의 적응에 있어서 엄마가 외국인이라는 것뿐만 아니라 환경적으로 열악하여 부정적인 요인으로 작용하였다. 둘째, 아동들이 겪는 중심현상은 정서적 어려움, 정체감 혼란, 학업적 어려움, 행동적 문제, 가족과의 상호작용 회피로 나타났다. 셋째, 대처전략에 영향을 주는 요인은 가족의 지지, 사회적 지지, 개인적 요인이었으며, 재능발견, 주변의 인정, 엄마와 갈등, 리더경험, 다름을 이용하는 대처전략을 보였다. 넷째, 농어촌 다문화가정 아동의 적응유형은 맞춰가기(순응형), 독립적인 태도(자기주도형), 이중적 태도(부적응형)으로 나눌 수 있었다. 또한 농어촌 다문화가정 아동의 적응은 개인적 요인에 의해서도 영향을 받지만 어머니의 심리적 안정성과 가정적, 사회문화적 환경의 지지에 의해 더 많은 영향을 받는다는 것을 알 수 있었다. This study was conducted as a research exercise on the adjustment types and coping strategies of children of multicultural families in rural areas. The subjects were 19 intermarriage mothers who were able to communicate in Korean and had school-age children. The data were collected through purposive sampling and in-depth interview, and analysed through the ground theory study method. As for the results, first, the children had difficulties adapting to their families in low social economic status as well as their foreign mothers. Second, they had in emotional problems, identity confusion, behavioral problems and they tended to withdraw from their family. Third, they used their personal talents, commendations of important persons, conflicts with their mothers, experiences as leaders, and differences from peers due to having multicultural family as coping strategies. Finally, the adjustment types of the children in multicultural families in rural areas were the adaptation, independent, and maladjustment types.
DACUM 직무 분석 기법을 통한 이러닝 품질 관리사의 직무 모형 개발

The purpose of this study was to analyze job of e-learning quality managers based on the DACUM(Developing A Curriculum) method and to construct a task model of e-learning quality managers. A DACUM committee was composed to analyze job of e-learning quality managers and the committee members were total 12, those are one facilitator, 9 panel members, one recorder and one coordinator. The major findings of this study were as the followings; first, the number of job duty of e-learning quality managers were total 7, which were service planing, infrastructure building, of content developing, service evaluating, administration for quality managing, self-improvement. And total tasks of job of e-learning quality managers were 61. Second, 14 knowledge, 21 skill, 19 attitudes for e-learning quality managers were analyzed. Third, a task model of e-learning quality managers was constructed based on the results of DACUM job analysis.
화재 시 건축물의 개구부 개폐 여부에 따른 구조 성능 변화 예측을 위한 해석 연구

This paper aims at predicting structural performance of buildings according to opening conditions under fire. Towards that goal, fire simulations are performed to investigate effects of opening conditions on heat propagation. In addition, residual performance of the structural members is evaluated using finite element method to see if fire damaged structural members satisfy structural design criteria. As a result, in the model with opened windows, maximum temperature is observed from the fire initiated room, while maximum temperature is moved from fire initiated room to stairways in the model with closed windows. This influences on structural behaviors of the fire damaged building such that the area where structural design criteria is not satisfied increases in the case of model with opened windows. 화재 시 구조물의 성능 변화는 인명 및 재산 피해로 직결되어 화재가 구조 성능에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것은 필수적이며, 이때 공기 유입의 통로가 되는 개구부의 개폐가 중요한 역할을 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 화재 시뮬레이션 수행을 통해 개구부의 개폐 조건에 따른 실내 온도 분포를 파악한 후, 유한요소해석 기법을 이용하여 시간에 따른 구조물의 부재별 잔존 구조 성능을 파악하여 화재 시간에 따른 건축물의 구조 안전성을 검토하여 비교, 분석하였다. 화재 시뮬레이션 결과, 개구부가 모두 개방된 경우 화재 발생 위치에서 최대 온도가 나타난 반면, 창문이 폐쇄된 경우 계단실 근처에서 최대 온도가 나타났다. 이러한 개구부 개폐 조건에 따른 부재의 구조 성능 저감을 고려하여 건물 전체의 구조 안전성을 검토한 결과, 창문이 개방된 경우에 설계 조건을 만족하지 못하는 면적이 증가하여 구조적으로 더 위험한 것으로 확인되었다.
