요통 환자의 심박변이도 특성에 대한 임상적 연구

Objectives: To study autonomic nervous system dysfunction of Low Back Pain(LBP) patients, using spectral analysis of Heart Rate Variability(HRV). Methods: HRV of 190 patients was measured and seperated into two groups, those with LBP(n=95) and healthy controls(n=95). HRV was measured by SA-6000(Medicore, Korea) for 5 minutes after 5 minutes` resting. Results: 1. Mean heart rate(MHRT) of the experimental group was slightly higher than that of the control group, but did not show significant difference(P=0.428). The square root of the mean squared differences of successive normal-to-normal intervals(RMSSD), logarithmic very low frequency power(Ln VLF) and low frequency power/high frequency power ratio(LH/HF ratio) were not significantly low between experimental group and control group(P=0.16, 0.130, 0.537). 2. The standard deviation of all the normal-to-normal intervals(SDNN), logarithmic total power(Ln TP), logarithmic low frequency power(Ln LF) and logarithmic high frequency power(Ln HF) were significantly low between experimental group and control group(P=0.03, 0.005, 0.001, 0.007). 3. Ln LF of acute group was significantly low compared with those of chronic group(P= 0.039). Conclusions: This study suggests the activity and imbalance of autonomic nervous system in LBP is low. Also sympathetic nervous system of acute LBP is lower than that of chronic LBP. Further study of HRV related to LBP is needed in the clinical medicine.

미세전류치료의 최근 임상연구논문 고찰

Objectives : MENS was used for wound healing and pain relief using bioelectric property. There are many articles on in vivo and clinical research. This article reviews articles on MENS published for recent 10 years to consider effectiveness of MENS and other fields to applicate MENS. Articles were collected from MAR, 2008 to JUN, 2008. Methods : We searched Pubmed, KSI, KERIS, KMBASE, and National assembly library using "Microcurrent Electrical Neuromuscular Stimulation" and classified the articles into subsets of foreign, Korean and wound healing, pain relief, and increasing the range of movement(ROM). Also we evaluated their values according to the Jadad scale. Results : A total of 18 articles (Foreign-9, Korean-9) reconfirmed that MENS reduces pain, increases wound healing, ROM, and strength of muscle. In addition, MENS has effect on stress-hormone and various pain like low back pain, acute lateral epicondylitis, and plantar fascitis. And there are various styles developed. However, there is no standard protocol so the user is usually in trouble at clinic. Conclusions : MENS may be have application to various pain diseases, and further studies analysing its effectiveness are needed.

영화 도그빌 속의 연극성에 대한 고찰

본 논문은 영화 Dogville 속에 나타난 연극성에 관하여, 연극적인 시선으로 소고 했다. 특히 전반적인 구성과 형식에 있어서 Brecht 의 서사연극(Epic theatre) 에 많은 영향을 받았음을 알 수 있다. 첫째, Dogville 은 영화 서사가 진행되는 장소 자체를 연극이 한 공간 에서 진행 되는 것처럼 한정된 공간을 제시 한다. 두 번째로 미장센적인 요소에 있어서 영화에서 공간적 분열을 상징하는 연극무대 장치를 사용했다는 것이다. 이는 변증법적으로 인물들의 소외감과 충돌하게 되는 인간 삶의 단편을 표현하는 것이다. 마지막으로 이 영화는 연극적인 마임과 비디제시스적 음향효과를 사용하였다는 것이다. 마임동작은 관객이 배우의 연기에 더욱 집중하게 하는 효과를 주며 지루 한 듯 흘러가는 영화의 서사에 탄력을 준다. 이렇듯 라스 폰 트리에 감독은 연극에서 사용되는 여러 장치들을 영화에 삽입함으로써 관객에게 극에 대해 감정적인 동화 없이, 좀 더 많은 상상력을 요구하고, 배우의 연기와 영화의 서사에 집중 할 수 있게 하는 힘을 불어넣어 주고 있다. The purpose of this study is to find the theatrical style in Dogville, which was the film directed by Las Von Trier. There are a lot of Brecht Epic theatre styles in plot and mise en scene in the film. This study try to divide into three parts of them. First of all, the film uses the defined space as a theatrical stage in the one act play. Secondly, there are some apparatuses which was presented as a stagy style in the film. From these apparatuses, the audiences can get the human's life dialectically collided against a sense of alienation. Finally, the film shows up the mime and non-diegetic sound to get an epical stream of Brecht's style. By using these elements to construct all of the film structure, the audiences can establish their one subjecthood against the idealogical empathy.

체홉극속의 포즈와 말줄임표에 관한 고찰

체홉 의 희곡들을 읽을 때 간과 할 수 없는 점이 대사의 중간 중간에 포진 되어 있는 사이와 말줄임표의 존재이다. 체홉 의 작품을 연출할 때 수많은 양의 사이와 말줄임표 에 어떤 의미를 부연하고 표현해낼 수 있을까 는 체홉의 작품을 보다 체홉 처럼 보이게 하는 결정적인 요소가 아닐까 생각한다. 배우들은 그들의 연기 속에 사이와 말줄임표 를 어떻게 녹여내어 표현 할 것인가를 고민해야 한다. 먼저 사이와 말줄임표의 적절한 사용은 등장인물의 특징을 확정 짓는데 도움이 될 것이다. 다시 말해서, 개인에 관한 흥미를 집중적으로 표현하는 것이 체홉 극작의 근간을 이루고 있고 적어도 체홉 드라마 속의 침묵은 액션이 상대적으로 부족하다고 여겨지는 체홉의 극을 음악적 역동성을 가진 하나의 전혀 다른 연극텍스트, 즉 정교하게 다루어 져야할 연출적, 연기적 재료로서의 기능을 갖는다 하겠다. The things that you cannot miss when reading Chekhov's plays are pauses and ellipses lining up in the middle of the lines. I think what meaning to amplify and how to express a great number of pauses and ellipses when one directs Chekhov's works may be a crucial element that makes his works more Chekhov-like. First, proper uses of pauses and ellipses may be helpful for determining the characteristics of the characters. So silence in Chekhov drama allows his plays considered relatively lacking actions to become totally different drama texts with musical dynamics, that is, functions as directive or acting material to be treated delicately.

L’Analyse de la théorie d’André Antoine

프랑스 자연주의 연극의 선구자 앙드레 앙투안(André Antoine)의 사상은 현대 연극의 발전에 미친 영향이 크다. “연출은 그 시대의 유행을 따른다”라고 한 그의 주장은 시대별 연극의 구조 속에서, 기술적인 면에서 행해진 수많은 스타일들을 통해서, 각각의 세대별 연출가들의 작업을 통하여 입증되었다. 수많은 연출가들의 작업은 그들의 성향에 따라 각자의 색깔을 가지고 범주화된다. 여기서 앙투안이 자신의 연극 연출 개념을 통하여 일으켰던 연극적인 혁명은 연출사에 근본적인 변화의 초석을 마련한다. 그는 당대에 만연해 있던 낡은 구습의 연극적 관례(convention théâtrale)를 거부했다. 그가 주된 연출작업의 사상으로 사용한 자연주의는 그 당시 상연되었던 드라마들이 연극적인 고민 없이 관객들의 입맛에 맞추어 무작위로 무대에 오르는 것에 대해 고발하는 입장을 취했다. 오랜 연구 끝에 앙투안은 현실에서 퍼 올린 듯한 무대를 재현하는 데 성공한다. 앙투안은 그 시대의 기준에 비추어 상연불가로 여겨지던 작품들을 무대에 올리는 기염을 토하기도 했다. 그가 창시한 자유 극장 (Théâtre libre)은 영국과 독일에 그와 유사한 운동을 유도 해 냈고 그가 욕망하던 연극 텍스트 의 문학적 수용을 실현 시키던 장이 되기도 했다. 또한 그는 자신의 예술세계의 한 축으로 ‘제4의 벽’에 대한 각별한 인식을 가지고 있었다. 현대 연출가의 대부로서 명실 공히 자리 잡은 앙투안은 죽는 날까지 자신이 시작한 현대연극을 관찰하고 비평하는 자세를 늦추지 않았다. 현대를 살아가면서 현대적인 감각을 무시하고 연출 작업을 할 수 없는 연출가의 입장에서 그의 사상과 활동 등을 되돌아보며 오늘날 연출의 상황을 정리해 보고자 한다.

내반슬로 인한 대퇴경골각의 변화가 골반경사각에 미치는 영향

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the Correlation between Pelvic angle and the Tibiofemoral angle in the Genu varum. Method : Age of All subjects were 20-37 years. 33(male 10, female 23) subjects were assessed by whole spine x-ray and orthogram. The collected data consisted of items on general characteristics, Pelvic Incidence(PI), Pelvic Tilt(PT), Sacral Slope(SS) and Tibiofemoral Angle(TFA) of the subjects. Results : The PI, PT and TFA had a relationship significantly. However, there was no relationship between SS and TFA. Conclusion : The results suggest that TFA is related to PI, PT. Internal rotation due to genu varum of femoral at hip influence that PI and PT increase.

한국 남자 성인의 스트레스와 승모근·흉쇄유돌근 경근전도의 상관성 분석

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation of stress and meridian muscle electrography in Korean adult males. Methods : Sixty-nine volunteers suffering from stress participated in this study. Physical examination, stress survey and meridian muscle electrography were performed. Each variable was compared with each other by correlation analysis. Results : Correlation between stress response inventory and fatigue of trapezius muscle right upper portion was statistically significant. In relationship between sub scales of stress response inventory and meridian muscle electrography, fatigue of trapezius muscle right upper portion was statistically significant with tension, depression, and frustration. Contraction power of left sternocleidomastoid muscle was significant with somatization and others were not significant. Conclusions : In Korean adult males, trapezius muscle shows more fatigue under more stress. This suggests that stress influences muscle fatigue. Although meridian muscle electrography is not a typical method for the evaluation of pain nor stress, this is referential method to clinical evaluation of painful shoulder caused stress.
