        치은섬유아세포와 치은인대세포의 형태와 화학주성에 미치는 대조추출물의 효과에 관한 연구

        The most important object of periodontal treatment is the perfect regeneration of destructed periodontal tissue. The healing of periodontal lesion is affected by several cells & factors, which result in formation of long juntional epithelium, root resorption, bony ankylosis or connective tissue attachment. And ideal healing is enhanced by epithilial exclusion or periodontal ligament cell activation. In this investigation, I studied the effect of Zizyphus Fructus extract which enhances biologic activity& collagen synthesis, on the chemotaxis & cell nature. The cells were obtained from interdental area & middle third area of the freshly extracted teeth for the orthodontic purpose. And they were fully incubated in${\alpha}-MEM$ solution containing $100{\mu]g/ml$ penicillin & $100{\mu]g/ml$ streptomycin followed by 6 generation incubation. The test cells were collected by trypsin-EDTA & centrifuge in the fully incubated cells, counted by Hernacyotmeter, incbated $5{\times}10^5/ml$ cells for 24 hours, re-incubated 24 hours in media containing natural extract and photographed. The cells were incubated for 4 hours in 48 well microchemotaxis chamber bisecting upper & lower chamber by 8ug/m pore polycarbonate membrane coating 5mg/ml gelatin solution. The migrated cells in microscope were counted, which meaned cell chemotaxis activity. The study had shown that the morphology of cell was spindle-shaped as the control group, and the subextract test groups were not significantly different. In gingival fibroblasts, the chemotaxis effect of PDGF was statistically significant compared to control group. The Zizyphus Fructus extract was more or less enhanced chemotaxis effect and in $1{\mu}g/ml$ concentration the chemotaxis effect was slightly elevated compared with $10{\mu}g/ml$ concentration. But, among the subextracts, it was not significantly defferent. In PDL cells, the chemotaxis effect of PDGF in statistically significant, and the zizyphus Fructus extract had shown the enhanced effect. The effect was slightly higher in $1{\mu}g/ml$ concentration than 10g/ml concentration,and no significance among the subextracts.

        대형유통업체와 중소상인 상생방안 연구

        본 연구는 정책의사결정자들이 대형유통업체와 중소상인의 상생방안 문제 중 우선적으로 고려하여야 할 방안의 순위를 제안하였다. 먼저 대형유통업체와 중소상인간의 상생방안 추출에 있어 요인의 객관성과 타당성을 확보하기 위해 선행연구와 관련 실무자 및 전문가 조사를 통해 요인을 선정하였다. 선정된 상생방안 요인들을 평가하기 위해 AHP 모형을 통해 평가영역과 하위 평가요소로 계층화 하였고 자료분석은 Fuzzy-AHP 기법을 적용하였다. 대형유통업체와 중소상인의 상생방안에 대한 평가영역의 상대적 중요도는 유통법 개정 영역이 27.9%로 가장 높은 것으로 나타났고, 중소상인 지원강화 영역이 27.5%, 중소상인의 경쟁력 강화 영역이 22.7%, 대형유통업체 협력 영역이 21.9%로 나타났다. 상생방안 평가영역별 세부방안에 대한 중요도 평가를 보면 유통법 개정 영역에서는 대형유통업체 출점허가제 방안이 27.2%로 가장 중요하게 평가되었고, 대형유통업체 협력 영역에서는 대형유통업체의 사회적 책임이 38.8%로 상대적 중요도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 중소상인 지원강화 영역에서는 전통시장활성화 방안이 40.2%로 가장 높았고, 중소상인 경쟁력 강화 영역에서는 경쟁력 차별화 방안이 38.9%로 상대적 중요도가 높게 나타났다. This paper proposes a Fuzzy-AHP model by which the win-win methods between large retailers and small retailers was systematically structured and then evaluated. The model was established by exploiting a fuzzy theory and AHP for capturing the inexactness and vagueness of information. In this study, measurement areas were selected for amendment to distribution industry development act aspect, social responsibility of large retailers aspect, small retailers support aspect and strengthen the competition aspect. The win-win methods between large retailers and small retailers is the highest priority in the distribution industry development act aspect(27.9%), small retailers support aspect(27.5%), strengthen the competition aspect(22.7%), social responsibility of large retailers aspect(21.9%) in order. The analysis result of distribution industry development act aspect and the small retailers support aspect reveals that the most important element were a licensing system and a market revitalization. The most important element of strengthening the competition and social responsibility of large retailers aspect were a competitive differentiation and a social responsibility.

        후박 및 은행물 추출물을 함유한 치약의 임상 및 미생물학적 효과에 관한 연구

        Previous studies have shown that Magnoliae cortex and Ginkgo biloba extracts were showed on the antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory action, in vitro. The purpose of this study was to evaluate on the effect of antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory activity of Magnoliae cortex and Ginkgo biloba extracts containing dentifrice in gingivitis. 70 subjects with gingivitis were divided into an experimental group which performed normal oral hygiene procedure with Magnoliae cortex and Ginkgo biloba extracts containing dentifrice and a control group which also performed normal oral hygiene procedure with the same dentifrice without the natural extracts and completed a doubleblind, cross-over study. At baseline and 3 weeks, subjects were assayed for clinical study by plaque index, gingival index, pocket depth, GCF rate, and microbiological study by subgingival dental plaque bacterial morphotypes by phase contrast microscopy, total anaerobes, total aerobes, Black pigmented bacteroides, A.actionomycetemcomitans, A.viscosus, C.rectus, Ssenguis; P.gingivalis, P.intennedia by bacterial culture and immunofluorescence microscopy. After 3 weeks using their respective dentifrices, reductions in the clinical indices of subjects were similar between the experimental dentifrice group and a control dentifrice group except for statistically significant much reductions in PI, GI, and GCF rate in the experimental dentifrice group as compared to control dentifrice group. Also statistically significant reductions in the motile rods and Spirochetes were found in both experimental group to compare with control group, however statistically much reduction in total anaerobes, Black pigmented bacteroides, and P.gingivalis, P.intennedia were found in the experimental dentifrice group as compared to control dentifrice group. This results indicates that Magnoliae cortex and Ginkgo biloba extracts containing dentifrice might be useful for elimination of gingival inflammation.

        치과용 골유착성 임플랜트 고정체 형상의 응력 분산에 관한 연구

        Finite element analyses were performed to study effects on stress distribution generated in jaw bone for various shapes of dental implants: plateau type, plateau with small radius of curvature, triangular thread screw type in accordance with ISO regulations and square thread screw filleted with small radius partially. It was found that square thread screw filleted with small radius was more effective on stress distribution than other dental implants used in analyses. Additional analyses were performed on the implant with square thread screw filleted with small radius for very-ing design parameters, such as the width of thread end, the height of the thread of the implant and load direction, to determine the optimum dimensions of the implant. The highest stress concentration occurred at the region in jaw Pone adjacent to the first thread of the implant. The maximum effective stress induced by a 15 degree oblique load of 100 N was twice as high as the maximum effective stress caused by an equal amount of vertical load. Stress distribution was more effective in the case when the width of thread end and the height of thread were p/2 and 0.46p, respectively, where p is the pitch of thread. At last, using tensile force calculated from the possible insert torque without breading bone thread, finite element analysis was performed on the implant to calculate pre-stress when the primary fixation of the implant was operated in jaw bone. The maximum effective stress was 136.8 MPa which was proven to be safe.

        The Effect of Splinting with Concomitant Root Planing;Clinical and Digital Subtraction Radiographic Study

        스프린트는 치주처지료에서 부가적 처치법으로 널리 사용되고 있으며, 한편, 디지털 공제 활영술은 기존방사선촬영술의 한계점을 극복하기 위해 기발된 새로운 방법이다. 이번 연구에서는 치근활택술 단독시행시와 스피린트 병행 처치시의 효과를 임상적, 방사선학적으로 비교하였다. 중정도의 성인성 치주염을 가진 20명의 환자를 대상으로 하되 10명은 치근활택술 단독으로, 나머지 10명은 스프린트 병행처치로 처치하였다. 임상적, 방사선학적인 평가는 처치전, 처치후 6개월에 행하고, 임상적 평가의 경우 3개월에 추가로 실시하였다. 이번 연구에서 사용된 임상 지수로는 치태지수, 치은지수, 치은퇴축, 치주낭깊이, 임상부착수준, 임상부착증가, 탐침시출혈, 치아동요도 등이며, 방사선학적 평가는 기존 방사선촬영술에 의한 방법과 디지털 공제촬영수렝 의한 방법으로 행하였다. 디지털 공제 촬영술에 의한 평가시, 영상은 Digora 프로그램에 의해 획득하고 Emago 프로그램으로 처리 하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 처치후 3개월에 치태지수, 치은지수, 치은퇴축, 치주낭깊이, 임상적부착수준, 탐침시 출혈 등의 임상지수들이 변했으며, 특히 이러한 변화는 치주낭깊이, 치은퇴축, 탐침시출혈에서 유의성이 있었다. ( p<0.05 ) 그러나 두군간 차이는 인정되지 않았다. ( p>0.05 ) 2. 처치후 6개월에도 치태지수, 치은지수, 치은퇴축, 치주낭깊이, 임상적부착수준, 탐침시출혈, 치아동요도 등의 임상지수들이 변했으며, 특히 이러한 변화는 치주낭깊이, 치은퇴축, 탐침시출혈, 치태지수, 치아동요도에서 유의성이 있었다. ( p<0.05 ) 그러나 두 군간 차이는 인정되지 않았다. ( p>0.05 ) 3. 켄달 상관분석시, 임상적 평가와 기존 방사선 촬영술에 의한 평가사이의 관련성을 낮았으며 거의 0에 가까운 수치를 보였으며 (r=0.110, p=0.639 ) 임상적 평가와 디지털 공제 방사선 촬영술에 의한 평가사이에서 약간 높은 관련성을 보였다. ( r=0.257, p=0.315 ) 즉 치주치료후의 골변화는 디지털 공제 방사선 촬영술에 의한 평가시 기존 방사선 사진보다 임상적 부착증가와 더욱 긴밀한 관련성을 보여준다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때, 스프린팅 처치는 치주 치료에 있어 치근활택술에 부가적 표과를 제공하지 못한다.
