        24주간 운동이 고령여성의 신체기능 체력과 심혈관질환 위험인자에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of physical function fitness and cardiovascular disease factor on 24 weeks resistance exercise and flexibility exercise in elder women. Subjects of this study consist of elder women(n=38). Subjects have participated in exercise program on a resistance exercise and flexibility exercise for 50 minutes. Exercise treatment consisted of 3times per week was continued to 24weeks. The results following; muscle strength, flexibility and balance were significantly decrease in exercise treatment than pre exercise. Ability were significantly increase than pre exercise. The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, triglyceride and fasting blood glucose were significantly decrease in comparison with pre exercise. These results suggested that exercise has effects on physical function fitness and cardiovascular disease factor in elder women.

        장기간 L-Carnosine 투여와 운동이 지질과산화 및 운동수행능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the long-term carnosine administration and exercise antioxidant effect against free radical, the effect of carnosine administration and exercise on antioxidant defense system in rats. 28 rats were randomly divided into control group (n=7), exericse group (n=7), carnosine administration group (n=7), carnosine administration and exercise group (n=7) thus performed carnosine administration and aerobic exercise for 8weeks. The results of this study can be summarized as follow: MDA concentration were significantly lower in carnosine administration and exercise group, SOD activity and GPX activity was significantly higher in camosine administration and exercise group after 8weeks treatment. Endurance performance time was in carnosine administration and exercise group significantly longer than that of control group, exercise group, carnosine administration group on 7weeks. In conclusion, it was certain that camosine administration and aerobic exercise for 8weeks showed postive effect as antioxidant, which was prevent to body from induced radicals by antioxidant enzyme activity was increased in blood. Especially, long-term Carnosine administration demonstration to have positive effect on lipid peroxidation product decrease and on cell membrance damage decrease. But, Future study is required to mutiples research of change of carnosine concentration, concentration of hydrophobic antioxidant such as vitaminE, C and administration volumes.

        유산소와 저항성의 복합운동이 대사증후군 중년여성의 인슐린저항성, C-반응성 단백 및 체력에 미치는 영향

        [INTRODUCTION] The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of aerobic and resistance exercise on insulin resistance, C-reactive protein, and physical fitness in middle-aged women with metabolic syndrome. [METHOD] Participants were randomly assigned combine exercise group(n=10), and control exercise group(n=10). The exercise group performed for 60 min(consisting of aerobic exercise for 30 min and resistance exercise 30 min) per day, for 3 day per, week for 12 weeks. Metabolic risk factor, insulin resistance, C-reactive protein and physical fitness were measured at before and after 12 weeks from each group. [RESULT] First, The metabolic syndrome risk factors(weight, %fat, waist circumference, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride, and HDL-Cholesterol) were significantly improved after 12 weeks exercise program. Second, The blood glucose, insulin, and HOMA-IR were significantly decreased after 12 weeks exercise program. Third, The C-reactive were significantly decreased after 12 weeks exercise program. Fourth, The physical fitness(VO2max, muscle strength and muscle endurance) were significantly increased after 12 weeks exercise program. [CONCLUSION] Combined exercise program has beneficial effects on insulin resistance, C-reactive, and physical fitness in middle-aged women with metabolic syndrome. [서론] 본 연구는 유산소와 저항성의 복합운동이 대사증후군 중년여성의 인슐린저항성, C-반응성 단백 및 체력 변화에 대한 것이다. [방법] 연구대상자는 대사증후군으로 진단된 중년여성을 운동군(n=10)과 대조군(n=10)으로 구분하여 12주간 주 3회, 유산소 운동(30분)과 저항성 운동(30분)을 실시하였다. [결과] 첫째, 복합운동에 의해 비만지표(체중, 체지방율, 허리둘레), 유리지방산, 중성지방 및 수축기와 이완기 혈압은 유의하게 감소되었으며 HDL-콜레스테롤은 유의하게 증가되었다. 둘째, 복합운동에 의해 혈당과 인슐린 수치를 낮추어 인슐린저항성 지표, HOMA-IR이 유의하게 감소되었다. 셋째, 복합운동에 의해 C-반응성 단백은 유의하게 감소하였다. 넷째, 복합운동에 의해 심폐지구력, 근력 및 근지구력은 유의하게 증가되었다. [결론] 유산소와 저항성의 복합운동은 대사증후군 관리에 유용한 운동 프로그램으로 적용할 수 있다고 생각된다.

        운동과 영양교육이 고혈압 환자의 비만지표, 혈압, 건강 체력 및 영양소 섭취량에 미치는 영향

        INTRODUCTION] The purpose of this study was to investigate of obesity index, blood pressure, health fitness, and nutrient intake on exercise and nutrition education in hypertension patents. [METHOD] The subjects of this study was comprised of hypertension patients(n=25). The subjects were aerobic exercise(HRR 50~80%, 40min) and resistance exercise(1RM 40~60%, 20min) have performed 3times a week for 12weeks. And nutrition education provide once a week. Subjects were measured for obesity index(weight, %fat, and waist circumference), blood pressure(systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, resting heart rate, and rate pressure product), health fitness(cardiopulmonary endurance, muscular strength, muscle endurance, and flexibility), and nutrient intake were measured at before and after 12 weeks. [RESULT] 1. The weight, %fat, waist circumference were significantly decreased. 2. The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, resting heart rate, rate pressure product were significantly were significantly decreased. 3. The cardiorespiratory endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility were significantly increased. 4. The total calories, carbohydrate and sodium intake were significantly decreased. Also the potassium, vitamin B6, folic acid and vitamin E, dietary fiber intake were significantly increased. [CONCLUSION] Exercise and nutrition education had positively effects on obesity index, blood pressure, health fitness and nutrient intake change in hypertension patients. [서론] 본 연구는 운동과 영양교육이 고혈압 환자의 비만지표, 혈압, 건강 체력 및 영양소 섭취량에 미치는 영향에 대한 것이다. [방법] 연구 대상자는 항고혈압제를 복용 중인 고혈압 환자 25명을 선정하여 12주간 운동과 영양교육을 실시하였다. 운동은 유산소 운동(여유심박수 50~80%, 40분)과 저항성 운동(1RM 40~60%, 20분)을 주 3회 실시하였으며 영양교육은 주 1회 제공하였다. [결과] 비만지표의 체중, 체지방률, 허리둘레는 유의하게 감소하였다. 수축기 혈압, 이완기 혈압, 심박수, 심근부담도는 유의하게 감소하였다. 건강 체력 요소의 심폐지구력, 근력, 근지구력, 유연성은 유의하게 증가하였다. 영양소 섭취량의 총 섭취 열량, 탄수화물, 나트륨 섭취량은 유의하게 감소하였다. 또한 포타슘, 비타민 B6, 엽산, 비타민 E, 식이섬유 섭취량은 유의하게 증가하였다. [결론] 운동과 영양교육은 고혈압 환자의 비만지표, 혈압, 건강 체력 및 영양소 섭취량 변화에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

        방학 중 4주간 운동 프로그램이 비만 청소년의 체력, 생화학적 지표, 자존감 및 대인관계에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate to effects of exercise program on physical fitness, biochemical index, self-esteem, and interpersonal-relationships in obesity adolescents during the vacation period. The subjects were comprised of 16(boy, n=7; girl, n=9) obesity adolescents(BMI; body mass index =95th percentile). Exercise program has performed the aerobic exercise(30 minutes), resistance exercise(20 minutes), and ball exercise(30 minutes) per day, 3days per week. Exercise program had exercised 3 times a week for 4-weeks. The results were as follows; After 4 weeks of exercise program, body weight(P<.05), BMI(P<.05), and % fat(P<.05) were significantly decreased. Muscle endurance(P<.001), flexibility(P<.01), and balance(P<.01) were significantly increased. Rest heart rate(P<.05), systolic blood pressure(P<.01), diastolic blood pressure(P.05), and -GTP(P<.05) were significantly decreased. Self-esteem(P<.001), and interpersonal-relationships(P<.001) were significantly increased. In conclusions, exercise program showed beneficial effects on body composition, physical fitness, rest heart rate, blood pressure, -GTP, self-esteem, and interpersonal-relationships in obese adolescents.

        12주간의 유산소 운동이 노인 고혈압 환자의 맥압과 심박수 변이도에 미치는 영향

        [INTRODUCTION] The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of 12 weeks aerobic exercise in elder hypertension patients on pulse pressure and heart rate variability. [METHOD] The subjects of this study consisted of elder hypertension patients(n=15). Subjects were preformed on a bicycle and treadmill walking at HRmax 60%-70% of exercise intensity for 40 minutes. Exercise treatment consisted of 5times per week continuing 12weeks. Heart rate variability analysis were measured for SDNN(standard deviation of all normal RR intervals), high frequency(HF), low frequency(LF), and LF/HF with SA-2000P/2000E Medicore. [RESULT] The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and pulse pressure were significantly decreased in comparing with pre exercise, but SDNN and HF were significantly increased than pre-exercise. LF and LF/HF were significantly decreased after 12weeks exercise treatment than pre-exercise. [CONCLUSION] Aerobic exercise has a positive effects on pulse pressure regulation and an automatic nerve system function in elder hypertension patients. [서론] 본 연구는 유산소 운동이 노인 고혈압 환자의 혈관 경직을 반영하는 맥압의 변화와 자율신경 활성 지표인 심박수 변이도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. [방법] 연구대상은 경계성 또는 고혈압 1기에 해당하는 65세 이상 노인 여성 15명을 대상으로 12주간 주 5회, 유산소 운동을 실시하였다. 유산소 운동은 최대심박수(HRmax)의 60-70% 수준에서 40분간 자전거 타기(20분)와 트레드밀 걷기(20분)를 실시하였다. 운동전과 운동후 수축기와 확장기 혈압, 맥압 측정 및 심박수 변이도 분석기인 SA-2000P/2000E(Medicore, Korea)로 전체 자율신경 반응을 제시하는 SDNN(standard deviation of all normal R-R intervals), 부교감신경 활성 지표인 HF(high frequency), 교감신경 활성 지표인 LF(low frequency) 및 교감신경 조절을 반영하는 지표 LF/HF을 측정하였다. [결과] 12주간 유산소 운동후 비만지표(체중, 체지방율, 허리둘레), 수축기 혈압, 확장기 혈압 및 맥압은 유의하게 감소하였다. 또한 심박수변이도 분석에서 SDNN와 HF는 유의하게 증가하였으며 LF와 LF/HF는 유의하게 감소하였다. [결론] 유산소 운동은 노인 고혈압 환자의 맥압 감소와 심박수변이도에 긍정적인 효과를 나타났다. 이는 유산소 운동이 노인 고혈압 환자의 동맥 혈관 기능 증대 및 교감신경 활성도 감소로 자율신경 기능을 항진시켜 고혈압 관리에 유용한 것으로 생각된다.
