        Research trends on minimizing the size of noble metal catalysts for Li-CO2 batteries: From nanoparticle to single atom

        Li-CO2 batteries involve a spontaneous conversion reaction by injecting CO2 into a cathode, and reversibly store energy without additional energy input through a charging and discharging process, thereby achieving carbon neutrality. Noble metal-based electrocatalysts have been actively considered to efficiently facilitate the Li-CO2 reaction with reduced overvoltage, yet the use of expensive noble metal catalysts is a barrier to developing this type of Li-CO2 battery. Here, the importance of minimizing the size of noble metal particle-based catalysts for Li-CO2 batteries is reviewed and emphasized. Comparisons of the performance of Li-CO2 cells with noble metal catalysts, such as Ru and Ir, showed that overpotential is lower when particle sizes are reduced to the single atom-scale. This indicates that the smaller the particle-to-atomic scale, the greater the catalytic activity. Recent diverse studies based on nano- or atomic-scale Ru and Ir catalysts affecting catalytic activities of the Li-CO2 cell reaction are introduced. Other single atom catalyst candidates are also suggested for Li-CO2 battery applications.

        자기 고양적 편향과 귀인 양식간의 관계

        The relation of positive illusions and attributional style. Rho, Yeo-Jin Lee, Jee-Yon The relationship between attributional style and positive illusion (self-enhancement bias) was examined. Three hundred twenty eight women university students were questionnaire assessed in their positive illusion, an indication of self-enhancement bias, and their attributional style in several hypothetical situations. The results were as follow. In success situations, those with higher, in contrast with lower positive illusion, showed higher internal attribution. However, in failure situations, the pattern was reversed: their the same internal attributional score was significantly lower than those with low positive illusion. The results showed that people with high positive illusion attempt to maintain their high self-esteem by attributing to self for successes and attributing to externals for failures. 본 연구에서는 자기 고양적 편향과 귀인 양식 간 관련성을 검토하였다. 348명의 여자 대학생들이 긍정적 착각과 성공 혹은 실패 상황에서 귀인 양식을 측정하는 질문지에 응답하였다. 특히 이 연구는 귀인을 측정하는 질문지에 있어서 상황 대본 질문지를 사용하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 우리나라에서 사용하는 귀인 질문지 대부분이 특정한 상황이 제시되기 보다는 일반적으로 서술된 내용이 제시가 된다. 그러나 이 연구에서는 자신이 처한 특정한 상황을 제시하고 직접 그 원인이 어디에 있는가를 물어봄으로써 머리 속으로만 생각하는 귀인이 아니라 실제 생활 속 여러 사건들에 처했을 때 그 원인을 어디에서 찾는가를 측정, 즉 “상황 특정성 (situation-specificity)"을 고려했기 때문에 연구 대상자들의 귀인 양식을 좀 더 명확하게 측정했다고 할 수 있겠다. 348부의 설문지 중 불성실하게 응답한 20부를 제외한 328부가 분석에 사용되었으며 SPSS (version 12.0) 프로그램이 이용되었다. t-test 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기 고양적 편향 수준이 높은 집단이 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 긍정적 사건에 대한 귀인 양식 점수가 유의미하게 높았다 (t=6.34, df=209, p<.001). 둘째, 자기 고양적 편향 수준이 높은 집단이 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 부정적 사건에 대한 귀인 양식 점수가 유의미하게 낮았다 (t=-3.68, df=209, p<.001). 즉, 이는 자기 고양적 편향이 높은 사람들은 낮은 사람에 비하여 성공 상황에서는 자기에게 공을 돌리는 내적 귀인을 많이 하였으며 실패 상황에서는 외부로 허물을 돌리는 외적 귀인을 많이 하였음을 보여 준다. 이를 통해 자기 고양적 편향의 정도가 높은 사람은 낮은 사람에 비하여 성공에 대해서는 내적 귀인 실패에 대해서는 외적 귀인을 함으로써 자신의 자아 존중감 (self-esteem)을 유지하고자 한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이 연구 결과는 상담에서 자아 존중감이 많이 낮아진 채 상담실을 찾는 내담자들에게 그들이 가진 긍정적인 힘을 자각시켜주고 그들 스스로 자신의 자아 존중감을 회복하도록 도와줌으로써 내담자들이 이 상황을 스스로 해결할 수 있으며, 또한 미래를 낙관적으로 보고 희망을 가질 수 있도록 할 수 있다는 것을 보여준다.

        미용실 관리자의 커뮤니케이션 코칭과 조직구성원의 조직몰입이 직무만족과 업무성과에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to suggest the direction of coaching education for manager by investigating how communication coaching of beauty shop manager and organizational commitment of organization member influence on job satisfaction and work performance and checking the level of communication coaching that organization members put emphasis by that. And its results are as the followings. First, as the results of investigating the level of communication coaching, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work satisfaction, communication coaching was drawn as three factors such as relation, feedback, listening closely, organizational commitment was done as three factors such as aggressive engagement, emotional engagement, moral engagement, job satisfaction was done as two factors such as working environment, job satisfaction and work performance was done as single level. Second, as the results of the influence of communication coaching of beauty shop managers on job satisfaction and work performance of organization members, it appeared that working environment, work satisfaction and work performance rise as the factor of communication coaching factor rises. Third, as the results of the influence of organizational engagement of organizational commitment of organization member on job satisfaction and work performance, it appeared that working environment, work satisfaction, work performance rise as organizational commitment rises and work performance rises as job satisfaction rises. As the final conclusion, it is considered the plan that makes the organization members be satisfied with their works and improves their performances by increasing the engagement of its members through specific research of coaching activities of mangers.

        헤어 미용서비스 선택 시 위험지각요인이 고객 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        This study attempted to investigate customers' risk perception factors and their effects on customer behavior in the selection of hair salon services. For this, data were collected through a questionnaire survey, and a total of 267 copies were used for analysis. Then, SPSS 21.0 was used for a frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, a factor analysis, a reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA and a multiple regression analysis. As a result, the study found the following: First, fewer than half of the customers were satisfied with their current hair salon services, and many of them were not loyal and were willing to switch hair salons if possible. Second, in terms of the risk perception factors in the selection of hair salon services, the following five factors were derived; relation risk, technology risk, price risk, loss risk and follow-up risk. Third, a difference was found between risk perception and customer behavior depending on the level of their satisfaction on hair salon services and the selection criteria for the services. Lastly, it was observed that customers were more likely to change salons when the technology risk was perceived to be high while both switching and continuous behaviors were observed when the price risk was highly recognized.

        This study will study the benefits sought hair services and service dissatisfaction and evaluated using difference in social commerce action, object of the present invention is to provide a basis for marketing and the result is as follows. Social commerce is the buying and the experience of many, that's why the price or discount level, often using social commerce company Kupang, Timon, Wemakeprice order to purchase items were mainly found most relevant products. Hair also social commerce service benefits sought-dimensional seek convenient, economic pursuit, pursuit trust, four levels of service to pursue, unsatisfactory service skills shortages factors, two of the post-treatment anxiety, hair-service evaluation is a provider satisfaction, service satisfaction, I know the results of the buying experience that is convenient to pursue collective action using the differences in social commerce, but no difference according to the perception that the presence of more highly. Showed dissatisfaction is higher in the group that knows the social commerce hair services, assessments have been shown to increase awareness in the community who do not know the social commerce hair services. The study concluded that social commerce through hair services over dissatisfaction with services technology factors were lack of post-treatment anxiety. In other words, are needed social commerce services for a variety of hair services. Also build trust for the content, rather than just convenience to emphasize aspects of social commerce, if you release a variety of products from many vendors hair services social commerce market will grow more than the present.

        The Effect of Mother's Drinking on Marital Satisfaction and Marital Conflict

        The purpose of this study was to examine how the drinking of mother influences mother's marital satisfaction and conflict with her husband. This study used hierarchical regression analysis in order to investigate the effect of mother's ‘drink or not’ and ‘drinking’ (drinking frequency and drinking capacity) on marital satisfaction and marital conflict after controlling for couple's educational background, couple's age, the period of marriage, mother's parenting stress, mother's parenting style, mother's self-esteem, and mother's self-efficacy. The subjects of this study were 1,751 mothers who were participated in second survey of Korean Children Panel. According to results, both two variables (drink or not and drinking) predicted significantly marital satisfaction and ‘drink or not’ predicted marital conflict significantly. But, ‘drinking’ could not explain marital conflicts significantly. The implications of this study were discussed by considering the follow-up study and practical application.

        This study is a hair stylist job satisfaction, stress and work environment to study the impact of the future development of the beauty industry and human resource management to provide the necessary information and scientific data that purpose. Stress and the working environment of a hair stylist is to examine the effects of job satisfaction showed that significant influence. Stress is looking at the impact on job satisfaction, job satisfaction, self satisfaction factors are positive factors and negative factors that increase stress factors that increase the self-definition of satisfactory correlation. Satisfying work environment factors in job satisfaction factors include increased positive work environment stressor factors also increase the definition of relationship satisfaction showed negative stress factors did not significantly affect the. Working environment is looking at the impact on job satisfaction, job satisfaction factors, and environmental factors in self-satisfaction factor is increased, the reduction factor is a part of external relations and satisfaction, interpersonal relationships, self-development self-satisfaction factors, factors that increased defined increase in correlation. Factors of job satisfaction in working conditions and environmental factors are satisfied, self-development factor increases with increasing factor in the definition of workplace relationships and satisfaction, interpersonal factors decrease with increasing internal satisfaction factors showed a negative relationship. As such a hair stylist job satisfaction, stress and work environment was found to be affecting. This is according to the working conditions of stress and job satisfaction is a hair designer which means varies. Therefore, based on the results of research, better working conditions and if you plan a strategy for profit, a hair stylist's job satisfaction would be able to help raise the feed.

        헤어미용 소셜커머스 추구혜택이 헤어서비스에 미치는 영향

        This paper aims to identify the impact of social commerce service by hair service providers on hair services and so provide basic marketing data for hair service providers in social commerce. The results by empirical analysis are presented below. In accordance with demographic analysis, women used these services more than men. College students ranging in age from 18 to 20 years old showed the highest usage ratio. For average monthly income, singles with an income from 300,000 KRW to 500,000 KRW had the highest ratio. The benefits from social commerce on sub-categories of hair service were analyzed. Four benefits were identified: convenience, economy, reliability and service. The disadvantages of hair service by social commerce were two types--insufficient skills and unkindness--and insufficient post-treatment. For the impact of the benefits from social commerce on hair service, social commerce had a positive impact on insufficient skills and unkindness and also on insufficient post-treatment. However, reliability and diversity showed a negative impact. Since the benefits from social commerce had a significant impact on hair service, social commerce needs to provide a variety of hair services. Hair service providers within social commerce may denigrate their awareness of the services due to excessive competition. These providers must therefore offer a variety of hair services to satisfy potential customers. When they offer a variety of products as more professional service providers and build reliability on service contents as well as convenience of social commerce, the hair service market in social commerce will become more advanced.

        Simply artistic illustrations of hair were considered to express, but the rapid development of the beauty industry and the desire of consumers to higher awareness and the need for hair illustration has been enhanced and is widening. Beauty was expressed only in hair illustration aesthetic expression through radical approach is not only to help substantially in hair design hair illustration illustrations to help them develop jungyimyeo hair sketch is activated. However, compared to the still insufficient sleep, fashion illustration, and at this point, to reach the level of advanced beauty culture of the hair care and the development of illustrations is the time necessary. The results of this study represent the characteristics of fashion illustrations than the hair from the depth and variety shows that were lacking a lot of high quality hair illustrations in-depth research is needed. To this end, the future professional development of the domestic needs of the hair illustrations and beauty industry professionals and also the high miyonghak illustrations of hair care and design process for the development of a variety of development will also be made.
