        헤어샵 소셜커머스 적용에 대한 소비자의 인식 및 이용실태

        Along with the rapid growth of social commerce, social commerce has been applied to the beauty industry, and social commerce specifically targeting this industry has started appearing. However, there must be some sort of change because the rate of returning customers is low. so this research paper will attempt to study the consumers’ recognition and current level of usage of hair shop social commerce. For this study, a survey was given to 201 people, and the responses were analyzed with the SPSS 20.0 using frequency analysis and technical statistical analysis. The results showed that 103 people had experience in purchasing hair shop social commerce products and 98 people did not, and women in their 20’s were shown to have the highest rate of experience in buying hair shop social commerce. As for the reason for purchasing hair shop social commerce coupons, 68.9% said that it was because they wanted to receive hair maintenance at a discounted price, and the intent to repurchase hair shop commerce coupons was high with 68% of hair shop coupon users stating that they would buy them again. Amongst the people with no experience in buying hair shop social commerce coupons, 43.9% said it was because they had no interest in them and 23.5% said it was because they didn’t trust them. Using these results, this study aims to provide academic information regarding hair shop social commerce and suggest some ways that hair shop social commerce could be improved.

        헤어샵 예약제 고객만족이 추천의사에 미치는 영향

        Purpose of the study is to find what customer satisfaction in reservation system for a hair shop affects intention to recommend. 519 questionnaires responded by males and females who are living in Seoul and using reservation system for a hair shop was collected and analysed by SPSS 20.0 using frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Result of the analyses is that customer satisfaction in reservation system of a hair shop affects recommendation intention and the more satisfaction in factors such as skill, rapidness, accuracy and convenience, the more intention to recommend reservation system in a hair shop is. Therefore, the study aims to provide with informations and data for establishing systematic reservation service system to maximize customer satisfaction as well as for further study this area.

        This study is a hair stylist job satisfaction, stress and work environment to study the impact of the future development of the beauty industry and human resource management to provide the necessary information and scientific data that purpose. Stress and the working environment of a hair stylist is to examine the effects of job satisfaction showed that significant influence. Stress is looking at the impact on job satisfaction, job satisfaction, self satisfaction factors are positive factors and negative factors that increase stress factors that increase the self-definition of satisfactory correlation. Satisfying work environment factors in job satisfaction factors include increased positive work environment stressor factors also increase the definition of relationship satisfaction showed negative stress factors did not significantly affect the. Working environment is looking at the impact on job satisfaction, job satisfaction factors, and environmental factors in self-satisfaction factor is increased, the reduction factor is a part of external relations and satisfaction, interpersonal relationships, self-development self-satisfaction factors, factors that increased defined increase in correlation. Factors of job satisfaction in working conditions and environmental factors are satisfied, self-development factor increases with increasing factor in the definition of workplace relationships and satisfaction, interpersonal factors decrease with increasing internal satisfaction factors showed a negative relationship. As such a hair stylist job satisfaction, stress and work environment was found to be affecting. This is according to the working conditions of stress and job satisfaction is a hair designer which means varies. Therefore, based on the results of research, better working conditions and if you plan a strategy for profit, a hair stylist's job satisfaction would be able to help raise the feed.
