Polylactic acid (PLA) is a biomass-based, eco-friendly, and biodegradable aliphatic polyester. Compared to aromatic polyesters,PLA is not suitable for applications that require high strength and heat resistance. In this study, the extrusion parametersof the melt-spinning process of PLA, namely, the godet temperature (95 and 100 °C), draw ratio (2.0–4.0), and take-upspeed (4000–4400 m/min) were optimized. As the draw ratio and take-up speed of the fiber increased, the tensile strengthand melting temperature increased owing to orientation-induced crystallization until necking of the fibers occurred. Theproperties of the PLA fibers were measured using X-ray diffraction, a universal testing machine, differential scanning calorimetry,and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. The maximum crystallinity achieved in the PLA fiber was 84.76%. The tensile strength of the fiber was increased from 86.25 to 124.06 MPa and the melting temperature was increased from149.51 to 155.14 °C. Therefore, it is concluded that understanding the correlation between the process parameters and fibersand combining them appropriately facilitates the control of the mechanical and thermal properties of the PLA fiber.

한글은 자음과 모음의 위치, 구성에 따라 변화가 발생하므로 한글을 구성하는 자음과 모음에 대한 분석이 필요하다. 모음변화(ㅏ, ㅕ, ㅡ, ㅗ)에 의한 자음 ㄹ의 변화를 확인하기 위해 성인 10명에게서 채취한 시필을 CAD 프로그램 사용하여 계측된 값을 경험적 방법을 활용 비교하였다. 그 결과 동일한 자음 ‘ㄹ’의 경우에도 결합되는 모음에 의해 변화가 발생하므로 시필자 식별 시에 유의하여야 하며 9개의 특징점을 사용하여 시필자 식별을 한 결과 계측 방법에서는 4명, 경험적 방법에서는 9명이 식별되었다.

According to the latest data released by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, 259 (18.9%) of the 1,371 construction accident deaths between 2018 and 2020 were caused by construction machinery or equipment. In particular, excavators cause the most deaths among construction equipment, and are classified as the most dangerous equipment in previous studies on equipment risk index. Serious accidents of excavators mainly occur in the form of a crush or a collision with a nearby worker while the equipment is reversing or rotating the boom. In the meantime, studies for preventing excavator accidents have been conducted several times, but the trend is focusing on physical safety measures such as safety devices and alarms, or research for improving the safety capabilities of equipment operators. However, as most of the equipment accidents are caused by human factors, it is judged that research on this should be conducted in parallel. Accordingly, this study attempted to analyze why workers who were working around excavators were suffering from accidents due to unsafe behavior around dangerous equipment like it. To this end, we focused on the ‘factors’ and ‘causes’ of Human Error, and conducted a survey focusing on ‘factors’ as 4M aspects and ‘causes’ with James Reason’s Generic Error Modeling System (GEMS). The survey was analyzed using the SPSS statistical program. As a result of the study, the 'factors' of human error related to workers around excavators were analyzed as human error factors and job factors. and the 'Cause' of human error were identified as Slip, Lapse, Knowledge-based mistake, Situational violations. In order to maintain the attention of workers around excavator, some improvement measures like enhancing the effectiveness of safety education were suggested in this study.

Handwriting is a personal biometric that has long been considered to be unique to a person. For many centuries signature verification has been used for authentication purposes. The ratio of left handedness in case 853 person of the Korean college student is a conservative cultural area is 4.8%, but the ratio of the person who writes the letter by the left hand is small very with 0.6%. With like this reason there is not analysis against a left handedness handwriting. From the research who writes by 10 person left hand it tested in the object. It compared the characteristics of stroke method using character about three strokes a consonant. 필적은 사람에게만 유일한 것으로 개인식별 방법 중 하나이며 문서감정의 법적인 입증목적을 위해 사용되고 있다. 한국대학생의 경우 853명 중 왼손잡이의 비율은 4. 8%이지만 왼손으로 글씨를 쓰는 사람의 비율은 0.6%로 극소수에 불과하다. 이러한 희소성으로 인하여 국내에서는 왼손으로 쓴 필적에 대한 분석이 없어 본 실험에서는 성인 10인의 왼손으로 글씨를 쓰는 사람의 필적을 시료로 하여 오른손잡이의 운필방법의 특징과 비교하여 왼손잡이의 특징점을 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 3획 이상의 자음인 ㄹ, ㅁ, ㅂ, ㅊ, ㅎ의 운필방법 분석을 통하여 왼손잡이와 오른손잡이의 운필방법 빈도율의 차이를 확인할 수 있었다.
