시설거주노인과 재가노인의 성만족에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

그 동안의 선행연구들에서는 노인의 성생활 연구들은 시설거주노인들보다는 주로 지역사회거주 재가노인들을 대상으로 이루어져 왔다. 이에 이 연구는 시설거주노인들과 재가노인들의 성만족의 영향요인의 차이를 규명하고, 이들 집단의 특성을 고려하여 적절한 성만족을 증진하기 위한 사회 복 지적 개입방안을 모색하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 노인복지관을 이용하고 있는 재가노인 279명과 노인생활시설에서 유배우자와 함께 거주하고 있는 시설거주노인 60명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 재가노인들의 성만족에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 성행동, 친밀감 및 성별로 나타났다. 그러므로 재가노인들은 성행동 빈도가 높을수록, 배우자와의 친밀감이 높을수록, 여성일수록 성만족이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 시설거주노인들의 경우는 성행동과 성태도가 성만족에 영향을 미 치는 요인으로 나타났다. 그러므로 시설거주노인들은 성행동 빈도가 높을수록, 성태도가 허용적일 수록 성만족이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 재가노인의 경우에는 배우자와의 친밀감을 증진하고 성별을 고려한 개입노력이 필요하고, 시설거주노인의 경우에는 허용적인 성태도를 형성하기 위한 사회복지적인 개입노력이 필요하다. 무엇보다 재가노인과 시설거주노인 모두에 있어서 성행동을 증진하기 위한 개벌 및 집단 프로그램 개발되고 실시되어야 하며, 환경적인 여건을 마련하는 사회복지 차원의 개입노력이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. 그리고 시설거주노인과 재가노인의 성만족을 향상시키기 위한 제도 서비스 및 프로그램 등이 지역사회의 노인복지관과 양로시설을 중심으로 이루어질 수 있도록 다각적인 방안의 모색이 절실하게 요청된다. There were many studies of sexual relationship and satisfaction focused on community resident elderly person, however, there were very few studies focused on elderly residents of nursing home. The purpose of this study is to compare the sexual satisfaction between the elderly residents of nursing home and community resident elderly persons. Also, this study is to explore the major determinants of sexual satisfaction among the respondents. And this study is discuss some of possible implications and social work intervention for improving the sexual life of elderly persons. In this study, two hundred seventy nine of community residents were interviewed, and sixty of the nursing home residents who living with spouses were interviewed. The major determinants of sexual satisfaction among the community residents elderly persons were sexual behavior, intimacy and gender in the multiple regression, sexual behavior and sexual attitudes were for those living in nursing home, and sexual behavior, intimacy, gender and sexual attitudes were for the respondents in this study. There are the following conclusion and implication with this results in this study. First, social work service and programs are needed for those living in nursing home in the areas of sexual satisfaction and sexual behavior, and some interventions are implemented for community resident elderly persons regarding to sexual satisfaction. In conclusion, there are many social work service and programs should implemented for improving the positive side of sexual behavior and sexual attitudes and sexual satisfaction for the elderly persons in the communities and nursing homes.

뉴욕시 거주 한인 노인의 문화적응 영향요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 뉴욕시의 퀸즈지역에 거주하는 한인 노인 240명을 대상으로 문화적응의 영향요인을 규명하고자 조사연구를 실시한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 뉴욕시 거주 한인 노인들은 문화적응 정도는 비교적 낮게 나타났다. 특히 한국인으로서의 문화 정체성과 자부심이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 언어역시 한국어를 주로 사용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 뉴욕시 거주 한인 노인의 문화적응 영향요인으로 인구사회학적 특성과 사회관계 특성의 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 미국 이주 기간과 영어능력이 예측변수로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 내린 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이주기간이 문화 적응의 영향요인으로 밝혀졌으므로 이주기간을 고려한 문화적응 서비스가 필요하다. 둘째, 다양한 영어교육 프로그램의 실시와 이에 대한 안내가 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to identify the influence factors of acculturation of Korean-American elders. The data were collected from a convenience sample of 240 Korean-American elders residing in Queens, New York City. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS WIN (ver12.0) program, and multiple regression, Descriptive Analysis, t-test, and Schffe test were utilized. The result shows that level of acculturation is a strong Korean culture. The major determinants of acculturation were length of time in the New York and English ability. English ability has the greatest influence, and then comes length of time in the New York followed by order. There are the following conclusion and implication with this result in this study. The result of this study suggest that social worker give information to the elderly various English program. In conclusion, there are many social work service and programs should implemented for improving the acculturation for the elderly people residing in the New York City.

양로시설 입소 노인의 성과 생활 만족도에 관한 연구

재혼노인의 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : 전라남도를 중심으로

This study aims to establish interventional social work plans that can support remarried elderly people by analyzing factors affecting their level of satisfaction with their marital. Towards this end, a research project with 209 elderly people in Jeonnam Province, who remarried after they turned 60 or older, was conducted to determine the characteristics of their remarriage, issues between the spouses and their social circumstances before and after remarrying, and to analyze how these factors affect their level of satisfaction with Marital. Based on the results of the analysis, the study came up with suggestions for social work intervention. The results of this study on the factors affecting marital satisfaction of the remarried elderly were as follows : First, the frequency of de facto marriage rather than a law marriage was high. Second, their responses when asked about attitudes toward their remarriage were negative Third, all of the participants in this study responded that the level of the communication was relatively great, but the couples' participation in social activities was extremely poor. Fourth, The higher the level of scholarship and social supportive, couple communication, the higher the level of marital satisfaction. Fifth, As for clinical suggestions, the study recommends that the following projects be undertaken: providing self group activity programs in order to improve their level of communication and social supportive. Finally, The study further suggests that future studies are needed, for example to examine the differences between the husband and the wife by including couples as subjects 본 연구는 전라남도에 거주하는 노인 중 만 60세 이후에 재혼한 노인 209 명 의 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 조사하였다. 조사기간은 2003년 8월 18일부터 9월 6일까지 각 동면 사무소 사회복지 전담 공무원을 통하여 조사를 실시하였다. 조사내용은 재혼관련특성, 부부관계 특성, 사회관계 특성, 결혼만족 실태를 파악하였다. 이를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 법률혼보다도 사실혼관계가 높게 나타나 사실혼 관계가 노인재혼의 보편적인 현상임을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 자녀의 재혼태도가 비교적 부정적이었다. 셋째, 재혼노인의 부부관계 특성인 부부의사소통은 비교적 높았으나, 사회 활동 참여도가 낮게 나타났다. 넷째, 화력이 높고, 사회적 지지가 높으며, 부부의사소통정도가 높을수록 결혼만족도가 높게 나타났다. 다섯째, 사실혼관계에 있고, 경제적으로 열악하며, 자녀의 지지가 부족한 재혼노인들을 위한 자조집단 프로그햄의 개발과 지원이 필요하다. 일곱째, 재혼노인 부부 및 가족들의 재혼에 관련한 의식조사가 향후 필요하다.

교인들의 교회사회복지사의 역할인식에 관한 연구

본 연구는 교인들의 교회사회복지사에 대한 역할 인식을 통하여 교회사회복지 사들이 어떠한 역할을 해야 하는지 알아보고자 수행되었다. 2013년 8월 10일 부터 9월 6일까지 광주 전남 지역에 소재하는 교회를 다니고 있는 교인들 중총 397명을 조사하여 자료 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 교회사회복지사의 필요성에 대한 교인들의 인식은 매우 높은 편이었다. 둘째, 교회사회복지사들은 신학과 사회복지를 전공하는 것이 더적절한 것으로 나타났는데, 교회사회복지사의 근무형태로는 신학과 사회복지를 전공한 부교역자가 가장 선호되었으며, 다음으로 유급사회복지전문가 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교회사회복지사들은 교인과 지역사회주민을 대상으로 향후심방, 전도, 교육, 설교, 행정 등 교회 사역과 사회복지 업무 모두에 있어서 역할을 해야 한다. 넷째, 교회사회복지사들은 일반사회복지사들에게 공통으로 해당하는 역할을 해야 하며, 특히 직접적인 서비스를 제공하는 변화대행자와 사례관리자의 역할과 함께 행정업무에 대한 행정가로서의 역할을 우선적으로 감당해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 신학과 사회복지를 전공한 교회사회복지사의 양성, 교회사회복지사의 역할에 대한 인식을 확대보급할 것을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to suggest some ideas of church social worker`s roles. For the study, the data were collected from a convenience sample of 397 church members living at the Gwangju metropolitan City, and Jeollanam-Do. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS WIN(ver21.0) program, and descriptive analysis, t-test, and Scheffe test were utilized. As the result, this survey found that the subjects had much recognition about necessary of the church social workers, but they have low recognition about church social worker`s role and unclear classification of role of the church social workers. To over come this difficulties, this study suggests necessary social worker who study both theology and social welfare, and can be hired as a assistant ministry. In addition, it is necessary to establish a church social worker`s roles; not only changing agent, case manager, but also administrator. Through the discussion based on the study result, this study suggests relationship between the social welfare institutions, develop education program to improve expertise.

노인복지 교과과정의 지역사회 욕구부응에 관한 사회복지사들의 인식에 관한 연구
