기독교 시각에서 본 사회복지와 신학의 관계설정에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 기독교 시각에서 사회복지와 신학의 올바른 관계설정을 정립하기 위한 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 특별히 신학에서 많이 논의되고 이슈화되는 문제들은 사회복지에서 어떻게 받아들이고 있으며, 이러한 신학적 의미들을 사회복지적으로 재해석이 필요하다는 것을 제시하는 것이다. 구체적으로 십일조, 교회와 국가의 관계설정, 교회의 사회책임투자운동 등을 어떻게 재해석할 것인가를 살펴보았다. 또한 기독교 사회복지를 활성화하기 위하여 신학적 부분에서 교회가 신앙에너지를 지속적으로 분출하기 위하여 기독교사회복지가 필요하고, 신학과 사회복지간의 다양하고 입체적인 차원의 교류가 필요하다는 것을 제시하였다. 그리고 기독교 사회복지적 가치에 대한 것들을 한국 교회의 기독교교육에 투영을 시켜 장기적으로 교회에서 기독교사회복지를 지속하는 발판을 마련해야하며, 교회사회복지사제도를 운영하여 교회에서의 사회복지를 전문적이고 체계적으로 접근하는 토양을 마련해야 한다는 것을 제시하고 있다. 특별히 이를 위하여 교회에서 재정확충을 위한 노력을 경주해야 하는 것을 강조하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to present my opinion that theology and social welfare should be make correct relationship. This study is focused on "greinterpretation"hof social welfare about theological issue which many people discuss. specially, this study suggested that we need to reinterpret about tithes, partnership between church and nation, and social investment of church. On the basis of this reinterpretation of social welfare, church social work will be activate in local community. This study also suggested that theology and social welfare need to various and stereoscopic interchange to promote church social work. And korea church should reflect church social work"fs value in christian education for children. Also, korea church introduce church social worker system to professional and systematic approach for community client. Finally korea church must increase financial policy to activate church social work.

영락교회를 넘어서 한국사회를 섬긴 한경직 목사의 사회봉사 연구

본 연구는 한경직 목사의 사회봉사를 한국사회의 전체적 측면에서 살펴보고 정리한 후 그 의의를 분석한 것이다. 첫째, 한경직 목사는 외원원조(foreign aid)를 통하여 피난고아, 홀부모, 노인 등 고통 받는 약자를 위하여 긴급한 응답을 하였다. 둘째, 그는 가난한 아동들, 여성들, 피난동포 청년들을 대상으로 학교를 설립하여 교육적으로 봉사를 하였다. 셋째, 한목사는 격동하는 한국사회의 정치적 현실 속에서 신사참배 반대, 기독교사회민주당 운동, 반공운동, 한국전쟁 중 구국활동, 군사정권을 향한 평화주의적 계몽활동 등 다양한 사회참여의 활동을 전개했다. 넷째, 쌀나눔운동을 통해 남북간의 분단과 대립을 극복하고, 한국기독교선교 100주년 사업을 통해 교단의 장벽을 넘었으며, 사회목회실천을 통해 세상과 교회의 화해를 도모했다. 한경직 목사는 한국사회의 문제에 직면하고 참여해서 새로운 길을 열어나간 봉사인이었다.

농촌지역 사회복지 활성화를 위한 교회의 역할 교회사회사업 - 전라북도 군산시 서수면을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 교회에서 실천하고 있는 농촌지역 사회복지현황을 분석하고, 농촌지역 사회복지 활성화를 위한 교회의 역할을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구조사는 전라북도 군산시 서수면의 6개리에 위치한 교회에서 실시하고 있는 사회복지 프로그램에 참여하는 138명의 대상으로 조사 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 전라북도 서수면 지역 농촌교회에서 실시하고 분야별 복지만족도는 노인복지, 아동복지, 청소년복지, 여성복지, 장애인복지 순으로 나타났다. 그리고 가장 필요한 복지기관으로는 종합복지관과 노인복지시설로 조사되었으며, 필요한 사회복지프로그램으로는 노인교실과 무료급식 순으로 나타났다. 농촌지역의 고령화로 인하여 노인복지에 대한 만족과 욕구가 동시에 나타나고 있으며 노인복지의 중요성을 반영한다고 할 수 있다. 또한 교회의 사회복지사업에 대한 참여와 복지기관설립은 교회의 이미지개선에서 긍정적인 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구조사의 결과를 토대로 농촌지역 사회복지 활성화를 위한 교회의 역할은 과거 농촌 지역사회유지의 기반이 되었던 두레, 품앗이 등의 전통이 복원되어야 하는데, 그 중심적 역할을 지역의 교회가 담당해야 할 것이다. 또한 농촌 지역사회가 필요로 하는 사회복지실천을 위하여 농촌지역교회간의 연합적 접근이 절실하게 요청된다고 할 수 있다. This study analyzes the present situation of social welfare and come up with a role of church to activate social welfare in rural community. This research analyzes and examines 138 people who participate in social welfare programs which are practiced by the church that has a place in 6 streets of Jeollabuk-do Gunsan-si Seosu-myeon. Summarizing the result acquired from the study is like this. Satisfaction of each welfare fields were represented in order of welfare for elderly people, children, youth, women and disabled. Also, it was facilities of welfare for elderly people and general facilities that needed the most for facilities and it was classes for elderly and free meals in order of need that needed the most for social welfare programs. It can be said that because of aging rural community, the result presents satisfaction and desire of welfare for elderly people and reflects the importance of welfare for elderly. On the basis of the study, a role of church for activate social welfare in rural community should be restoring traditions like farmers' cooperative group and exchanging labor which were bases of maintaining traditional rural community. Also, it is urgently needed to paradigmatic approach between churches in rural community.

교인들의 교회사회복지사의 역할인식에 관한 연구

본 연구는 교인들의 교회사회복지사에 대한 역할 인식을 통하여 교회사회복지 사들이 어떠한 역할을 해야 하는지 알아보고자 수행되었다. 2013년 8월 10일 부터 9월 6일까지 광주 전남 지역에 소재하는 교회를 다니고 있는 교인들 중총 397명을 조사하여 자료 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 교회사회복지사의 필요성에 대한 교인들의 인식은 매우 높은 편이었다. 둘째, 교회사회복지사들은 신학과 사회복지를 전공하는 것이 더적절한 것으로 나타났는데, 교회사회복지사의 근무형태로는 신학과 사회복지를 전공한 부교역자가 가장 선호되었으며, 다음으로 유급사회복지전문가 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교회사회복지사들은 교인과 지역사회주민을 대상으로 향후심방, 전도, 교육, 설교, 행정 등 교회 사역과 사회복지 업무 모두에 있어서 역할을 해야 한다. 넷째, 교회사회복지사들은 일반사회복지사들에게 공통으로 해당하는 역할을 해야 하며, 특히 직접적인 서비스를 제공하는 변화대행자와 사례관리자의 역할과 함께 행정업무에 대한 행정가로서의 역할을 우선적으로 감당해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 신학과 사회복지를 전공한 교회사회복지사의 양성, 교회사회복지사의 역할에 대한 인식을 확대보급할 것을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to suggest some ideas of church social worker`s roles. For the study, the data were collected from a convenience sample of 397 church members living at the Gwangju metropolitan City, and Jeollanam-Do. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS WIN(ver21.0) program, and descriptive analysis, t-test, and Scheffe test were utilized. As the result, this survey found that the subjects had much recognition about necessary of the church social workers, but they have low recognition about church social worker`s role and unclear classification of role of the church social workers. To over come this difficulties, this study suggests necessary social worker who study both theology and social welfare, and can be hired as a assistant ministry. In addition, it is necessary to establish a church social worker`s roles; not only changing agent, case manager, but also administrator. Through the discussion based on the study result, this study suggests relationship between the social welfare institutions, develop education program to improve expertise.

사회자본의 측면에서 한국 기독교의 현황과 과제

본 논문은 사회자본의 측면에서 기독교의 기능을 살펴보고 사회발전에 기여하는 한국 기독교의 긍정적 영향력을 저해하는 요인과 그 해결 방안을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 사회자본을 크게 개인적 사회자본과 집합적 사회자본으로 분류하고 사회의 구조적 변화를 가져오는 집합적 사회자본으로서 기독교의 기능에 주목하였다. 기독교는 정의로운 사회 실현을 위해 사회의 구조적 변화를 돕는 사회행동 기능과 이웃사랑을 실천하는 사회봉사의 기능을 수행해야 하며, 이는 결과적으로 시민문화의 성숙을 통해 전체 사회 구성원에게 긍정적인 영향력을 미칠 수 있다. 그러나 그 양적 성장에도 불구하고 한국기독교가 가진 개교회주의, 개인구원중심주의, 수직적 신앙주의는 집합적 사회자본으로서의 기독교의 기능을 저해하고 있으며 복지를 선교를 위한 수단으로 이용한다는 사회적 불신 또한 폭넓게 자리 잡고 있다. 따라서 한국기독교가 집합적 사회자본으로서 전체 사회에 긍정적으로 기여하기 위해서는 사회 현실에 대한 비판적 시각과 이웃 사랑의 실천을 통해 그 사회적 책임을 충실히 수행하는 노력이 필요하다. The study assessed Christian churches as a potential source of social capital. Social capital can be categorized into two types, individual vs. collective social capital. Christianity can be a good source of collective social capital that promotes positive social changes and volunteering, and thereby contributes to build a mature civic culture that positively affects all members of the society. However, Christian churches in South Korea have tended to be individualized and overemphasized self salvation and vertical belief. These tendencies prevent Christianity from fulfilling its social responsibility as a source of social capital and increase a public distrust of Christian churches. Therefore, Christian churches of South Korea should make further efforts to fight against social injustice and practice loving our neighbor as ourselves. These efforts would contribute to increasing social trust, and eventually promoting the well-being of all members of society.

경제위기 속에서의 교회의 역할

본 연구는 경제위기 속에서의 교회의 역할을 모색하기 위해 먼저 교회의 사회참여 실태와 필요성을 제시하였고, 기독교 영성이 뒷받침하는 교회의 사회참여 활동이 필요함을 대안으로 제시하였다. 또한 경제위기 가운데 교회는 사회공익을 우선적으로 하는 선교전략을 세움으로 한국사회에 신뢰받고 소망을 제시해 줄 수 있는 것이 교회의 역할임을 강조하였다. 결론적으로 교회는 첫째, 성서적으로나 영성적으로 사회적 책임을 다하여야 한다는 것이다. 둘째, 교회가 사회에 대하여 할 수 있는 가장 중요한 봉사는 공익을 위하는 선교라는 점이다. 셋째, 사회에 대한 활동에 앞서 교회는 참다운 기독교 영성의 회복을 통하여 교회가 교회다워지는 것이 중요하다는 점이다. 그렇게 함으로 경제위기 상황에서 교회는 사회적 안전망으로서의 역할을 감당해 나갈 수 있는 것이다. This study examines the current extent and the need of the church's involvement in society; it then proposes as an alternative the necessity of Christian spirituality being the backbone of its social participation activity in order to seek its role in the economic crisis. Further, it is emphasized that the real role of the church in the economic crisis is to be trusted by and give hope to Korean society through building a mission strategy that gives priority to public benefit. To conclude, it is suggested that firstly, the church carry out its social duty both biblically and spiritually; secondly, the most important service the church can practice for society is mission that benefits the public; thirdly, prior to its involvement in social work, it is important for churches to recover authentic Christian spirituality to reaffirm its true identity. These steps will equip the church in the current economic crisis to carry out its role as a safety net for society.
