시스템 내 m대의 동일한 기계가 존재하며 하나의 작업은 다른 작업들과 병렬로 처리가 가능한 작업 환경에 대하여 각 기계에 대한 작업의 처리 순서를 결정하는 문제를 m-병렬기계 문제라 한다. m-병렬기계 문제는 대상 시스템의 특성에 따라 확장될 수 있으며, 이번 연구에서는 각 작업들이 특정 작업과 동시에 처리될 수 없으며 기계는 제한된 용량을 가지는 경우에 대한 m-병렬기계 문제를 다룬다. 최근 KAIST에서 제안한 신 개념 항만 물류 시스템인 모바일하버의 작업일정 계획문제는 위와 같은 m-병렬기계 문제로 표현된다. 본 논문에서는 최적화된 모바일하버 작업일정 계획을 도출하기 위하여 혼합정수계획법 모형을 제시하며 모형의 성능을 분석한다. 또한 문제의 크기가 커짐에 따라 계산 시간이 크게 증가하는 대상 모형의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 규칙기반 알고리즘을 제시한다. 규칙기반 알고리즘의 성능은 혼합정수계획법 모형과 의 성능 비교를 통하여 분석된다.

馬山彎 周邊 沿岸 海水의 Vibrio의 分布에 關한 硏究

A study on the distributions of environmental factors and Vibrio was carried out through sea water from 70 sites at the 7 coastal areas in Masan bay from March to April, 1989. The sea water temperatures were ranged 10.8-14.6°C and the mean was 13.0°C, It was highest at Sokchon, 13.7-14.6°C. The values of pH were 7.47-8.02 and the mean was 7.82. It was highest at WonJon, pH 7.84-8.02. The values of salinity were 24.6-30.6‰ and the mean was 27.5‰. It was highest at Yong-Won, 28.1- 30.6‰. Vibrio strains were isolated from all the 7 areas, at 23 sites (32.9%) among 70 sites. They were identified V. pgrahaemolyticus, V. alginolyticus and V. metschnikovii. V. parahaemolyticus was isolated at 8 sites ; V. alginolyticus, at 20 sites : V. metschnikovill. at 3 sites among 70 sites. And 65 Vibrio (23.2%) strains were isolated from examined NaCl concentrations of total 280 APW(Alkaline Pepton Waters). Among 65 strains 14 strains (21.5%) were V. parahaemolyticus from 1%, 4% and 7%;47 strains (72.3%) were V. alginolyticus from 1%, 4%, 7% and 10%;4 stains (6.2%)j were V. metschnikovii from 1% and 4% NaCl APW. And among 65 strains, 21 strains(30.3%) were isolated from 1%;22 strains (31.4%), from 4%, 16 strains (22.9%), from 7%;and 6 strains (8,6%), from 10% NaCl APW.

An epidemiological investigation conducted by the authors during the period from 24 September to 14 October 1963 towards 90 cholera patients (87 households) against the control group consisting of 11,482 persons or 2,239 hooseholds in the vicinity with particular attention paid to the status of environmental sanitation, points to the following conclusion: 1. The route of invasion is believed to be through the inapparent cases or carriers among the inmates of vessels from contaminated areas. 2. No significant difference was observed with the incidence rates by different age groups, the average age being 31.13 years. 3. No significant difference could be noticed with incidence rates by sexes. 4. Primary school graduates or those under this educational level constitute majority of the cholera cases. 5. Those who believe in Taeguk-do Religion and Buddhism constitute 12.7% respectively of the total cholera cases, followed in order by Christianity 8.0% and others 1.1%. It seems characteristic that those who believe in Taeguk-do supersede any others in number. 6. Occupational composition: Those without jobs make up 31.2%(those under school age are excluded), or the top, followed by laborers and those engaged in other occupations. 7. Houses of wooden and oil paper structure top (46.1%) all the other types of construction. Average floor space is estimated at 5.3 pyung, indicative of an extremely low income stratum. Number of rooms occupied by households average 1.7, while the occupants per household average 6.7 and number of the inmates per room 3.8. 8.Wells are shared by 57.5% of the cholera victims, which can be converted to an average of 59.0 households per well. Toilets are shared by 50.6% Average distance between wells and toilets is 11.8m. Many (32.5%) of the cases do not possess kitchens, which 62.1% possess no sewage system. Many(32.3%) do not take any measures against files, in sharp contrast with the "control" group. 9.Newspapers have been subscribes to by 80.5% of the patients households while 74.7% are without radios. 10.Secondary attack rate is 0.6%. 11.The rate of carriers among the patient's families and neighbors seems to be decreasing with the lapse of the time(27 September though 3 October 1963). This rate is highest among the fish peddlers. 12.Contamination of vectors has turned out to be positive only with files. The rate: 23.0% within the asylum for patients and 4.7% within the patients houses.

To effectively respond to the expected changes in maritime container transport market, it has been proposed to design a novel container transport system, known as Mobile Harbor. Mobile Harbor, in a narrow sense, is a system that can go out to a large container ship anchoring in the open sea, load and unload containers between the container ship and the Mobile Harbor, and transport them to their destinations. In a broader scope, Mobile Harbor system is a new type of container port where multiple Mobile Harbor units serve container ships, linking them to a land-based port or the cargo"s final destination. From this perspective, many new types of planning and scheduling problems arise as Mobile Harbor presents unique issues that are not part of the existing operating system for a conventional port. In this paper, we present three, interconnected planning problems and their formulation for the Mobile Harbor system operation, and report solution schemes studied up to date.
