In order to determine fragility curves, the limit state of piers for each damage level is suggested in this paper based on the previous test results in Korea, including our test results. In previous studies, the quantitative measures for damage levels of piers have been represented by curvature ductility, lateral drift ratio, or displacement ductility. These measures are transformed to lateral drift ratios of piers for consistency, and the transformed values are compared and verified with our push-over test results for flexural RC piers with a circular cross-section. The test specimens are categorized concerning the number of lap-splices in the plastic hinge region and whether seismic design codes are satisfied or not. Based on the collected test results in Korea, including ours, the lateral drift ratio for each pier damage level is suggested.
FDM 3D프린터로 제작한 폼라이너의 안전성 및 사용성

우리나라에서는 콘크리트 구조물의 미적외관에 대한 관심이 미비했으나, 2013년에 경관법이 개정되면서 콘크리트 구조물의 미적외관을 개선하는 노력이 의무화되었다. 이전 연구에서 콘크리트 폼라이너를 제작하기 위해서 대형 3D프린터를 개발하였다. 대형3D프린터로 제작한 폼라이너를 통해서 콘크리트 구조물 측면에 미적 패턴 또는 그림을 효과적으로 만들 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 1)적층출력방식(FDM)으로 3D프린팅된 시편의 비등방성을 고려하기 위한 시편실험를 수행하고, 2)유한요소해석 통해서 3)제작한 폼라이너의 안전성과 사용성을 검토하고 4)제작된 폼라이너에 제작 시 필요한 권장사항을 제시한다. Aesthetic appearances of concrete structures have not been considered much in Korea. Since Law of Appearance Improvement in Korea was established in 2013, major concrete structures should consider improvement of structure appearance. In our previous study, a large 3D printer was developed in order to manufacture form-liners for concrete structures. These form-liners can help to build concrete structures having aesthetic pattern or figure at their sides. In this paper, we 1) perform specimen tests to determine orthotropic properties of specimens manufactured by FDM 3D printer, 2) perform finite element analyses, 3) check safety and serviceability, and 4) suggest some recommendations for the manufactured form-liners.
보현산천문대 관측자료 Archive 시스템 설계 및 구축

Korean Astronomical Data Center (KADC, http://kadc.kao.re.kr) in Korea Astronomy Observatory (KAO) has constructed an archive of Bohyunsan Optical Astronomy Observatory (BOAO) 1.8m telescope data. The archive is consisted of photometric (1KCCD, 2KCCD) and spectroscopic data of 400GB amount for the period of 1997 to 2002,and the first web service is made of the data from 1997 to 2001. In the search page, primary search criterion of object name or coordinates is used. Users can also refine the search criteria using parameters such as observation date, observer(s), data type, and/or instrument. The data identified from the search can be uploaded to the FTP site for further downloading in FITS format. This archive is the first DB of astronomical data made in Korea.
