경상북도 수학여행과 현장체험학습 활성화 방안 연구: Focus Group Interview(FGI)를 통한 질적 연구

본 연구는 경상북도 23개 시군의 수학여행 및 현장체험학습의 새로운 개념, 체험의 중요성에 따른 투어 프로그램 개발과 활성화 방안을 모색하기 위해 숙박 책임자, 관광 관련 이해관계자, 관광공무원 이해관계자, 그리고 관광학 교수를 대상으로 FGI(포커스 그룹 인터뷰)를 통한 질적 연구를 수행하였다. FGI 분석결과를 통해 경상북도 지역의 이해관계자들이 인식하는 경상북도 수학여행 및 현장체험학습을 유치하기 위한 숙박수용태세, 식음료, 안전 · 서비스 개선 관련의 문제점, 지자체 관광공무원의 협력 관계, 독특한 관광자원 · 홍보와 연계한 학생단체 방문객에 대한 만족도 제고와 수용태세 진단과 도입, 관리를 통한 지역 주민과 지역관광관계자, 공무원에 대한 인식전환을 통하여 관광정책 방향성과 프로그램 제시 필요로 하는 연구 계기가 되었고, 경상북도 숙박 수용태세, 식음료 시설 개선, 안전 · 서비스에 대한 서비스 구축 등 다양한 이해관계자 간 관계, 그리고 경상북도 수학여행·현장체험학습 방문객 유치를 위한 지역경제 활성화 방안 등의 주제를 도출하였고, 또한, 경상북도 지역의 관광 홍보관 책임자, 관광공무원 이해관계자, 관광 분야 전문가, 다양한 전공 분야의 교수에 대한 표본의 수를 좀 더 확보하여 분석방법의 타당도와 신뢰도를 높일 수 있도록 질적 연구를 강화하기 위한 노력도 수반되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. This study, we will identify and analyze the current status and trends of successful field trips and field experience learning in Korea to improve the future operation of the center so that the purpose of enhancing the regional economic ripple effect in Gyeongsangbuk-do and regaining its reputation as a school trip mecca and No. 1 location can be found. This study conducted qualitative research through FGI (Focus Group Interview) on accommodation managers, tourism-related stakeholders, tourism officials stakeholders, and tourism professors in order to explore new concepts of field trips and field experience learning in 23 cities and counties in Gyeongsangbuk-do, and ways to develop and promote tour programs based on the importance of experience. Through the FGI (Focus Group Interview) analysis results, problems related to improvement of accommodation, food and beverage, safety and service, cooperation among local tourism officials, enhancement of satisfaction with student group visitors linked to unique tourism resources and promotion, diagnosis and introduction of acceptance posture, and management of local residents, local tourism officials and public officials in Gyeongsangbuk-do needed to present the direction and opportunity of tourism policies in Gyeongsangbuk-do.

고속철도와 연계한 호텔상품 활성화에 관한 인식

본 연구에서 2004년 개통된 KTX 이후 최근 2016년 12월말 우리나라에 새로운 고속철도인 SRT가 개통되어 운행 중으로 고속철도와 호텔상품과 관련된 논문들은 거의 없는 실정이다. 첫째, FGI(포커스 그룹인터뷰)에 참여한 이해관계자들은 경주지역 시설의 노후화, 고속철도 및 관광열차상품 부족, 정부지자체지원 부족, 고속철도와 연계한 관광호텔 상품 부족, 레일텔 상품의 필요성 등의 다양한 문제점을 지적하며, 호텔 시설이나 서비스에 대한 투자의지 부족, 개보수, 지자체 홍보 미흡, 가족여행, 테마 상품 개발, 지자체 마케팅 지원에 대한 필요성, 숙박산업의 운영방식에 대한 개선 필요성, 지진 이후 관광객 감소에 대한 마케팅 대책에 대한 다양한 부분을 지적하였다. 둘째, 고속철도와 연계한 호텔 간 상품 개발에 따른 이해관계자 간 관계에 대해 인식을 분석한 결과, 이해관계자 들은 고속철도(KTX · SRT)의 발전가능성, 지속가능성에 대한 부분을 인식하였으며, 셋째, FGI 참여자들이 제안하는 고속철도와 연계한 레일텔 상품에 대한 적합성과 협력관계를 분석한 결과이다. 관광 관계자는 호텔 상품뿐만 아니라 대표적인 역사관광지인 유네스코의 양동마을 또는 경주 남산권, 경주양남주상절리-바다소리에 대한 대중교통을 연계한 상품에 대한 관심을 두고 있다. 넷째, 경주지역 숙박활성화 방안에 관한 논의에 대한 인식을 분석한 결과 관광, 호텔 간 이해관계자들의 네트워크 부족에 대해서는 공통적으로 문제점을 인식하고 있지만 관점의 차이는 존재했다. 연구의 한계점으로는 FGI 분석 결과를 통한 질적연구를 수행하였기 때문에 분석결과를 일반화하기에는 다소 한계점이 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해서는 향후 구조화된 설문조사를 통한 정량적 연구로 보다 타당성 높은 연구결과를 담보할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 경주지역의 관광 관계자, 호텔마케팅 책임자, 다양한 분야의 교수에 대한 표본의 수를 좀 더 확보하여 분석방법의 타당도와 신뢰도를 높일 수 있도록 질적 연구를 강화하기 위한 노력도 수반되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. Since the opening of High Speed Rail (KTX) in 2004, it has become one of Korea"s representative long-haul interregional transportatioj systems. The high-speed railway that incorporates the latest technology is considered to be the most economically, environmentally friendly, and the most sustainable as it expenses low external costs. The purpose of this study is to conduct a qualitative research through the Focus Group Professional Interview (FGI) for the hotel marketing and sales managers in Gyeongju area, which has many experiences of using KTX and SRT. Ultimately, it will lead to the diversification of marketing and tourism in the Gyeongju area, as well as hotel products linked to the high-speed rail neighbors due to the local economic slowdown caused by the earthquake in October 2016 and the decrease in domestic and overseas tourists. For these reasons, this study is going to find out the policy implications for attracting sustainable tourists and improving vitality of the local economy.

경북 마이스 산업의 유니크 베뉴에 대한 이해관계자 인식

본 연구는 경상북도의 마이스 산업의 유니크 베뉴 활성화 방안을 모색하기 위해 마이스 산업 · 유니크 베뉴관계자, 정부기관 실무자, 컨벤션 센터 실무자 그리고 컨벤션 · 유니크 베뉴 관련 관광학 교수를 대상으로 FGI(포커스 그룹 인터뷰)를 통한 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 결론적으로, 본 연구에 참여한 FGI 대상자들은 경상북도 마이스 산업과 유니크 베뉴을 연계한 관광상품 활성화에 관한 인식 및 경북 지역 활성화를 위해서는 경북지역 컨벤센센터을 연계한 다양한 관광상품과 지역의 지속가능한 발전에 관심을 보였다. 즉 마이스 산업 · 유니크 베뉴 관계자는 정부 및 지자체에서 정책적인 지원 및 시설 노후화로 인한 실무적인 지원에 대한 부분이 부족하고, 지방자치단체 간의 협력적 네트워크 구축과 이를 통한 각 지역의 이해관계자 모두 윈-윈하는 전략을 펼칠 필요가 있을 것이다. 특히 경북 지역의 각 지자체 단체장의 관심이 필요하며, 경북지역의 유니크 상품 다양화에 개발 필요성에 대한 부분이 필요하다고 지적하였다. 경북지역의 마이스 산업과 유니크 베뉴 활성화를 위해서는 경상북도와 컨벤센 센터와 연계한 전략적 제휴가 필요하며, 경북지역의 통합 컨벤션뷰로 신설에 대한 장기적인 판매 전략이 필요하다고 제시하였다. 본 연구는 FGI 분석 결과를 통한 질적 연구를 수행하였기 때문에 분석결과를 일반화하기에는 다소 한계점이 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해서는 향후 구조화된 설문조사를 통한 정량적 연구로 보다 타당성 높은 연구결과를 담보할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 경북지역의 마이스 산업·유니크 베뉴 관계자, 정부기관 실무자, 다양한 분야의 교수에 대한 표본의 수를 좀 더 확보하여 분석방법의 타당도와 신뢰도를 높일 수 있도록 질적 연구를 강화하기 위한 노력도 수반되어야 할 것이다. This study was conducted by MICE Industry and UNIQUE VENUE in North Gyeongsang Province, government agencies, convention centers, and convention and United Nations. Through FGI analysis results, various stakeholders such as MICE industry in North Gyeongsang Province recognized by stakeholders, issue of disabling Unique VENUE, product development for continuous growth, and activation of UNIQUE VENUE products. FGI participants in the study showed a variety of sustainable tourism products linking the development of the convention center in North Gyeongsang Province to recognize the activation of tourism products linking the MICE industry and UNIQUE MICE industry and UNIQUE VENUE officials are lacking in the areas of government and local governments in terms of policy support and practical support due to aging facilities.

Bilateral Discoid Medial Menisci : Two Different Types in One Patient and Bony Changes on the Medial Tibial Plateau

원판형 내측 반월상 연골은 슬관절에 비교적 드문 경우이고, 양측성인 증례는 매우 드물다. 이에 증상있는 양측성 원판형 내측 반월상 연골로 치료하였던 1예를 보고하고자 한다. 관절경 소견에서 한쪽 무릎은 완전형 내측 원판형 반월상 연골 소견을, 반대쪽은 불완전형 내측 원판형 반월상 연골 소견을 보였다. 또한 본 증례의 경우 경골의 골성 변화를 동반한 양측성 원판형 내측 반월상 연골의 보고된 세계에서도 드문 증례이다. 환자는 관절경적 술식으로 반월상 연골 부분절제술을 시행하여 성공적인 경과를 보였다. A discoid medial meniscus is a relatively rare pathology of the knee joint, and bilateral cases are extremely rare. We present one case of bilateral symptomatic discoid medial menisci. Arthroscopy revealed a complete type of discoid medial meniscus in one knee and an incomplete type in the other knee. Ours is a very rare case of bilateral discoid medial menisci with associated osseous changes in the tibia, and it is perhaps the first such reported case in the world. The patient was successfully treated by partial meniscectomy using routine arthroscopic procedures.

슬관절 손상과 동통의 치료 방법은 크게 보존적 치료와 수술적 치료로 나눌 수 있다. 보존적 치료로도 충분한 경우에도 과도한 수술적 치료를 시행하는 것을 볼 수 있는데, 이는 여러가지 면에서 바람직하지 않다. 따라서 손상의 기전을 명확히 알고 치료 방법을 선택하여 야 하겠다. 여기에서는 슬관절 손상 환자에서 손상 기전을 알아보고, 치료에 있어 보존적인 방법에 대해 알아보고자 한다. Treatment of knee injury and pain consists of conservative and surgical treatment. Although conservative treatment is suffice in many cases, surgical treatment is performed which is not necessary. Therefore, thorough knowledge of injury mechanism and selection of treatment modalities are required. Injury mechanism and conservative treatment of knee injury patients will be discussed.

The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze the significance of the value of regional festival program in order to be useful to regional festivals` promoter and organizer, (2) to seek for efficient ways to manage visitors in order to increase satisfaction of visitor and (3) to provide the theoretical and practical implications for hosting and organizing regional festivals successfully. Firstly, the findings suggest that the value of the regional festival program had a sig-nificant (positive) effect on the impact of regional festivals. Secondly, the relationship be-tween the value of regional festival program and negative emotions of regional festival was not statistically significant. Thirdly, there was no statistical significance observed between the value of regional festival program and positive emotions of regional festival. Fourth, the value of a regional festival program had a significant (negative) effect on negative emotions of regional festival. Fifth, the impact of regional festivals had a significant beneficial effect on positive emotions of regional festival. Sixth, the impact of regional festivals had a significant (positive) effect on regional festival satisfaction. Seventh, the relationship between negative emotions of regional festival and regional festival satisfaction was not statistically significant.
