        일 대학병원 정신분열병 환자의 퇴원 후 경과에 미치는 치료적 요인

        Object : To evaluate how the therapeutic factors affect post-discharge course of patients with schizophrenia, we analyzed relationship between each therapeutic factor and outcome of inpatients with schizophrenia in Hanyang University Hospital. Methods : This study is a retrospective report. Subjects were schizophrenic inpatients who were discharged from Hanyang University Hospital from January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2004. We obtained demographic and clinical data from review of inpatient and outpatient charts. Results : We analyzed the records of 104 patients with schizophrenia(44 males and 60 females). Patients who had longer first admission days have fewer number of readmission. There were no significant correlation between psychiatric rehabilitation and course of schizophrenia. Courses, such as duration of outpatient department follow-up and number and duration of rehospitalization, did not differ according to the existence of extrapyramidal symptoms or types of antipsychotics prescribed. Conclusion : Among the therapeutic factors, longer duration of the first admission only affected better post-discharge course of patients with schizophrenia.

        초음파 및 저온 침지숙성에 따른 돈육의 부위별 품질특성

        본 연구는 정수압 처리와 초음파 처리가 20일 숙성기간 동안 돈육의 삼겹살과 목살 부위의 품질특성에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사하였다. 다양한 품질특성을 관찰한 결과 정수압에서 숙성하고 초음파 처리한 돈육은 부위별로 효과의 차이는 있지만, 품질향상에 효과적인 것으로 나타났으며 또한, 초음파 처리했을 때 특히 고기의 연도와 관계가 있는 pH, 보수력, 경도 품질을 높이는 것으로 관찰되었다. 본 연구에서 이용한 저온 정수압 숙성 및 초음파 처리공정은 낮은 온도에서 돈육을 빠른 시간안에 숙성하는데 적용 가능할 것으로 판단된다. Meat aging methods consist of dry aging, wet aging, and water aging. Ultrasonic and high-pressure processing has been applied to enhance meat quality in the meat aging process. This study investigated the effects of pressure and ultrasonic processing on pork belly and shoulder. The vacuum-packed pork belly and shoulder were stored in a water chamber at 0.1 MPa or 1 MPa during aging and then ultrasonic treated with a strength of 40 kHz before quality characterization. The water holding capacity of the pressure treatment group was 94.23±1.87% for the belly and 93.93±0.86% for the shoulder, which was higher than other groups. The cooking loss was the lowest ultrasonic, pressure treatment group (26.73±1.08%) in the belly and pressure treatment group (28.06±1.85%) in the shoulder. The hardness showed the lowest ultrasonic and pressure treatment group in the belly (7.13±1.41 N) and shoulder (6.49±2.17 N). The L* and a* value of the belly were increased compared to the early days of storage. When pressure and ultrasound were treated on pork belly and shoulder, positive effects such as increased water holding capacity, reduced hardness and cooking loss, and improved color were observed.

        플래시 메모리 상에서 B-트리 설계 및 구현

        최근 PDA, 스마트카드, 휴대폰, MP3 플레이어와 같은 이동 컴퓨팅 장치의 데이타 저장소로 플래시 메모리를 많이 사용하고 있다. 이런 장치는 데이타를 효율적으로 삽입?삭제?검색하기 위해 B-트리와 같은 색인기법을 필요로 한다. 플래시 메모리 상에서의 B-트리 구현에 관한 기존 연구로서는 BFTL(B-Tree Flash Translation Layer) 기법이 최초로 제안 되었다. 플래시 메모리는 읽기연산보다 쓰기연산 비용이 훨씬 크며, 덮어쓰기(overwrite)가 불가능하다는 특징을 갖고 있다. 따라서 BFTL 기법에서는 B-트리 구축 시 발생되는 다량의 쓰기연산을 최소화하는데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 하지만 BFTL 기법에 성능 개선의 여지가 많이 남아 있으며, BFTL 기법이 SRAM 메모리 공간을 증가시킨다는 단점 때문에 비현실적이다. 본 논문에서는 플래시 메모리 상에서 효율적으로 B-트리를 구축하기 위한 BOF(B-Tree On Flash Memory)기법을 제안한다. BOF 기법의 핵심은, B-트리 구축 시 사용하는 임시 버퍼의 인덱스유닛(index unit)들을 플래시 메모리에 저장할 때 같은 노드에 속하는 인덱스 유닛들을 같은 섹터에 저장하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 성능평가 실험을 통해 BOF 기법의 우수성을 보인다. Recently, flash memory is used to store data in mobile computing devices such as PDAs, SmartCards, mobile phones and MP3 players. These devices need index structures like the B-tree to efficiently support some operations like insertion, deletion and search. The BFTL(B-tree Flash Translation Layer) technique was first introduced which is for implementing the B-tree on flash memory. Flash memory has characteristics that a write operation is more costly than a read operation and an overwrite operation is impossible. Therefore, the BFTL method focuses on minimizing the number of write operations resulting from building the B-tree. However, we indicate in this paper that there are many rooms of improving the performance of the I/O cost in building the B-tree using this method and it is not practical since it increases highly the usage of the SRAM memory storage. In this paper, we propose a BOF(the B-tree On Flash memory) approach for implementing the B-tree on flash memory efficiently. The core of this approach is to store index units belonging to the same B-tree node to the same sector on flash memory in case of the replacement of the buffer used to build the B-tree. In this paper, we show that our BOF technique outperforms the BFTL or other techniques.

        A Security Analysis of Zhao and Gu's Key Exchange Protocol

        키 교환 프로토콜은 공개 네트워크상에서 안전한 통신 채널을 구축하는데 필수적인 요소이다. 특히, 패스워드 기반 키 교환 프로토콜에서는 패스워드를 이용하여 사용자 인증이 이루어지며 이를 바탕으로 안전하게 키 교환이 이루어지도록 설계되어야 한다. 그러나 패스워드는 인간이 쉽게 기억할 수 있는 반면에 엔트로피가 낮고 따라서 사전공격에 쉽게 노출될 수 있다. 최근, Zhao와 Gu가 서버의 도움을 필요로 하는 새로운 패스워드 기반 키 교환 프로토콜을 제안하였다. Zhao와 Gu가 제안한 프로토콜은 일회성 비밀키의 노출 상황을 고려하는 공격자 모델에서도 안전성이 증명가능하다고 주장하였다. 본 논문에서는 Zhao와 Gu의 프로토콜에 대한 재전송 공격을 통하여 이 프로토콜이 저자들의 주장과 달리 일회성 비밀키의 노출 시에 안전하지 않다는 것을 보일 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 Zhao와 Gu가 제시한 안전성 증명이 성립하지 않음을 의미한다. Key exchange protocols are essential for building a secure communication channel over an insecure open network. In particular, password-based key exchange protocols are designed to work when user authentication is done via the use of passwords. But, passwords are easy for human beings to remember, but are low entropy and thus are subject to dictionary attacks. Recently, Zhao and Gu proposed a new server-aided protocol for password-based key exchange. Zhao and Gu's protocol was claimed to be provably secure in a formal adversarial model which captures the notion of leakage of ephemeral secret keys. In this paper, we mount a replay attack on Zhao and Gu's protocol and thereby show that unlike the claim of provable security, the protocol is not secure against leakage of ephemeral secret keys. Our result implies that Zhao and Gu's proof of security for the protocol is invalid.

        저장조건에 따른 열풍건조 감자후레이크의 품질특성 변화

        본 연구는 저장 온도를 달리하여 높은 상대습도의 환경에서 건조 감자를 저장하였을 때 발생하는 품질변화를 관찰하였다. 저장기간 및 건조온도가 증가함에 따라 L* value는 감소하였고, a* 및 b* value는 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 수분활성도는 높은 습도 조건으로 인해 10일차부터 급격히 증가하였으며, 환원형 비타민 C 함량은 급격히 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. pH 값은 저장기간 동안 완만하게 감소하였으며 40℃에서 저장했을 때 큰 폭으로 감소하였다. 저장기간 동안 대장균군은 검출되지 않았으며, 일반 세균 수는 저장 온도가 증가함에 따라 많이 검출되었다. 전체적으로 20℃와 30℃에서 저장한 시료 간의 차이는 크지 않았으나, 40℃에서 저장한 시료의 경우 큰 품질변화를 나타내었고, 밀봉된 상태로 저장한 대조구의 경우 품질변화가 적게 나타나는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 종합해 볼 때, 밀봉하여 산소와 수분을 차단한 상태로 저장하는 것이 제품 고유의 특성을 유지하는데 가장 효과적이며, 높은 습도의 환경일 경우 낮은 온도로 저장하는 것이 품질 변화를 지연시키는데 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다. The main object of this study was conducted to investigate the quality characteristics of hot air-dried potatoes with various storage conditions at high relative humidity. Potatoes were prepared by blanching and soaking at 0.1% NaCl solution, and then drying at 58℃ for 16 hours by hot air. Dried potatoes were stored at 93% relative humidity and various temperature conditions (20℃, 30℃, 40℃), and samples stored at 20℃ after being sealed were used as a control. L* value tended to decrease, and a*, b* value tended to increase as the storage days and temperature increased. Furthermore, water activity was increased rapidly from 10 days due to high relative humidity conditions, and vitamin C content tended to decrease rapidly. pH value was decreased slowly at 20℃ and 30℃ but rapidly at 40℃. The coliform group was not detected during the storage period, and the total plate counts were detected further as storage temperature increased. Based on these results, low temperature storing is necessary to improve dried potato flakes at high relative humidity conditions during the storage period.

        This analysis is to review whether PSD(Platform Screen Door) installed in local subway stations secures amenities of sound environment among the elements of developing pleasant station surroundings. Since there has been no specific noise standard for indoor subway station in the country, would like to suggest suitable criteria based on research on other similar domestic and foreign cases. Also, this study aims at whether PSD meets the noise standards of platforms and affects noise reduction through simulation of before and after installing.

      • 프로젝트 수업을 통한 저탄소녹색성장 실천에 대한 태도 변화 연구

        This study tried to analyze the relation between project program and change in students`` attitudes toward low-carbon and green growth. For this purpose, we carried out the reflective reviews of the change in students`` viewpoints on low-carbon and green growth through survey and interview. First, we divided students into 2 groups; one simulation control group and the other experimental group. Second, students of simulation control group took instructor-led lesson while those of experimental group took project-led lesson. This paper concludes that first, project classes have a positive effect on recognizing low-carbon and green growth. Second, project classes have a more influence on the practice of low-carbon and green growth than traditional lecture. The ultimate goal of science education is to increase their scientific literacy. To achieve this goal, we have tried various teaching methods with trial and error. In order to get valid result of class, this project program should be used in the future in school classes. We suggest that project program would be good to accomplish learning goals realistically, but it is difficult to apply it to every school. The consideration of more efficient models of instruction will help to provide practical teaching.

      • 적응과정에서의 정신과 환자의 자살

        The authors examined for risk factors for suicide among psychiatric patients who had committed suicide through the analysis of demographic, clinical and psychological characteristics of the patients. The total number of suicides committed during social adjustment period was 9. Male and female ratio was 5:4 and the highest incidence occurred in the age group of 21-29 years. Of the 9 cases, schizophrenia accounted for two-third of the suicides. Among the committed suicides, 4 were in hospitalization and rest were postdischarge state. We found that 4 of 5(80%) suicides occurred in the first year after discharge, and that three fifth(60%) occurred within three months of discharge. In this result, most of suicides occurred immediately or soon after discharge and some during inpatient care. The major precipitating factors the patients showed before committing suicide were realistic and psychological problems. Consquently, they become dejected, experience feelings of hopelessness, go on to a depressed mood, and, in that case, have suicidal ideas that are eventually acted on. We believe that the ability to recognize risk factors for suicide and develop appropriate interventions is key to suicide prevention.

        The purpose of this analysis is to review whether an adjacent room to an external unit room of apartment buildings secures amenities of sound environment. To achieve this, this study suggests suitable criteria based on research about domestic and foreign standards for indoor noise. Also, this aims at showing the effect of noise reduction by simulation analysis on before and after installing the noise reduction control and reviewing the satisfaction of related noise standards.
