백하수오 분말을 첨가한 양갱의 품질 및 항산화 활성

본 연구에서는 백하수오 분말을 첨가(0, 2, 4, 6, 8%)하여 제조한 양갱의 물리적 품질 특성, 항산화 활성 및 기호도 검사를 실시하고 대조구와 비교하였다. 백하수오 분말 첨가량이 증가할수록 양갱의 색도 L<SUP>*</SUP>, a<SUP>*</SUP>, b<SUP>*</SUP> 값은 모두 증가하였고 경도는 대조구가 1.10 kgf, 8% 첨가구가 0.68 ㎏f로 감소하였다(P<0.05). pH는 대조구가 5.83, 8% 첨가구가 6.32로 가장 높게 나타나 백하수오 분말 첨가량이 증가할수록 유의적으로 증가하였으며(P<0.05), 수분함량 또한 전체적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 한편 6% 첨가구를 제외한 0~8% 시료 간에 가용성 고형분(°Brix)에 유의적인 차이가 없었다(P>0.05). 소비자 기호도 평가에서 백하수오 분말첨가량이 증가할수록 색의 기호도는 유의적으로 감소하였고(P<0.05), 향은 8% 첨가구가 3.88로 가장 낮은 평가를 받았으며, 씹힘성은 2% 첨가구가 4.67로 가장 높은 평가를 받았다. 맛과 전체적인 기호도는 0~4% 시료 간에 유의적인 차이가 없었지만 대조구보다 2~4% 첨가구가 상대적으로 높은 평가를 받았으며 2% 첨가구가 각각 4.38, 4.88로 가장 높게 평가되었다. The feasibility of incorporating Cynanchi wilfordii powder as a value-added food ingredient in convenient food products was investigated using yanggaeng as a model system. C. wilfordii powder was incorporated into yanggaeng at 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8% weight amounts based on total weight of cooked white bean and C. wilfordii powder. pH increased significantly, and moisture content ranged from 45.40% to 47.40% with increasing levels of C. wilfordii powder (P<0.05). In terms of color, lightness, redness, and yellowness increased significantly (P<0.05) with increasing levels of C. wilfordii powder. Hardness significantly decreased with higher amounts of C. wilfordii powder (P<0.05). Total polyphenol content and DPPH radical scavenging activity were significantly influenced by addition of C. wilfordii powder, and they increased significantly as C. wilfordii powder concentration increased (P<0.05). Finally, consumer acceptance test indicated that the highest levels of C. wilfordii powder (8%, w/w) had considerable adverse effects on consumer preferences in general. In contrast, yanggaengs with moderate levels of C. wilfordii powder (2%, w/w) are recommended (with respect to overall preference score) to take advantage of the functional properties of C. wilfordii powder without sacrificing consumer acceptability.

Kano 모형과 Timko의 고객만족도계수를 이용한 학교스포츠클럽 리그 의미요소의 중요성

본 연구는 학교스포츠클럽 리그에 참여하는 중학생들을 대상으로 리그에서 지각하는 의미의 요소를 Kano 모형에 따라 분류하고, 분류된 요소들을 바탕으로 Timko의 고객만족계수를 도출하여 만족에 영향을 주는 정도를 파악하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 학교스포츠클럽 리그에 참여 경험이 있는 중학생으로 선정하여 서울의 중학교와 대회장을 방문하여 총 207부 설문조사를 회수하여 결과를 도출하였다. 이원적 인식방법인 Kano모형을 분석하기 위하여 기술통계를 분석하였고 성별에 따른 학교스포츠클럽 리그 품질요소의 차이를 알아보았다. 또한 Timko의 고객만족계수를 도출하여 최빈값만을 대표 특성화 하는 Kano품질분류의 한계를 보완하였다. 분석결과 학교스포츠클럽 리그와 관련된 13개의 문항 중 12개의 문항이 일원적 품질요소로 분류되었으며, 1개의 문항이 당연적 품질요소로 분류되었다. 분류된 결과를 토대로 Timko의 고객만족계수를 도출한 결과 ‘심판의 판정’과 ‘신속한 응급처치’가 강한 일원적 품질특성을 나타내었다. 일원적 품질은 물리적 상황이 충족 되면 만족을 주고, 충족되지 않으면 불만을 일으키는 요소이다. 학교스포츠클럽 리그에서 일원적 품질요소로 분류된 요소들을 잘 충족시켜 만족을 유지하도록 힘써야한다. 또한 당연적 품질요소로 분류된 ‘응원전 여부’의 경우 상황이 충족되지 못하면 강한 불만을 나타내는 특성을 가지고 있으므로 항상 충족되도록 상황을 고려해야 한다. 한편, 학교스포츠클럽 리그에서 학생들에게 큰 만족감을 더해줄 수 있는 요소는 매력적 품질요소이다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 매력적 품질요소가 나타나지 않았다. 이는 학교스포츠클럽 리그에서 매력적 품질요소를 더욱 주의 깊게 파악하고, 개발해야 할 필요를 의미할 것이다. The current study examined the meaningful attributes that sport club league participants perceive and divide the attributes based on Kano model. In addition, the current study calculated the Timko’s customer satisfaction coefficients based on the results of the Kano model analysis. The data were collected from the middle school students who participated school sport club league. Total of 207 usable questionnaires were collected. The results indicated that most of the meaningful elements in sport club leagues were identified as one-dimensional quality, which result in satisfaction when fulfilled and dissatisfaction when not fulfilled. Only one element of “cheer” was classified as must-be quality. Timko’s customer satisfaction coefficients indicated that “Referees’ call”, “Quick first-aid” were identified as strong one-dimensional quality. On sport club league sites, such one-dimensional qualities should be considered important because when they are not fulfilled, it will directly lead the students to dissatisfaction. Although attractive quality is the attributes that provide satisfaction when achieved fully but not cause dissatisfaction when not fulfilled, no single attribute was classified under the attractive quality.

두모계 지명의 분포와 취락입지

지명에는 해당 지역과 그 지역주민들의 삶에 관한 정보들이 녹아 있다. 특히, 오래전부터 이어져 온 고지명은 더 많은 공간적 속성들을 포함한다. 본 연구에서는 전통 지명의 하나인 고지명 ‘두모’를 연구대상으로 하여 그 분포와 특성을 고찰하였다. ‘두모’는 Nam(1996)에 의해 연구되기 시작한 지명군으로, 어원적 의미를 살펴본 결과 지명 자체에 산이나 물과 연관된 지형적 입지 조건의 의미를 내포하고 있었다. 그리고 전국에 걸쳐 비교적 균등하게 분포하는 가운데, 85%가 인문지명으로 사용되고 있었고 그중에 73%는 취락명이나 행정구역명 등 취락지명이 차지하고 있었다. 본 연구에서는 두모계 지명의 마을 220개만을 가지고 두모계 취락의 입지와 지명의 확산을 심층 분석하였다. 그 결과, 두모계 취락이 주로 남·동향을 취하고 배산임수의 지형적 조건을 갖추고 있었으며, 마을의 확장에 따라 두모계 지명이 분화되면서 여러 개의 두모계 지명이 함께 분포하고 있음을 확인하였다. Place names represent a lot of information about the region and the life of the local residents. In particular, old geographical names have more spatial informations than recent place names. This paper tried to analyze the distribution and characteristic of ‘Dumo’ which is one of the ancient place names and was studied by Nam youngwoo in 1996 for the first time. After considering the etymology and phonological structure of ‘Dumo’, the name ‘Dumo’ included the geographic conditions related to a mountain and river in itself. The total number of place names in the line of ‘Dumo’ which were collected by the author were 417 and they were distributed evenly on the Korean Peninsula. 85% of them were used for the human place names and 73% of the human place names were served as settlement names standing for a village or an administrative district. Thus the author analyzed the location and diffusion of 220 of settlement names in depth. As a result, villages named in the line of ‘Dumo’ preferred southern or eastern exposure and located in front of a mountain and around a river. After a village name ‘Dumo’ was set up, it produces other similar names in the line of ‘Dumo’ near the village so most place names of ‘Dumo’ were found with several names of ‘Dumo’ not alone.

시간대별 도로교통 상황을 고려한 도심 식자재 배송서비스 개선방안에 관한 연구

최근 프랜차이즈 업종의 지속적인 성장으로 프랜차이즈 점포들에 대한 소량 다빈도 식자재 배송서비스의 중 요성이 증대되고 있다. 광범위한 도심지역에 산재한 점포들에 대해 단일거점만으로 배송을 시도할 경우, 도심 교통 혼잡으로 인해 점착 시간 미준수, 차량 별 담당 권역의 배송 밀도 차이에 따른 적재율 및 운행시간 편중 등 배송서비스 및 효율성 저하가 초래될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 A社의 사례를 바탕으로 기존 재고 보관 물 류센터를 보완할 수 있는 무재고 통과형 배송거점(크로스닥센터)을 추가로 확보하고 실제 도로 교통상황을 반 영하여 복수의 배송거점을 연계한 1일 다빈도 배송을 통해 도심 식자재 배송효율 및 서비스 수준을 개선할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석을 위한 방법론으로 우선 사례기업의 국내 수도권 지역 고객 점포들을 주문량과 차량별 적정 적재량에 따라 군집화하여 배송노선을 설정하고, 기존 물류센터를 보완할 크로스닥센터의 입지를 결정한 후 배송노선을 각 거점에 할당한다. 이후 실제 시간대별 도로교통 상황을 반영해 차량 별 경로를 산출하고 두 거점을 연계할 수 있는 운행방안을 적용해 고객 점포별 지정된 점착 시간 준수 여부를 최종적으로 파악한다. 최근 온라인, 모바일, TV홈쇼핑의 지속적인 성장 및 도심 생활밀착형 물류서비스에 대한 수요가 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 시점에서 본 연구결과는 효율적이고 지속 가능한 도심 단말배송(Last-mile delivery)체계를 구축하는 데 많은 시사점을 제시할 것으로 기대한다. With the steady growth of franchise retail industry, it is becoming more important to provide frequent, small-sized, and on-time delivery services for the retail stores. Since these retail stores are typically spread over wide urban areas, it is challenging to provide delivery service without delay with a single distribution center. Based on the actual case of logistics service provider serving franchise stores in the Seoul Metropolitan Area of Korea, this study aims to provide a systematic framework of redesigning delivery network dealing with multi-depot vehicle routing problem with inter-depot route while considering traffic condition changes over time of the day. A Geographic Information System (GIS) based location-allocation and vehicle routing application is used to i) locate a suitable cross-dock center, ii) redesign delivery service areas for each vehicle, and iii) determine efficient vehicle routes satisfying delivery service requirements under various scenarios of utilizing the urban cross-dock center.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of acupuncture and medial branch block(collaborative treatment) with just medial branch block regarding acute low back pain. Methods : Forty inpatients who received treatment between January 2012 and February 2013 were divided into 2 groups. The East-West treatment group(EW group, n=20) received one treatment of medial branch block and then acupuncture afterwards. The Western treatment group(W group, n=20) received one treatment of medial branch block. Both groups continued to receive manual therapy 3 times a week. Evaluations were made before medial branch block, 7 days after, and 14 days after using the Numerical Rating Scale(NRS). Results : Compared to before treatment, the NRS score of both EW and W groups after 7 and 14 days of treatment significantly decreased(p=0.0001). But only the EW group showed additional improvement between days 7 and 14(p=0.005). Regarding group comparison, the NRS score of the EW group was significantly lower than the W group at 7 days(p=0.037), and even more at 14 days(p<0.0001). Conclusions : Although medial branch block alone significantly improved acute low back pain, collaborative treatment with acupuncture was even more effective, with increased efficacy as time passed. Further research is recommended regarding the effects of collaborative treatment with acupuncture on acute low back pain.
