Kano 모형과 Timko의 고객만족도계수를 이용한 학교스포츠클럽 리그 의미요소의 중요성

본 연구는 학교스포츠클럽 리그에 참여하는 중학생들을 대상으로 리그에서 지각하는 의미의 요소를 Kano 모형에 따라 분류하고, 분류된 요소들을 바탕으로 Timko의 고객만족계수를 도출하여 만족에 영향을 주는 정도를 파악하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 학교스포츠클럽 리그에 참여 경험이 있는 중학생으로 선정하여 서울의 중학교와 대회장을 방문하여 총 207부 설문조사를 회수하여 결과를 도출하였다. 이원적 인식방법인 Kano모형을 분석하기 위하여 기술통계를 분석하였고 성별에 따른 학교스포츠클럽 리그 품질요소의 차이를 알아보았다. 또한 Timko의 고객만족계수를 도출하여 최빈값만을 대표 특성화 하는 Kano품질분류의 한계를 보완하였다. 분석결과 학교스포츠클럽 리그와 관련된 13개의 문항 중 12개의 문항이 일원적 품질요소로 분류되었으며, 1개의 문항이 당연적 품질요소로 분류되었다. 분류된 결과를 토대로 Timko의 고객만족계수를 도출한 결과 ‘심판의 판정’과 ‘신속한 응급처치’가 강한 일원적 품질특성을 나타내었다. 일원적 품질은 물리적 상황이 충족 되면 만족을 주고, 충족되지 않으면 불만을 일으키는 요소이다. 학교스포츠클럽 리그에서 일원적 품질요소로 분류된 요소들을 잘 충족시켜 만족을 유지하도록 힘써야한다. 또한 당연적 품질요소로 분류된 ‘응원전 여부’의 경우 상황이 충족되지 못하면 강한 불만을 나타내는 특성을 가지고 있으므로 항상 충족되도록 상황을 고려해야 한다. 한편, 학교스포츠클럽 리그에서 학생들에게 큰 만족감을 더해줄 수 있는 요소는 매력적 품질요소이다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 매력적 품질요소가 나타나지 않았다. 이는 학교스포츠클럽 리그에서 매력적 품질요소를 더욱 주의 깊게 파악하고, 개발해야 할 필요를 의미할 것이다. The current study examined the meaningful attributes that sport club league participants perceive and divide the attributes based on Kano model. In addition, the current study calculated the Timko’s customer satisfaction coefficients based on the results of the Kano model analysis. The data were collected from the middle school students who participated school sport club league. Total of 207 usable questionnaires were collected. The results indicated that most of the meaningful elements in sport club leagues were identified as one-dimensional quality, which result in satisfaction when fulfilled and dissatisfaction when not fulfilled. Only one element of “cheer” was classified as must-be quality. Timko’s customer satisfaction coefficients indicated that “Referees’ call”, “Quick first-aid” were identified as strong one-dimensional quality. On sport club league sites, such one-dimensional qualities should be considered important because when they are not fulfilled, it will directly lead the students to dissatisfaction. Although attractive quality is the attributes that provide satisfaction when achieved fully but not cause dissatisfaction when not fulfilled, no single attribute was classified under the attractive quality.

학교체육 정책 및 교육과정 국제동향 분석 : 미국, 캐나다, 대만을 중심으로

본 연구는 4개국(우리나라, 미국, 캐나다, 대만)의 학교체육 정책과 교육과정을 비교·분석함으로써 학교체육에 대한 최근의 세계적인 동향을 파악하고, 향후 우리나라의 학교체육정책 및 교육과정 개선을 위한 시사점을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 각국의 학교체육정책 및 교육과정 문서를 토대로 하여 국가별 학교체육 정책 및 학교체육 교육과정의 주요 특징, 교사임용방법에 대해 분석하였으며, 이를 통해 우리나라 학교체육 교육발전을 위한 시사점을 도출하였다. This research compares and analyzes the policies and curricula for physical education in schools of four countries (South Korea, the U.S., Canada, and Taiwan) with the goal of grasping the international trend in physical education and to deduce points of improvement for the policy and curriculum of physical education in schools. For this, the policy for physical education and the characteristics of curricula as well as the method of selecting teachers were analyzed based on each country`s physical education policy and curriculum documents; though this analysis, points of improvement for physical education in Korea were deduced.
