      • Poster 발표 : 논문 7; 장애이해교육에 관한 중등학교 일반교사와 특수교사의 인식 및 요구

        본 연구는 인격 형성의 중요한 시기인 학생들에게 장애이해교육을 통한 긍정적인 장애인관을 심어주기 위해 특수학급이 설치된 중·고등학교 교사들을 일반교사와 특수교사로 나누어 장애이해교육에 관한 인식 및 요구를 알아보기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 주요 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애이해교육 운영 실태에 관한 인식을 알아본 결과 실시현황, 실시방법 영역의 실시횟수, 실시시기, 실시시간, 실시담당 주체, 대상자 규모, 자료유형, 후속활동 실시 방법 요인은 일반 교사와 특수교사 간 통계적인 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 실시여부, 학생만족도조사, 계획 및 평가에 대한 협의, 후속활동 실시 요인에서 일반교사와 특수교사의 인식은 집단 간 통계적인 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 장애이해교육 인식을 알아본 결과 장애이해교육 활동에 대한 필요성, 장애이해교육에 대한 전문 소양에 대해 일반교사와 특수교사의 인식은 집단 간 통계적인 유의한 차이를 보였다. 장애이해교육 이후 후속활동, 일반교사와 특수교사의 협의는 반드시 필요하다 요인에서 일반교사가 특수교사보다 높은 평균을 보였고, 장애이해교육에 대한 나의 전문소양은 충분하다, 장애이해교육과 관련된 연수는 반드시 필요하다 요인에서는 특수교사가 일반교사보다 높은 평균을 보였다. 셋째, 장애이해교육의 요구에 관한 인식을 알아본 결과 장애이해교육의 실시방향, 실시방법 영역에 대해 일반교사와 특수교사의 인식은 집단 간 통계적인 유의한 차이가 없었다. 그러나 장애이해교육 개선방향의 영역에서 일반교사와 특수교사 간 협의에 있어 가장 큰 장애, 장애이해 교육 관련 연수 대상자, 희망하는 장애이해교육 관련 연수 내용, 장애이해교육을 위해 가장 원하는 행정적 지원, 장애이해교육 활성화를 위해 개선되어야 할 점에 대한 요인은 일반교사와 특수교사의 인식은 집단 간 통계적인 유의한 차이를 보였다. 본 연구 결과의 요약, 연구 결과의 제한점 및 향후 연구에 관한 제언이 논의되었다. This study was intended to investigate the perception of and requirements for education about the understanding of disability by general teachers and special education teachers in secondary schools with special education classes. Based on the study purpose, this researcher set up the following study issues. First, what is the perception of the actual conditions relating to the operation of the education about the understanding of disability by general teachers and special education teachers? Secondly, what is the perception of education about the understanding of disability by general teachers and special education teachers? Thirdly, what is the perception of the requirement for education about the understanding of disability by general teachers and special education teachers? The results of each study issue are presented as follows. First, the analysis on the perception of the actual conditions of the operation of the education about the understanding of disability revealed that general teachers and special education teachers showed no statistically significant differences. but that they showed statistically significant differences in the following factors: possibility of performance, survey on students` satisfaction, discussion about planning and evaluation, and post-activity performance. Secondly, the analysis on the perception of education about the understanding of disability indicated that general teachers and special education teachers showed statistically significant differences in the necessity for activity to teach the understanding of disability and the professional knowledge on education about the understanding of disability. Thirdly, the analysis on the perception of the requirements for education about the understanding of disability revealed that general teachers and special education teachers showed no statistically significant difference in the direction of performance of education about the understanding of disability and the area of performance methods. But, they showed statistically significant differences in some factors.

        Ni-Cr-Mo계 고강도 저합금강 용접클래드 계면의 미세조직 특성 평가

        SA508 Gr.4N Ni-Cr-Mo low alloy steel, in which Ni and Cr contents are higher than in commercial SA508 Gr.3 Mn-Mo-Ni low alloy steels, may be a candidate reactor pressure vessel (RPV) material with higher strength and toughness from its tempered martensitic microstructure. The inner surface of the RPV is weld-cladded with stainless steels to prevent corrosion. The goal of this study is to evaluate the microstructural properties of the clad interface between Ni-Cr-Mo low alloy steel and stainless weldment, and the effects of post weld heat treatment (PWHT) on the properties. The properties of the clad interface were compared with those of commercial Mn-Mo-Ni low alloy steel. Multi-layer welding of model alloys with ER308L and ER309L stainless steel by the SAW method was performed, and then PWHT was conducted at 610℃ for 30 h. The microstructural changes of the clad interface were analyzed using OM, SEM and TEM, and micro-Vickers hardness tests were performed. Before PWHT, the heat affected zone (HAZ) showed higher hardness than base and weld metals due to formation of martensite after welding in both steels. In addition, the hardness of the HAZ in Ni-Cr-Mo low alloy steel was higher than that in Mn-Mo-Ni low alloy steel due to a comparatively high martensite fraction. The hardness of the HAZ decreased after PWHT in both steels, but the dark region was formed near the fusion line in which the hardness was locally high. In the case of Mn-Mo-Ni low alloy steel, formation of fine Cr-carbides in the weld region near the fusion line by diffusion of C from the base metal resulted in locally high hardness in the dark region. However, the precipitates of the region in the Ni-Cr-Mo low alloy steel were similar to that in the base metal, and the hardness in the region was not greatly different from that in the base metal.

        묽은황산 및 Cellulase 에 의한 목재당화에 (木材糖化) 관한 연구

        1. The study was conducted on the optimum condition of the treated substrate with dilute sulphuric acid solution and cellulase for saccharification. The wood (saw dust) of Alnus hirsuta Rupr. (10∼15 years) was treated with 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, 1.2%, 1.5%, H₂SO₄ solution at 1.5㎏/㎠ for 15min., 30min., 45min., and 60min., followed by thermal treatment at 190℃ for 30min., and screening with 60 mesh sieve, after which to 0.5 grams of each sample was added 0.5㎖ cellulase solution, and 50㎖ 0.1M acetic acid buffer solution (pH 5.0), after incubating at 40℃ for 96hr. 2. The crude cellulase of Trichoderma viride Perx. ex. Fr. SANK 16374 was produced by the submerged culture process and produced in the culture fluid was salted out quantitatively by the use of ammonium sulfite. 3. Reducing sugar was determined by the 3.5-dinitrosalicylic acid (DNS) method. 4. The reducing sugar was increased with increase of the sulphuric acid concentration and saw dust was treated with 1.5% H₂SO₄ solution at 1.5㎏/㎠ for 45min. showed the best saccharification (16.0%). The reducing sugar formation did not show statistically significant in 5% levels by thermal treatment time 45min. and 60min. 5. The substrate for cellulase which was treated with 0.9% H₂SO₄ solution at 1.5㎏/㎠ for 60min. showed the best reducing sugar formation (23.6%). And did not show significant difference in 5% levels at 0.9%, 1.2%, and 1.5% H₂SO₄ solution.

        장파장 다중모드 광섬유 통신시스템의 실용시험

        A long-wavelength ($1. 3\mum$) multimode fiber-optic transmission system has been developed and the field trial system has been installed over 17.3km distance in Daejeon Area by KETRI. The 45Mb/s and 90Mb/s system operate with BER $10^-9$over 17.3km distance, and they successfully operate on the route of 34. 6km length when the fiber cable is simply connected at one end. Average loss of the fiber cable shows 0. 81dB/km including splice loss and the average bandwidth over the 17. 3km distance is 170MHz.

        경희토류(La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm) 혼합용액에서 Cyanex 572에 의한 추출·분리 거동 고찰

        Cyanex 572에 의한 경희토류 다성분 혼합 용액에서 La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm의 분리특성에 대해 연구하였다. 5성분계 혼합 용액에서 추출제 농도가 증가할수록 5성분 모두 $pH_{50}$(추출율이 50%인 pH) 값은 감소하였다. 추출제 농도 0.6 M 이상에서 La과 Ce, Nd와 Sm 는 10 이상의 분리계수 값을 보인 반면, Ce과 Pr, Pr과 Nd 사이의 분리계수는 0.5~2.2로 낮았다. 분리계수 개선을 위해 0.6 M Cyanex 572에 TBP를 첨가하였으나 상 분리 속도나 분리계수 개선 효과는 나타나지 않았다. 실험 결과를 고찰한 결과, La/(Pr, Nd, Sm) 그룹과 (Pr, Nd)/Sm 의 경우는 그룹 별 분리는 가능할 것으로 보이나, (La, Ce) 과 (Pr, Nd)의 그룹분리는 Ce와 Pr 사이의 분리계수가 낮아 어려울 것으로 사료된다. Extraction and separation behaviors of La, Ce, Pr, Nd and Sm from light rare earth multi - component mixed solutions by Cyanex 572 were studied. As extractant concentration increased, the $pH_{50}$ values of all the five components decreased. When extractant concentration was larger than 0.6 M, the separation factor of La and Ce, Nd and Sm was higher than 10, while the separation factor between Ce and Pr, Pr and Nd was as low as 0.5~2.2. Addition of TBP to the 0.6 M Cyanex 572 had little synergistic effect on the phase separation rate and separation factor. From the analysis of experiment results, group separation of [La]/[Pr, Nd, Sm] and [Pr, Nd]/[Sm] could be possible, but in case of the group separation between [La, Ce] and [Pr, Nd] was not available because of the low separation factor between Ce and Pr.

        백합나무 양묘기술 개발에 관한 연구

        Liriodendron tulipifera L. has been well adapted to the Korean climate since it was first introduced from the U.S.A. in the 1960`s. Recently, Korea Forest Service decided to disseminate L. tulipifera as an afforestation tree species. However, there have been no guidelines developed for seedling production of L. tulipifera in Korea. According1y, this study was conducted to develop the optimal conditions for the seedling production of L. tulipifera. For this purpose, Seeds were collected from a 40-year-old single tree planted in the garden of the Dept. of Forest Genetic Resources, Korea Forest Research Institute. Germination percentage was examined at different nursery conditions (i .e. green house, irrigation nursery, and field nursery) and with different seed covering materials (i.e. sawdust, soil, and sand). The optimal quantity of sowed seeds and optimal number of planting trees per m^2 were examined for the sake of the production of standard seedlings. Finally, the optimal time of root pruning was investigated in order to improve survival rate and to promote early growth after afforestation. The highest germination percentage (92.6%) was observed in the seeds covered with sawdust in the green house, while the lowest germination percentage (10.8%) was investigated in the seeds covered with sand in the field nursery. The optimal quantity of sowed seeds fumed out to be 50g/m^2 in the irrigation nursery and 150g/m^2 in the field nursery. Thirty five of standard seedlings were produced when 50 seedlings were Planted per m^2. The optimal time of root pruning appeared to be the beginning of August. The T/R ratio of root-pruned seedlings was 45% , which was lower than that of root-pruned seedlings, and hairy roots were more developed in the root-pruned seedlings than in the root-unpruned ones.

        스트로브 잣나무(Pinus strobus) 산지별 생장 및 침엽의 특성 조사를 통한 조림 및 조경용 종자산지 구명

        The provenance test was performed using seeds from six provenances of eastern white pine(Pinus strobus L.) originated from USA. The main purpose of this study was to determine the best seed source of P. strobus which shows the best growth in Korea and has the most beautiful tree-form. Seed quality, growth performance in a seed bed and field, and needle characteristics of each provenance were investigated to distribute the seeds after separating seed provenances for wood producing and landscaping. There were a lot of variations in the number of seeds per gram and per litter and the average weight of 1,000 seeds among provenances. In the height growth of four-year-old trees, Georgia and North Carolina provenances which were heavy in seed weight showed better results than other provenances. The height growth of P. strobus started later than that of Pinus koraiensis Sieb. et Zucc., but the volume growth of the trees of P. strobus started earlier than that of P. koraiensis. In the volume growth of 16-year-old trees, Georgia(71% higher than average value) and North Carolina(61% higher than average value) provenances showed the best growth while Minnesota provenances showed the poorest growth(60% less than average value). Georgia and North Carolina provenances were considered to be appropriate seed provenances for wood producing because of the good tree growth, and New York provenance was considered to be the best seed provenance for landscaping purpose because of the good tree form.
