        복합상업시설에서의 집객화 전략요소와 이용자 만족도 및 재방문 의도와의 관련성에 관한 연구

        This study aims to investigate strategies for attracting consumers in Urban Entertainment Centers and understand the relationship between user satisfaction and intention of revisiting. To accomplish this, the strategic attraction factors were set as functional, experiential, episodic, and semantic. The relationships between these factors and revisiting intentions were studied experimentally. The result of the study can be summarized to 3 points. First, the 4 strategic factors that were selected all had a significant influence on revisiting intention. Therefore the more these factors have an influence, the higher the satisfaction and revisiting intentions. Secondly, out of the attraction factors the one with the biggest influence to customer satisfaction turned out to be 'functional factors' which is related to convenience, accessibility and availability. The factor that had the biggest influence on revisiting intentions turned out to be 'semantic factors' which is related to events, unusualness and temporality. Through this result we can see that to enhance satisfaction 'functional factors' should be considered first and to increase revisiting intentions 'episodic factors' should be considered first. Thirdly, it could be assumed that satisfaction of the visitors could boost intentions of revisiting.

      • 동적 환경에서 이동 객체 궤적에 따른 Hector SLAM 성능 분석

        본 논문은 동적 환경에서 이동 객체의 궤적에 따라 LIDAR 기반 SLAM 기법인 Hector SLAM 이 어떤 성능을 보이는지 분석하였다. ROS(Robot Operating System) 기반의 Turtlebot3 Burger 플롯폼을 이용하여 실험하였다. 실험 환경은 연구실(복잡한 정형 환경), 회의실(정형 환경), 복도 등 3 가지였다. 이동 객체는 2 가지로 4 가지 궤적을 설정하여 실험하였다. 연구실(복잡한 정형 환경) 에서는 궤적 1(이동 객체가 로봇의 방향으로 직진)에서 궤적 4(이동 객체가 로봇의 반대방향으로 지그재그로 이동)로 갈수록 Position Error 가 증가하였다. 회의실(정형 환경) 에서는 궤적 1 에서 궤적 4 로 오히려 갈수록 Position Error 가 감소 했음을 확인할 수 있었다.

        전자공시시스템(DART)을 활용한 국내 텍스트 분석(Textual Analysis) 환경에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 금융감독원의 전자공시시스템(DART)을 통해 공시된 대량의 보고서들을 활용한 국내 텍스트 분석 연구 환경을 평가한다. 먼저 저자들은 대량의 공시서류를 내려받기 어려운 국내 전자공시 환경을 고려하여, 웹 크롤링 등을 활용한 우회적인 방법을 통해 1999년부터 2013년까지 공시된 총 111,497 건의 분기, 반기 및 사업보고서들을 내려받는다. 이후, Li(2008)의 연구방법을 응용하여 이들 보고서에서 "임원의 현황"표를 추출하는 비정형 데이터 마이닝 프로그램을 개발하고, 이를 바탕으로 전체 표본에 대한 텍스트분석 가능여부를 점검한다. 연구 결과, 전자공시시스템에 공시된 모든 분기, 반기, 및 사업보고서들 중 약 40%가 기계판독 불가능한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기계판독이 가능한 보고 서들의 경우에도, 문서가 PDF 형식으로 제공되고 있어 효과적인 텍스트 분석을 위해서는 TXT 혹은 HTML 형식으로의 추가적인 변환작업이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 최근 미국을 중심으로 각종 기업 공시자료들을 활용한 다양한 텍스트 분석이 진행되는 등 그 중요성이 점차 대두되고 있는 상황을 고려할 때, 본 연구의 결과는 국내 텍스트 분석 연구를 보다 활성화시키기 위해 DART 시스템의 개선이 선행되어야 한다는 점을 시사한다. In the United States, there is an increasing interest in the application of computer-based textual analysis and a large body of prior accounting literature has analyzed the textual contents of corporate filings such as annual reports. However, due to the lack of institutional supports and relevant experiences, neither practitioners nor researchers in Korea have used textual analysis. Given the circumstances, this study examines whether the Korea Financial Supervisory Service(FSS)``s on-line Data Analysis Retrieval and Transfer(DART) system offers adequate research environment for the textual analysis on corporate filings. By replicating a textual analysis procedure used in prior study, we point out some flaws and limitations of current DART system and suggest potential solutions to encourage the textual analysis in Korea. First, we start by collecting the full sample of corporate annual reports provided in DART system. Unlike the EDGAR(Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval) system in U.S. which allows information users to easily download massive amount of corporate reports through the anonymous FTP server, the DART system only provides web-based downloading system and does not facilitate users to download massive amount of reports instantly. In this study, we overcome this issue by utilizing a web-crawler program and collect 111,497 corporate annual(quarterly) reports from 1999-2013 period. However the development of web-crawler program requires information users to have certain level of programming skills, implying that this approach is not appropriate to be widely used. Moreover, it took approximately 372 hours to complete our collection using web-crawler which is three times longer that the time needed to collect the similar amount of corporate reports using EDGAR anonymous FTP server. Overall, our findings from the collection step indicate that current DART system is not suitable for downloading massive amount of corporate reports which is necessary to run the textual analysis. Second, from the collected samples, we extract "top executives status" table from individual reports with a text analyzing program that we develop following Li(2008). This procedure intends to check the machine-readability of texts and tables included in corporate reports and to further assess the environment of textual analysis using Korean data. With a similar method used by Li(2008) when extracting MD&A sections and footnotes from his U.S. sample annual reports, we try to obtain "top executives status" table from our Korean sample reports. We deem specific sentences that meet certain regular-expression conditions we define to be starting sentences of the "top executives status" tables. This text analyzing program is written by Python programming language and tested to ensure 99% or higher accuracy of extracting the table. The results indicate that the Korean DART system offers inadequate research environment for textual analysis on corporate filings. Particularly, corporate reports provided in PDF format act as constraints on analyzing the textual contests. In detail, 43,407 reports out of 111,497, which approximately is 40% of the total samples are found to be not machine readable. For these reports, computer failed to extract "top executive status" table meaning that none of the texts from the report could be used for textual analysis. Moreover, given the technical difficulties in reading PDF format, corporate filings that are machine readable require another conversion process before the textual analysis adding to the difficulty of analyzing massive amounts of data. Alternatively, we develop web automation program and web-crawler program in an attempt to collect the sample reports in a machine readable format. However, using these programs are time consuming works which require approximately 1,800 hours to complete our collection process. Considering that textual analysis on corporate filings are on the rise, our overall results reveal that the refinements of DART system must precede the active research on textual analysis of corporate filings in Korea. We propose two potential solutions to resolve the problems related to current DART system and encourage the textual analysis in Korea. First, as in the EDGAR system, DART system must construct an anonymous FTP server where the information users can easily access and download massive amount of reports. This may allow practitioners and researchers to actively engage in textual analysis and thereby extend the application of disclosed corporate reports. Furthermore, corporate managers would pay more attention to the non-numeric information included in their reports increasing the quality of disclosure. Second, DART system must make technical complements to its report format by providing additional format of TXT or HTML. PDF format report which is the only format of report that DART system provides has its advantage in terms of clarity and security. However, PDF reports require additional conversion process which significantly increases the time spent on running textual analysis. In addition, TXT and HTML formats are perfectly machine readable and can resolve the problems related to machine readability issue. This study contributes to the literature by examining the textual analysis research environment using DART system. In typical, we point out the flaws and limitations of DART system by comparing its relevant attributes with EDGAR system. Furthermore, we propose two potential solutions to resolve the problems and in turn encourage the textual analysis research in Korea.

        Tizen 은 삼성전자와 인텔(Intel), 리눅스 재단(Linux Foudation)이 공동으로 개발한 리눅스(Linux) 기반의 오픈 소스 플랫폼(Open Source Platform)이다. Tizen 은 스마트폰(Smart Phone)과 태블릿 PC(Tablet PC)를 위한 운영체제이지만 GPS(Global Positioning System) 내비게이션을 포함한 자동차 인포테이먼트(In-Vehicle Infotainment) 시스템과 넷북(Netbook), 스마트 TV(Smart TV)에서도 사용될 수 있도록 개발되었다. Tizen 은 안드로이드(Android)와 마찬가지로 리눅스 커널(Kernel)에서 실행할 수 있지만, 소프트웨어 프레임워크(Software Framework)는 HTML5(Hypertext Mark-up Language 5)로 설계되었다. 또한 Tizen 은 HTML5 를 기반으로 다른 플랫폼에서도 쉽게 호환될 수 있는 웹 어플리케이션의 실행을 지원한다는 특징을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Tizen 웹 어플리케이션 개발의 기반이 되는 HTML5 API 와 Tizen 웹 API 를 중점적으로 살펴 본다. 그리고 이 두 가지 핵심 요소에 대한 이해를 통해 Tizen 의 향후 발전가능성을 조명한다.

        The instability associated with the gas-liquid interface that builds up when compressible gas jet in injected into the liquid environment is theoretically analyzed. Classical flow theory predicted the transition from bubbling jet into continuous gas jet occurred at transonic speed. In the present study, it was demonstrated that similar result can be achieved from viscous potential flow theory. Surface tension and viscous force in liquid tend to stabilize the gas-liquid interface. And in non-axisymmetric mode, the transition occurs at different velocity regime.

        Positioning information of workers is important for safety management at construction sites. Among the various indoor positioning technologies, geomagnetic fields-based technology is more economical and has less error than other technologies. However, there is a problem that the installation and dismantling of materials such as formwork at construction sites can cause degradation in positioning performance. Therefore, in this study, the distortion of the geomagnetic field near euro-form was quantitatively measured and the application method of geomagnetic field-based indoor positioning technology on formwork stage was presented. The results showed that the distortion occurred within 10cm of the wall and column form, but positioning accuracy could be affected up to 60cm from the form due to the characteristic of geomagnetic field-collecting technology. Therefore, applying this technology to the formwork stage requires complementary measures, such as using other positioning techniques up to 60 cm near the formwork, or excluding distorted area when positioning. It is expected that this study can contribute to the efficient safety management of workers by suggesting ways to prevent an increase in positioning error when applying geomagnetic field sequence-based indoor positioning technology during the formwork stage.

        Wave Propagation in a Strip Plate with Longitudinal Stiffeners

        It is important to understand the vibrating behavior of plate structures for its many engineering applications. In this study, the vibration characteristics of strip plates that have finite width and infinite length are investigated theoretically and numerically. The waveguide finite element(WFE) approach, which is an effective tool for studying waveguide structures, is used in this study. The WFE method requires only a cross-sectional finite element model, and uses theoretical harmonic solutions to assess wave propagation along the longitudinal direction. First, WFE results for a simple strip plate are compared with the theoretical results(i.e., dispersion diagrams and point mobilities) to validate the numerical model. Then, in the numerical analysis, different numbers of longitudinal stiffeners are included in the plate model to investigate the effects of stiffeners in terms of the dispersion curves and mobilities. Finally, the dispersion curves of a stiffened double plate are obtained to examine the characteristics of its wave propagation.

        메타분석을 이용한 버스 및 트럭 교통사고 심각도 요인 분석

        상용차의 상당 부분을 차지하는 버스 및 화물차는 대형차량인 경우가 많다. 따라서 버스 및 트럭 교통사고 발생 시 인적 및 물적 피해가 상대적으로 크게 발생한다. 버스 및 트럭 안전관리를 위해서는 버스 및 트럭 교통사고 심각도에 영향을 미치는 요인 및 상대적 중요도를 파악하는 것이 매우 중요하다고 판단된다. 본 연구는 포괄적인 분석을 위해 메타분석을 활용하여 버스 및 트럭 교통사고 심각도 영향요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 결과적으로 총 42개 연구문헌을 수집하여 15개 변수에 대해 메타분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과를 토대로 버스 및 트럭 교통사고 심각도에 기여하는 영향요인 및 효과크기를 도출하였다. 또한, 도출된 효과크기를 토대로 버스 및 트럭 안전관리 정책 측면에서 시사점을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 대형 인명피해가 따르는 버스 및 트럭 사고심각도 저감에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. Commercial buses and trucks are mostly large vehicles. Therefore, in case of a buses and trucks related traffic accident, human and physical damage are relatively large. For the safety management of buses and trucks, it is important to understand the factors and relative importance that affect the severity of traffic accidents. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact factors of the severity of traffic accidents in buses and trucks using meta-analysis for comprehensive analysis. As a result, a total of 42 research documents are collected and meta-analysis is performed on 15 variables. Based on the results of the analysis, the effect factors and the effect size contributing to the severity of traffic accidents are drawn. In addition, suggestions are made in terms of safety management policies for buses and trucks based on the derived effect size. It is expected that this study will contribute to reducing the severity of accidents in buses and trucks, which are accompanied by large human lives.
