사회적 기업가정신에 대한 사회적 자본의 매개효과가 사회적 성과에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the social capital supported by social enterprises play a role in ensuring self-sustaining and sustainable growth, and to examine whether the mediating effect of social capital have a central effect on social performance. The results of this study are as follows: Innovation and orientation-to-social-value of social entrepreneurship have positive effects on structural capital, and positive influence on cognitive capital and relational capital, but innovation only has no effect. In addition, social entrepreneurship is partially mediated by structural capital. In the mediating effect between social entrepreneurship and cognitive capital, only the risk-taking and the orientation-to-social-value have a partial mediation effect on cognitive capital. However, only the initiative of relational capital was found to have a full mediating effect. And social capital has a positive effect on social performance as a whole. In conclusion, considering that the realization of economic purpose and other social purpose of social enterprises will help to develop and create jobs in the local community, and that they are engaged in business activities in a poor management environment, to provide policy support for inducing high value-added industries through industry-specific collaborations.

첨단기술의 융․복합으로 나날이 드론기술이 진화되고 있음에 따라 본 연구는 안티드론 재밍 실증으로 획득한 데이터를 이용 드론기술진화와 재밍 관련성을 통계적 분석기법으로 분석·기술한다. 연구방법은 기술진화가 이루어진 드론을 대상으로 재밍(전파교란 방식) 장비를 이용 모델별, 모드별 측정한 데이터를 ANOVA 기법으로 분석, 정보통신기술 고도화에 따른 드론기술진화와 재밍 관련성을 설명한다. 분석결과 A,B,C모델 재밍 관련성 평균이 0.96, 0.952, 0.95로 나타났으며, 풍속 중심의 재밍 관련성 평균 역시 이와 유사하게 나타나, 드론기술진화에 따른 재밍 관련성 평균의 차이는 미미하다 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 분산분석을 통한 사후분석으로 안티드론 재밍과 드론기술진화 관련성을 설명한다. 첫째, 드론기술진화에 따른 재밍 관련성 분산분석에서 모집단(ALL) 및 풍속 8㎧ 이하 조건에서는 A,B,C모델의 유의확률<0.05로 나타나 분산이 동일하다할 수 있었으나, 풍속 8㎧ 이상 조건에서는 B,C 모델의 유의확률>0.05로 나타나 분산이 동일하다할 수 없었다. 둘째, 분산분석에 기초한 드론기술진화에 따른 모델 간 및 재밍 모드 간 사후분석에서는 모든 조건에서 유의확률>0.05로 나타나 드론기술진화에 따른 재밍 관련성 차이를 확인 할 수 없었다. 그러나 분석결과를 구체화하면, A,B,C모델 간 평균의 차이는 미미하였으나, 표준편차의 차이로 보았을때 미래 드론기술진화는 재밍에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예측되며, 모델 간 및 재밍 모드 간 사후분석에서는 A모델에서 C모델로 갈수록(드론기술의 진화) 평균의 차이가 좁혀지고 있어서 연구기간동안의 기술진화는 재밍의 안정성을 높이는 방향으로 이루어졌음을 의미하고 있다. 본 연구는 첨단의 정보통신기술이 드론 설계·제작기술과 융․복합 되어 드론기술진화로 나타날 때, 안티드론 도입 및 운용 기획 수립에 기초자료로 활용을 목적으로 하고 있으므로, 경찰의 이 같은 실증에 참여는 불법드론으로 부터 국민의 생명과 재산을 지키는데 기여할 것으로 본다. This study analyzes the he corelation of anti - drone jamming technology and drones, being on high-end evolution of technology. In this study, the methodology applied is a ANOVA of variance using three different models of drone with advanced communication technology. In the descriptive statistics analysis, the average of A, B, and C models were 0.96, 0.952, and 0.95, respectively. Also, the analysis of the evolution of the drone technology centered on the wind speed did not reveal the average difference in the jamming relevance between A, B, and C. First, the distribution of jamming relevance according to the evolution of the drone technology showed a significance <0.05 in the A, B, and C models in all study samples under the condition of 8㎧ wind speed. However, in the analysis on days with wind speeds of 8 ㎧ or more, the probability of significance in B and C models was> 0.05. Second, the analysis of variance between model and jamming modules according to the evolution of drone technology showed a significance of> 0.05 in all conditions, And we could not confirm the difference in jamming relevance due to the evolution of the drone technology. According to the results of the analysis, the difference between the mean of each model was small, but the difference of the standard deviation suggests that future drone technology evolution will affect jamming. In the post-analysis between the model and the jamming mode, the difference between the A model and the C model is narrowed. During the study, the evolution of drone technology has evolved to add stability to jamming. Therefore, this study predicts that, when the future communication technology is evolved and integrated into the design and production of the drone, there will be rising need for the development and research of the anti-drone technology and further application in the work equipment.

Polyamide based commercial membranes are purchased to investigate their separation performance on single- and multi-component aqueous nuclides solutions. Reverse osmosis membranes are quite effective for the separation of Cs, Sr, and Co. Rejection is above 93% for single component and even higher for mixed nuclides separation, > 98%. This study indicates that reverse osmosis membranes can be one of the potential candidates for nuclides separation.

In sum, the bilabial plosive /p/, the velar /k/, the laminal /t/, and the dental affricate /s/ made their respective phonological changes as follows: During the latter period of the Koryeo dynasty the original phonemic system of /p/, /k/, /t/, /s/ was changed into that of /p(h)/, /k(h)/, /t(h)/, /c/, /c(h)/ by rephonolizations with each consonant written as such. It seems that the phonological distinctions of palatals were completely formed in the 15th century or later in the 16th century. The consonant system of modern Korean in composed of nineteen phonemes, i.e., nine plosive (/p/, /p(h)/, /p`/, /t/, /t(h)/, /t`/, /k/, /k(h)/, /k`/), six affricates (/s/, /c/, /c(h)/, /s`/, /c`/, /h/), three nasals (/n/, /m/, /η/), and one lateral (/l/). However, the consonant system of old Korean was, as given above, made up of eight phonemes, i.e., /p/, /k/, /t/, /s/, /n/, /m/, /η/, and /l/.
