        습식클러치 패드의 Groove 패턴에 의한 변속기유의 동적 거동

        Transmission fluid film behaviors in the gap between the wet clutch pad and separator plate are analyzed using the CFD software ADINA. Three pattern groove designs are selected and are used to validate the fluid film behaviors based on the outlet flow in the gap when the wet clutch pad and separator plate are engaged. The main design goal for pattern grooves is faster engagement. In most cases, much of the outlet flow of transmission fluid in the gap occurs on the outer radius boundary due to the centrifugal force generated by the clutch pad circular motion. Groove patterns are created to ensure faster transmission fluid outlet flow in the direction of the inner radius boundary. Computational results of the selected groove patterns are compared.

        지압은 척추 유관 질환자의 통증 감소 및 증상 완화에 효과가 좋은 것으로 알려져 있다. 마사지 침대는 지압이나 뜸을 편리하게 제공하는 기기이다. 하지만 기존에는 바퀴가 정해진 레일을 따라 이동하는 마사지 방식으로 사용자가 원하는 부위와 강도를 정할 수 없었다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 침대 내부에 삼차원 지압점 이동모듈을 탑재한 침대를 개발하였다. 또한 의료전문가 명의 지압력을 측정한 결과 최대 33kgf의 지압력이 필요함을 확인하였고 개발침대의 성능평가의 결과 지압력의 세기는 최대 40.1kgf까지 구현되며 해상도는 53.kgf, 지압율 오차율은 1.89%로 정밀하게 구현되었음을 확인하였다. Acupressure is known to be effective in reducing pain and relieving symptoms in patients with spinal related diseases. A massage bed is a device that conveniently provides acupressure or moxibustion. However, in the past, the massage method in which the wheels move along a set rail did not allow the user to determine the desired part and strength. To improve this, we developed a bed equipped with a three-dimensional acupressure point moving module inside the bed. Also, as a result of measuring acupressure by 7 medical experts, it was confirmed that acupressure of up to 33kgf was required. It was confirmed that the strength of the body was realized up to 40.1kgf, the resolution was 5.3kgf, and the acupressure rate error rate was 1.89%.

        In designing an automotive gearbox, gear mesh alignment is one of the most important factors that designers should consider. Severe gear mesh misalignment results in reduced gearbox noise and service life. In this study, We predicted gear mesh misalignment and contact pattern of gear, then the effect for tooth surface durability of gear mesh misalignment was confirmed through physical experiments. This result remind you of the importance of gear mesh misalignment in gearbox design, if intentional misalignment is needed, it will help you.

        장애인교회학교 활성화를 위한 요인들의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위

        이 연구의 목적은 장애인교회학교 활성화를 위한 요인을 탐색하여 그 요인들 사이의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 선정하는 데 있다. 연구방법은 질적연구방법인 귀납적 내용분석과 양적연구방법인 계층적 분석방법을 함께 사용하였다. 연구절차는 첫째, 문헌조사 및 선행연구를 통한 요인 탐색과정, 둘째, 개방형 질문지와 귀납적 내용분석을 통한 요인의 범주화 과정, 셋째, 인지중요도 설문과정, 넷째, 계층분석을 통한 중요도 간 우선순위를 판단하는 네 가지 단계를 사용하였다. 연구대상은 지적장애인과 자폐성장애인을 대상으로 사역하는 장애인주일학교 담당교역자, 장애인주일학교 교사, 장애인사역관련 연구원 30명이었다. 연구의 자료수집은 장애인교회학교에서 사역하는 전문가를 대상으로 개방형 설문조사를 실시하였으며 귀납적 내용분석을 통해 결과를 분석하였다. 인지 중요도 설문을 통해 수렴된 내용을 기초로 AHP설문지를 제작하여 장애인교회학교에서 10년 이상 사역한 전문가에게 우선순위 분석을 위한 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료는 Expert Choice 2000 프로그램을 이용하여 가중치 분석 및 일관성 분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 귀납적 내용분석을 통해 상위영역 5개 요인과 하위영역 25개가 분석되었다. 둘째, 상위영역 5개 요인을 계층분석으로 분석한 결과 장애인교회학교 예배지원, 전문성 개발, 인식변화, 교회 내 비장애인과의 통합, 장애인편의시설 제공의 순으로 중요도와 우선순위가 나타났다. 셋째, 하위요인 25개에 대한 우선순위를 분석하였다. 이 연구는 장애인교회학교가 양적으로 빠르게 증가하는 현 시점에서 장애인교회학교 활성화를 위한 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대한다. This study aims to explore factors for activation of the disabled church school and to establish the relative importance and priority of such factors. For research method, qualitative research method such as inductive content analysis and quantitative research method such as hierarchical analysis method were used at the same time. For research processes, 4 stages were used; first one is the factor exploration process through literature review and advanced research; second one is the factor classification process through analysis of inductive contents and open?ended questionnaire; third one is the questionnaire process on importance of awareness; and fourth one is the process to determine priority between their importance through hierarchical analysis. Research targets are 30 researchers related to the disabled mission, teachers of the disabled Sunday school, religious workers in charge at the disabled Sunday school on the autistic disabled and mentally deficient persons. For collection of research data, open?ended questionnaire was conducted on the professionals who work at the disabled church school and results were analyzed through inductive content analysis. AHP questionnaire was produced based on the contents gathered through questionnaire on importance of awareness and the data was collected for analysis of priority from the professionals who have worked over 10 years at the disabled church school. Collected data was used to analyze consistency and weighted value using Expert Choice 2000 program. The following results were obtained from this result. First, 5 factors in upper area and 25 factors in lower area were analyzed through inductive content analysis. Second, as a result of analyzing the 5 factors in upper area in terms of hierarchical analysis, support of worship of the disabled church school, development of professionalism, integration of non?disabled in the church and provision of convenience facility for the disabled were identified in the order of importance and priority. Third, priority for 25 lower factors was analyzed. This study is expected to be used as the basic data for activation of the disabled church school at present when disabled church school is quantitatively increased rapidly.

        환경요인에 의한 치환 Diphenyl Ether 계 제초제(除草劑) MC - 4379 의 분해에 관한 연구

        A substituted diphenyl ether herbicide(MC-4379) was studied on the decomposition by some environmental factors; sunlight, microorganisms, and the crude enzyme in rice plant extract. All the decomposition products were confirmed by means of TLC, GLC, and IR. The parent compound and the decomposition products were put to the test for the effect on the growth of some plants. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. Photolysis Amino-MC-4379, 2,4-dichloro-3'-carboxyl-4'-nitrodiphenyl ether, Nitrofen, 2,4-dichloro-3'-carboxyl-4'-amino-diphenyl ether, amino-Nitrofen, 3-carboxymethyl-4-nitrophenol, p-nitrophenol, p-aminophenol, etc. were confirmed as photoproducts, in addition to a relatively small amount of an unknown compound. It was confirmed that the solution-phase photolysis of MC-4379 was accelerated much more by the aid of a photosensitizer benzophenone. 2. Degradation by the crude extract of germinating rice seeds Nitrofen was confirmed as a major degradation product, in addition to a relatively small amount of and unknown compound. Most of the parent compound remained unchanged. 3. Degradation by microorganisms Nitrofen and amino-MC-4379 were confirmed as the major products, in addition to a small amount of an unknown compound. 4. The germinating rice seeds and soybean were grown in the 1,000 ppm emulsions of some chemicals, respectively. The effect on rice plant growth was in the inhibitory order of p-nitrophenol $gt; C-6989$gt; Nitrofen$gt; amino-Nitrofen $gt; MC-4379. The effect on soybean was in the order of Nitrofen $gt; amino-Nitrofen $gt; MC-4379. Two weeds, Amantus blitum and Setaria viridis were grown in the 500 ppm emulsions containing the compounds, respectively. After incubation for 3 days, it was observed that all the shoots had been dead.
