장애학생의 통합체육에 대한 지도실태와 체육교사의 태도 연구

This study aimed to determine the status of integrated physical for students with disabilities and the physical educators' attitude. A total of 205 physical educators working for about 630 middle and high schools were considered. This study used a questionnaire of Physical Educators' Attitude Towards Teaching Individuals with Disabilities: PEATID-Ⅲ modified by Rizzo (1984, 1988) and translated by Lee Heechul(1988). Results revealed a significant differences among the physical educators' attitude towards integrated physical education for students with disabilities depending on variable factors such as gender(p<.05), school level the educator works for(p<.01), and education for students with disabilities(p<.01). Major factors influencing the physical educators' attitude toward integrated physical education for students with disabilities are the education(p<.001), school where the educator works for (p<.01), and depth of interest in students' education (p<.05).

The purpose of this study is to survey the physical education course college student's attitude toward the integrated physical education of the disabled with the normal boys. The attitude on the integrated physical education was referred to the previous study under the title of 'PEATID-Ⅲ'. The sample number used in actual analysis was 234. This study used a SPSSWIN Version 11.0 program for statistical analysis and completed using frequency, one-way ANOVA. This study produced the following results. First, the attitude of the college student in the course of the physical education by the gender toward the integrated physical fitness gets the significant. difference toward the crippleness. Second, the college students' attitude by the age toward the integrated physical fitness gets the significant difference toward the hearing difficulties. Third, the attitude of the college student in the course of the physical education by the age gets the significant difference toward the crippleness, toward the visual difficulty and toward the hearing difficulty. Fourth, the attitude of the college student in the course of the physical education by the course gets the significant difference toward the crippleness, the visual difficulties and the hearing difficulties. Fifth, the attitude of the student in the course of the physical education by the class time gets the significant difference toward the hearing difficulty.

항응고제 치료의 주된 합병증은 출혈로서 주로 뇌실질과 복강 내에 발생하며 사지 근육에 발생하는 근육내 혈종은 매우 드문 것으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 항응고제 치료 후 발생하는 자발성 근육내 혈종은 발생빈도가 드물 뿐 아니라, 심부정맥혈전증과 그 증상이 유사하여 감별하기가 쉽지 않다. 저자들은 항응고제 치료 후 운동 마비가 발생한 사지 근육에서 자발성 근육내 혈종이 발생한 증례를 경험하여 이를 보고한다. Spontaneous intramuscular hematoma(SIH) is an uncommon but serious bleeding complication of anticoagulation therapy that has received little attention. We present a patient of spontaneous muscular hematoma during anticoagulation therapy for acute stroke management. A-74-year old man was admitted with sudden onset of dysarthria and left hemiparesis. Brain MRI and MRA showed acute cerebral infarction along right middle cerebral artery territory and severe stenosis of right proximal cervical internal carotid artery. During intravenous heparin treatment, he complained acute pain and swelling on left leg. Muscular CT showed enhancing focal soft tissue mass on left gastrocnemius muscle and ultrasonography demonstrated multiple hematomas on left gastrocnemius muscle. Treatment of heparin was stopped immediately. After conservative management for hematomas, symptoms were subsided.

The purpose of this study was to find out the camp activities effect for Mentally Retarded Children. The subject of 40 were divided into two group ; the one was experimental group, 20 members, and the other was control group, also 20 members. They were all composed of mentally retarded children, 13∼17 years old, in a special education middle school, in seoul. In order to get the effect of camp activities, checked the subjects before camp activities and tested them twice after one night two days and two nights three days camp activities. The average and standard deviation of the results from pre-test and post-test were get using KISE Developmental Scale. And in order to verify the difference between pre and post test, we performed T-test. In conclusion, the camp activities improved Self-living skill, Social-emotion behavior, Language ability for Mentally Retarded Children.
Multiple Spinal Intradural Schwannomas Combined with Sequestered Lumbar Disc Herniation

In this report, we describe a case of multiple intradural schwannomas in the spine combined with a upward sequestered disc herniation at L4-L5. It is often difficult to differentiate this tumor from lumbar disc herniation, especially a sequestered hernia. Gadolinium-enhanced MR images were a useful preoperative examination modality for differentiating these lesions from other diseases. Microscopically, the intradural tumors were successfully removed. The dura maters of the L2 and S1 were opened microsurgically, allowing the nerve fibers involved in the tumor to be identified. The involved fibers were cut around the tumor, and the lesion was resected while the intact nerve fibers were preserved. An upward sequestered lumbar disc herniation at L4-L5 was also successfully removed. Based on histological examination of the resected specimen, the tumors were diagnosed as schwannomas. Microsurgery allowed the tumors to be removed with minimal impairment from cutting of nerve fibers in the each nerve root.
