        COVID-19로 인한 비대면 교육의 만족도와 구강보건교육의 방향성

        Owing to the Corona virus (COVID-19) crisis, virtual education has been expanded. Accordingly, this study was conducted to determine the direction of oral health education by examining participants’ satisfaction with virtual education and educational media preferences. This study collected data from a Naver Form online survey targeting 290 university students across the country, from May 10 to 31, 2021. The collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 20.0. According to the data, satisfaction with virtual classes was 3.36 points in 5-point Likert scale, satisfaction factors were reduced commuting time and money expenditure, and the highest dissatisfaction factor was a decrease in lecture concentration. The media platform that most interested students pursing oral health education was YouTube. The oral health education that participants wished to receive through virtual education included how to prevent tooth decay, how to prevent gum disease, and how to brush teeth. In conclusion, it is necessary to develop various media like Zoom, YouTube, and virtual reality programs so that students feel motivated to utilize oral health education and improve oral health.

        치과위생사의 직무스트레스, 직무만족 및 조직커뮤니케이션이 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to confirm the relevance of job stress, job satisfaction, organizational communication and turnover intention and to identify the factors that influence turnover intention of dental hygienists. Data were collected from May 2nd to May 17th, 2020, and were conducted for 159 dental hygienists working in dental clinics and clinics. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 20.0. As a result of the analysis, there was a positive correlation between turnover intention and job stress, and negative correlation between turnover intention, job satisfaction and organizational communication. After correcting the demographic variables of the subjects, it was found that job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational communication accounted for 35.4% of turnover intention and job stress was found to significantly affect turnover intention. Therefore, it is required to develop and implement a program that helps to reduce job stress that affects job turnover intention. 본 연구는 치과위생사의 직무스트레스, 직무만족, 조직커뮤니케이션 및 이직의도의 관련성을 확인하고, 이직의도에 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인지를 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 자료 수집은 2020 년 5월 2일부터 5월 17일까지 치과 병∙의원에 근무하고 있는 치과위생사 159명을 대상으로 실시하였으며 자료는 IBM SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 이직의도와 직무스트레스는양의 상관관계를, 이직의도와 직무만족도 및 조직커뮤니케이션은 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 대상자들의 인구사회학적 변수들을 보정한 후 직무스트레스와 직무만족도, 조직커뮤니케이션이 이직의도를 35.4% 설명하는 것으로 나타났으며, 변수들 중에서 이직의도에 유의미하게 영향을 주는 변수는 직무스트레스로 나타났다. 따라서 이직의도에 영향을 주는 직무스트레스 감소에 도움이 되는 프로그램 개발 및 실천이 요구된다.

        Convergence correlation of oral health behavior and planned behavior theory variables before and after oral health education

        This study was performed to determine correlation on oral health behavior and variables of planned behavior theory before and after oral health education. 62 male inpatient alcoholics conducted the structured self-administered questionnaires, and subjects were taken oral health education for 4 weeks. To analysis data, the correlation analysis was conducted. The education group showed a significant positive correlation with oral health behavior and behavior intention, attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, perceive behavior control after oral health education. The relevant variables after the oral health education displayed a higher correlation coefficient and relation in the education group. It suggested an evidence that regular oral health education should be applied to promote oral health for alcoholic inpatients.

        A Comparison of Oral Health Behaviors Effects for Demographic and Dental Health-Related Characteristics according to the Usage of Oral Health Convergence Education among Inpatient Alcoholics

        The aim of this study was to compare effects of oral health education on oral health behavior according to demographic and dental health-related characteristics in inpatient alcoholics. 62 alcoholic male patients were recruited to 32 patients at education group and 30 at non-education group. To search demographic and dental health-related characteristics, the self-administered structured questionnaires were used, and the survey was conducted before and after the oral health education. The oral health education program was consisted of 40 mins theoretical education and individual tooth brushing training once a week for 4 weeks. The oral health education for alcoholic patients had big effects on oral health behavior. And these results indicate that if oral health program was performed systematically in alcohol counseling centers or alcohol hospitals, more oral health promotion effects will appear.

        일부지역 치위생 전공 대학생의 외모만족도 및 신체이미지가 대인관계에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 치위생을 전공하는 대학생의 외모만족도와 신체이미지가 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 실시하였다. 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2013년 4월 1일부터 5월 7일까지 치위생(학)과에 재학 중인 학생을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 대상자의 외모만족도 평균은 2.79±0.42점, 신체이미지 평균은 2.85±0.53점, 대인관계능력 평균은 3.23±0.48점으로 나타났다. 대인관계능력은 외모만족도와 그 하위영역인 신체강도 및 신체이미지와 정적 상관관계가 있었고, 대인관계능력에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 학년(p<0.001), 학제(p=0.005), 임상실습경험(p=0.006), 외모만족도(p=0.003), 신체이미지(p=0.002)로 나타났으며, 이들 변수의 설명력은 35.6%였다. 위의 결과에서와 같이 외모만족도와 신체이미지는 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 요인이므로 바람직한 대인관계를 형성하기 위해서는 자신에 대한 긍정적인 자아개념 형성이 매우 중요하다. 따라서 자신의 외모와 신체이미지에 대해 긍정적이고 올바른 인식을 심어줄 수 있는 다양한 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요할 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the satisfaction level of dental hygiene students with their own appearance and their body images on interpersonal relationships. Structured questionnaires were utilized to gather data from dental hygiene students from April 1 to May 7, 2013. The students investigated got a mean of 2.79±0.42, 2.85±0.53 and 3.23±0.48 in appearance satisfaction, body image and interpersonal relationship abilities respectively. Interpersonal relationship abilities had a positive correlation to appearance satisfaction and body strength, one of its subfactors, and interpersonal skills were positively correlated to body image as well. As appearance satisfaction and body image were identified as influential factors for interpersonal relationship abilities, its quite important for individuals to have a positive self-concept to build good interpersonal relationships. Therefore personal counseling should be provided for students to take the right view of their own appearance and bodies, and the development and implementation of diverse programs are required as well.

        보건계열 대학생의 학업스트레스와 대학생활적응이 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향

        This paper describes the relationship and influencing factors among academic stress, university life adaptation, and health promotion behaviors of health college students. Data were collected from October 2017 to May 2018 using a structural questionnaire, which was completed by 223 health college students in D metropolitan city. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression using an IBM SPSS 20.0. As a result, the mean scores were as follows: academic stress, 3.02±0.89; university life adaptation, 3.16±0.48; health promotion behavior, 2.14±0.45. Correlation analysis of the variables revealed a negative relationship between academic stress and health promotion behavior and a positive relationship between university life adaptation and health promotion behavior. The factors affecting the health promotion behavior were the economic level, satisfaction with major, academic stress, and university life adaptation, which explained approximately 37.5% of the total. In conclusion, to increase the health promotion behavior of health-related college students, it is necessary to develop programs that reduce academic stress and improve university life adaptation. In addition, systematic efforts to identify the general characteristics of the subjects are needed. 본 연구는 보건계열 학생을 대상으로 학업스트레스, 대학생활적응 및 건강증진행위의 관련성을 알아보고 건강증진행위에 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 연구로서, 2017년 10월부터 2018년 5월까지 실시하였다. D광역시에 소재하고 있는 대학교 보건계열학과의 재학생을 대상으로 연구의 목적을 이해하고 동의한 223명을 대상으로 서면 동의서를 받은 후 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다(1041490-20171010-HR-002). 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 20.0(IBM Co., Armonk, NY, USA)을 사용하여 빈도분석, T-test, ANOVA, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과, 연구대상자의 학업스트레스 평균은 3.02±0.89점, 대학생활적응 평균은 3.16±0.48점, 건강증진행위 평균은 2.14±0.45점으로 나타났으며, 학업스트레스가 낮을수록, 대학생활적응이 높을수록 건강증진행위가 높게 나타났다. 대상자의 건강증진행위에 영향을 주는 요인은 경제수준, 전공만족도, 학업스트레스, 대학생활적응이었으며, 보건계열 대학생의 건강증진행위를 37.5% 설명하였다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 보건계열 대학생들의 건강증진행위를 높이기 위해 학업스트레스는 낮추고 대학생활적응을 높여주는 프로그램 개발이 필요하며, 대상자들의 일반적인 특성 파악을 위한 체계화 된 노력도 요구된다.
