To obtain representative fatigue crack growth characteristic curve in residual stress field, fatigue crack growth test was carried out at various stress ratio and fatigue crack growth characteristic curve was represented using crack closure concept. Obtained results are as follows;K(sub)op/K(sub)max was independent of K(sub)max when R was lower than 0.5 and crack closure phenomenon was not observed when R is higher than 0.5. therefore neglecting crack closure behaviour, actual fatigue crack growth rate can be underestimated. Thus, considering crack closure phenomenon, fatigue crack growth characteristics curve of A 106 Gr B Steel weldment can be effectively estimated.

Objective : Women can be affected physically and psychologically by pregnancy and delivery. Because the relaxation of pelvic ligaments has a chance to cause pelvic deviation, we investigated the radiological peivic deviation according to delivery types and experiences. Method : 71 patients were evaluated by X-ray findings. Every patients divided into two group according to delivery types and experiences. After measured innominate measurment, off centering measurement, sacral ala measurement and ilium shadow measurement, X-ray findings in each group were analyzed statistically. Results and Conclusions : It was concluded that the ilium was more deviated into outer side in normal delivery group than caesarean operation group, and more deviated into inner or outer side in multipara group than primipara group.

Objectives : Women can be affected psychologically and physically by pregnancy and delivery. Many Changes during the pregnancy and the delivery process lead to the deviation of pelvis and lumbosacral joint. It was investigated pelvic deviation and lumbosacral angle to know the changes of pelvis and lumbosacral joint according to delivery types, frequency and experience. Methods : 106 lying-in women and 33 unmarried women were evaluated by X-ray findings. All lying-in women divided into two groups according to delivery types and frequency. After measuring innominate measurment, off centering measurement, sacral ala measurement, ilium shadow measurement, width of symphysis pubis and lumbosacral angle, X-ray findings in each two lying-in women and nullipara group were analyzed statistically. Results and Conclusions : It was concluded that the width of symphysis pubis was more wider in normal delivery group than nullipara group. Lumbosacral angle was larger in multipara group than nullipara group, and in lying-in women group than nullipara group.

Objectives: The purpose of this morphological studies was to investigate the relations between Sanyinjiao(Sp6), Yinlingquan(Sp9) and pancreas of rats using peudorabies virus(PRV) Methods: We observed labeled neurons following the injection of PRV, Bartha strain, into the Sanyinjiao(Sp6), Yinlingquan(Sp9) and pancreas of rats. After survival times of 4 days following the injection of PRV, the rats were perfused, and their spinal ganglia, spinal cord and brain stem were frozen sectioned(35㎛). These sections were strained by Prv immunohistchemical staining methods and observed with light microscope. Results: The results were as follows. 1. In the spinal ganglia, the overlap areas of PRV labeled neurons projecting to Sanyinjiao(Sp6), Yinlingquan(Sp9) and pancreas were observed in T10-13 dorsal root ganglia. 2. In the spinal cord, the overlap areas of PRV labeled neurons projecting to Sanyinjiao(Sp6), Yinlingquna(SP9) and pancreas were lamina I, IV, V, VII, IX, X, intermediolateral nucleus(IML), intermediomedial nucleus(IMM) in thoracic segments. In lumbar segments, the overlap areas of PRV labeled neuron were lamina I, IV, V, VII, IX, X and IMM. In sacral segments, the overlap areas of PRV labeled neuron were lamna I, IV, V, VII, IX, X. 3. In the brain, the overlap areas of PRV labeled neurons projecting to Sanyinjiao(SP6), Yinlingquan(Sp9) and pancreas were area postrema, nucleus tractus solitaries, caudoventrolateral reticular nu., medullary reticular nu., lateral paragigantocellular nu., C2 adrenalin cells, gigantocellular., raphe pallidus nu., raphe obscures nu., ambiguous nu., raphe magnus nu., pontine reticular formation, A5 cell group, subcoeruleus nu., locus coeruleus, Barringnton`s nu., Kolliker-Fuse nu., dorsal raphe nu., Edinger-Westphal nu., central gray matter, perifornical nu., dorsomedial hypothalamic nu., arcuate nu., lateral hypothalamic nu., paraventricular hypothalamic nu., hindilmb area. Conclusions: In conclusion, these results suggest that the interrelationship of meridian(spleen meridian), acupoints(Sp6 and Sp9) and viscera(pancreas) may be related the central autonomic centers.
