인진청간탕(茵蔯淸肝湯)이 kupffer cell 의 inflammatory cytokine 발현에 미치는 영향

Objectives : This study was designed to investigate the effects of Injinchunggan-tang(Yinchenqinggan-tang) on the expression of inflammatory cytokine genes and proteins in kupffer cells. Materials and Methods : The mRNA expression level and protein secretion level were measured using quantitative RT-PCR and ELISA assay respectively in Injinchunggan-tang-treated and untreated kupffer cells after exposed to ethanol, acetaldehyde and lipopolysaccharide. Results : Injinchunggan-tang(Yinchenqinggan-tang) reduced mRNA expression level and protein secretion level of $TNF-{\alpha},\;TGF-{\beta}1,\;IL-1{\beta},\;IL-6,\;IL-8$ that are induced by ethanol, acetaldehyde and lipopolysaccharide in kupffer cells and that mediate inflammation and fibrosis of liver. Conclusion : The result indicates that Injinchunggan-tang (Yinchenqinggan-tang) blocks alcohol-induced liver injury and protects liver by reducing production of inflammatory cytokines.
인진(茵蔯), 울금(鬱金), 상기생(桑寄生), 와송(瓦松)이 HepG2 cell의 혈관생성인자 발현에 미치는 영향

Objectives : This study was designed to investigate the effects of Artermisiae Capillaris Herba, Curcumae Rhizoma, Loranthi Ramulus, and Orostachys Herba on expression of angiogenic factors in HepG2 cells. Materials and Methods : The mRNA expression level and protein secretion level of angiogenic factors were measured using quantitative RT-PCR, western blot and ELISA assay respectively in Artermisiae Capillaris Herba, Curcumae Rhizoma, Loranthi Ramulus, Orostachys Herba -treated and untreated HepG2 cells. Results : Curcumae Rhizoma, Loranthi Ramulus, and Orostachys Herba reduced mRNA expression level and protein secretion level of angiogenic factors, but Artermisiae Capillaris Herba increased it, especially VEGF and bFGF in HepG2 cells. Conclusions : The results indicate that Artermisiae Capillaris Herbapromotes expression of angiogenic factors but Curcumae Rhizoma, Loranthi Ramulus, and Orostachys Herba inhibit expression of angiogenic factors in HepG2 cells. The result is expected that Curcumae Rhizoma, Loranthi Ramulus, Orostachys Herba have an inhibitive effect of angiogenesis in HCC.

『難經』「75難」에는 '金虛木室'이라는 病理的 狀況에 '瀉火補水'라는 治法을 使用하였다. 金元四大家는 이러한 金虛木室病機의 중요성을 共通的으로 認識하였으며, 특히 各病機間의 傳變過程에 대하여 많은 關心을 두었다. 劉河間과 張子知는 『難經』의 現論에 土의 槪念을 追加하였는데, 土를 水土地位로 認識하여 火實과 水虛를 火와 水의 兩者關係로만 局限시키지 않고 陽火實(火木)과 陰木虛(金土水)의 全體的 構圖로 把握하였다. 아울러 主火論과 主功論을 통해 火實을 强調하여 金虛木實病機의 出發點으로 삼아 '火實[ 水土虛] 金虛 木實'이라는 病理傳變過程을 設定하였다. 李東垣은 脾胃論 陰火論 等에서 火實의 原因을 土虛로 보아 土虛를 基本으로 한 金虛木實의 傳變過程를 '土虛 火實 金虛 木實'로 設定하였고, 水는 陰火相衝나 後의 槪念을 通해서 傳變過程에 影響을 준다고 생각하였다. 朱丹溪는 相火論 陽有餘陰不足論 等에서 火實의 原因을 水實를 基本으로 한 金虛木實의 傳變過程을 '水虛 火實 金虛 木實'로 設定하였고, 土는 濕熱相火나 痰이나 鬱의 槪念을 通해서 傳變過程에 影響을 준다고 인식하였다. The purpose of this investigation is that how Jin Yuan Si Da Jia(金元四大家) are applicating the Wu Xing Lun(五行論) of Nan Ching Qi Shi Wu Nan(難經七十五難)to their Huo Re Lun(火0論). The results from this stidy are as follows. 1. Jin Yuan Si Da Jia(金元四大家) han a common understanding of the Jin Xu Mu Shi Bing Ji(金虛木實病機) in Nan Ching Qi Shi Wu Nan (難經七十論). Especially they were very much concerned about the Zhuan Bian Guo Cheng(0000) of this theory. 2. Lin He Jian(劉河間) and Zi He(張子知)appended the concept of Tu(土) 새 the Jin Xu Mu Shi Bing Ji(金虛木實病機) of Nan Ching Qi Shi Wu Nan(難經七十難). They emphasized Huo Shi(火實) in their medical theory such as Zhu Huo Lun(主火論) and Zhu Gong Lun(主功論), thought that the cause of Jin Mu Shi(金虛木實) was Hou Shi(火實).Therefore they set up the Zhuan Bian Guo Cheng(傳變過程) of Jin Mu Shi(金虛木實) that based on the concept of Huo Shi(火實). The Zhuan Bian Guo Cheng(傳變過程) is as follows : Huo Shi(火實) [ Shui Tu Xu(水土虛) ] Jin Xu(金虛) Mu Shi(木實) 3. Li Dong Yuan(李東垣) emphasized Tu Xu(土虛) in his medical theory such as Pi Wei Lun(脾胃論) and Yin Huo Lun(陰火論), affirmed that the cause of Huo Shi(火實) was Tu Xu(土虛), and therefore he set up the Zhuan Bian Guo Cheng(傳變過程) of Jin Xu Shi (金虛木實) that based on the concept of Tu Xu(土虛). And he thought that Shui(水), connected with the concept of Yin Huo Shang Ching(陰火上衝) and Fu(復), could effect on the Zhuan Bian Guo Cheng(傳變過程). The Zhuan Bian Guo Cheng(傳變過程) of Jin Xu Mu Shi(金虛木實) that based on the concept of Tu Xu(土虛) is as follows : Tu Xu(土虛) Huo Shi(火實) Jin Xu(金虛) Mu Shi(木實) 4. Zhu Dan Zi(朱丹溪) emphasized Shui Zu(水虛) in his medical theory such as Xiang Huo Lun(相火論) and Lun(陽有餘陰不足論),affirmed that the cause of Huo Shu(火實) was Shui Xu(水虛), and therefore he set up the Zhuan Bian Guo Cheng(傳變過程) of Jin Xu Shi(金虛木實) that based on the concept of Shui Xu(水虛). And he thought that Tu(土),connected with the concept of Shi Re Xiang Huo(濕熱相火) and Tan(痰) and Yu(鬱), couid effect on the Zhuan Bian Guo Cheng(傳變過程). 상악 구치부 Intrusion과 MEAW를 이용한 골격성 개방교합 환자의 비수술적 교정치료: 치료 후 2년 유지 결과 포함

In cases where anterior open bite is accompanied by maxillary posterior extrusion, it is necessary to apply orthodontic force for maxillary posterior intrusion during non-surgical treatment. Utilizing skeletal anchorage for maxillary posterior intrusion allows for non-surgical correction of anterior open bite, providing an aesthetically pleasing outcome without side effects such as unwanted extrusion of other teeth. This case report presents the non-surgical treatment of a skeletal anterior open bite patient, a 22-year-old woman, by applying maxillary posterior intrusion using mini-implants and incorporating the use of a Multi-Loop Edgewise Arch Wire (MEAW). The report also includes a two-year follow-up after treatment. The patient presented with anterior open bite, which was successfully corrected through maxillary posterior intrusion. Additionally, tongue exercises were performed during and after orthodontic treatment to correct tongue thrusting habits. During a follow-up visit two years after treatment, although there was a slight decrease in overbite, the occlusion remained stable, indicating a still successful and stable outcome.
