This paper deals with the design problem of robust stabilization and non-fragile controller for discrete-time singular systems with parameter uncertainties and time-varying delays in state and input by delay-dependent Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI) approach. A new delay-dependent bounded real lemma for singular systems with time-varying delays is derived. Robust stabilization and robust non-fragile state feedback control laws are proposed, which guarantees that the resultant closed-loop system is regular, causal and stable in spite of time-varying delays, parameter uncertainties, and controller gain variations. A numerical example is given to show the validity of the design method.

목적 : 분만 2개월 후의 체중감소의 평균, 표준편차 및 백분위수를 구하고, 임신 전 신체질량지수 군과 연관성을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 방법 : 2002년 1월 1일부터 2002년 12월 31일까지 한일병원 산부인과에서 분만하였고, 분만 후 50일에서 70일 사이에 다시 방문한 비합병 단태출산 175예를 대상으로 하였으며, 임신 전 신체질량지수 (BMI)에 의해 3개군으로 나누어 비교하였다. 결과 : 기간 중 평균 체중감소는 9.46±3.42 kg이었 Objective : To determine the mean two-month-postpartum weight loss, standard deviations and the 10th, 25th, 50th, 75th, and 90th percentiles in the uncomplicated term pregnancy and to examine association between prepregnancy body mass index and two-month-

In this paper, we deal with the problem of delay-dependent robust and non-fragile stabilization for descriptor systems with parameter uncertainties and time-varying delays on the basis of strict LMI (linear matrix inequality) technique. Also, the considering controller is composed of multiplicative uncertainty. The delay-dependent robust and non-fragile stability criterion without semi-definite condition and decomposition of system matrices is obtained. Based on the criterion, the problem is solved via state feedback controller, which guarantees that the resultant closed-loop system is regular, impulse free and stable in spite of all admissible parameter uncertainties, time-varying delays, and controller fragility. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

The purpose of the present experiment was to investigate the micronuclei(MN) frequency in cytokinesis-blocked(CB) cells after various doses of gamma-rays in pig (Landrace, male, 3-month-old) and so to contribute to the clarification of the question whether these species are suitable as a target organism in the test system. The frequencies of binucleated cells, and gamma-ray-induced MN in CB cells at several doses were measured in three donors. The peaks of binucleated lymphocyte formation(22%) were found at a concentration of 2% phytohaemagglutinin(PHA) and $4{\mu}g/ml$ Cytochalasin B(Cyt-B) in pig at 72 hours after incubation. Measurements performed after irradiation showed a dose-related increases in MN frequency in each of the donors studied. When analysed by linear-quadratic model the line of best fit was $y=0.0183D+0.0124D^2+0.0133$(y = number of MN/CB cells and D=irradiation dose in Gy). In conclusion, the results demonstrate that it appears feasible to use pig as target organisms in the micronucleus test to estimate the cytogenetic damage caused by ionizing radiations or, potentially, chemical compounds.

This study was carried out, using toxicity test apparatus, to analyze toxic gases of heat insulation material and adhesives of composite panels used for the architectural surface material when a fire occurs. The findings of this study show that CO, CO2, HCOH, CH2CHCN and NOx were detected from styrofoam, reinforced styrofoam, polyurethane foam and glass fiber, but in the case of the polyurethane foam, HCl and HCN were detected as well. All the architectural adhesives released CO, CO2 and NOx, but HCHO was only detected from the adhesives for styrofoam, wood, tile, windows and doors; CH2CHCN was only from those for wood and stone; C6H5OH was only from those for wood. The toxicity index was also measured for architectural surface material and adhesives. Polyurethane foam showed the highest index, 11.7, and glass fiber was followed as 6.8. Reinforced styrofoam showed 5.7 and styrofoam revealed the least 4.9. In the case of architectural adhesives, the highest ranking was those for stone 7.4, windows and doors 6.1, wood 5.3, tile 3.8, and styrofoam 3.7 were followed, respectively.
이산시간 불확실 특이시스템의 유한시간 강인 산일성 상태궤환 제어기 설계

In this paper, we treat the problem of a robust finite-time dissipative state feedback controller design method for discrete-time singular systems with polytopic uncertainties. A BRL(bounded real lemma) for finite-time stability of discrete-time singular systems is derived. A finite-time dissipative state feedback controller design method satisfying finite-time stability and dissipativity is proposed by LMI(linear matrix inequality) technique on the basis of the obtained BRL. Moreover it is shown that the obtained condition can be extended into polytopic uncertain systems by proper manipulations. Finally, illustrative examples are given to show the applicability of the proposed method.

Paddy and milled rice quality, milling characteristics, energy consumption of milling process were investigated using Dasanbyeo, Ansanbyeo, Hwaseongbyeo, Ilpumbyeo, and Donganbyeo varieties. Thousand grains weights of the varieties dried to 15% moisture content were 22.92-28.60g, with Dasanbyeo being the heaviest. Optimum clearance of rubber roller for obtaining maximum dehulling recovery was 30% of each rice variety thickness. At that time, perfect brown rice ratios of Dasanbyeo, Ansanbyeo, Hwaseongbyeo, Ilpumbyeo, and Donganbyeo were 95.24%, 98.86%, 95.97%, 97.75%, and 97.31%, respectively, and showed no significant differences among varieties. Ratios of removed rice bran after two times milling ranged 70.93-91.38%, with Dasanbyeo showing the highest ratio, and the average head rice ratio was 92.87%.
