We have surveyed the epidemiology of functional dyspepsia in 7 cases of Children and investigated the therapeutic effect on Functional Dyspepsia following 4 weeks medication of Naesowhajung-tang using Electrogastrogram. The Results were as followings: 1. Sex ratio are 6 males, 1 female; their mean ages, $9.0{\pm}1.41(7-11years)$; length, $137.2{\pm}13.86cm$; body weight, $35.3{\pm}l1.34kg$. 2. Most of subjects have a normal growth state. But one case have severe growth disturbance. Familial tendency for this disease is noted in 85.8%. 3. Abdominal pain was seen in 100% of subjects. The indicated symptom was lowed in order of abdominal pain(100%), nausea vomiting(71.43%), general fatigue(65.34%), vertigo headache(57.14%), belching(55.38%), etc. 4. The EGG finding after treatment was improved in 53%, aggrevated in 43. In cases, postprandial improvement was more remarkable than fasting improvement. Common cold and antibiotics seems to have functioned as an aggrevating factor on gastric motility. From the above results, Naesowhajung-tang seems to have been used in the treatment of functional dyspepsia for children.

Objectives : Heavy metal contents in cultivated wild ginseng from Korea and China were evaluated for the safety purpose. Methods : Arsenic(As), cadmium(Cd), lead(Pb), mercury(Hg), copper(Cu), chromium(Cr), and selenium(Se) from the root, stem, and leaves of the Korean cultivated wild ginseng and the root of the Chinese cultivated wild ginseng were analyzed for the existence of heavy metal contents. Results : Most of heavy metals weren't detected in all the samples. Copper and lead were found in very minute volume and didn't reach the toxic concentration level of 10mg/kg. Samples used in the test were grown in non-contaminated areas, free from heavy metal contamination. Conclusions : Based on above results, cultivated wild ginseng from Korea and China are relatively safe from the heavy metal exposure. But for more rigorous quality control, an epidemiological survey using the samples from more diverse areas should be conducted.

N/A New metallic powder making processes, named Centrifugal Emulsification Process(CEP) and Mixer and Settler(MS) have been developed to synthesize rapid solidified metallic powders. Through CEP and MS processings, the high temperature metals as well as the low temperature alloys are manufactured. Also, the effects of rapid solidification on the undercooling, solidification rate and crystallization behaviors can be evaluated effectively through the processes. The standard deviations of the synthesized typical Pb-Sn eutectic powders are 1.63 and 1.51 for CEP and MS respectively, and the average size of the MS powders was 18㎛. The possibility of the customized not only size and shape control but microstructure control was also shown. Both of the new methods can be applied to continuous powder making processes.
대심도 터널 화재 시 균일배기 환기방식에서의 최적배연 연구

본 연구는 대심도 터널에서 화재발생 시 균일배기방식의 경우에 대하여 최적의 배연용량을 산정함으로서 환기설비의 설계기술기준 정립 및 세부설계인자 도출을 위한 기초자료로의 활용을 목적으로 한다. 수치해석은 FDS 프로그램을 사용하 였으며, 대심도 터널 화재 시 비정상유동에 대하여 해석하였다. 화재해석 결과, 터널내부의 풍속이 0 m/s인 경우 배연용량이 80 m3/s로 연기이동거리가 250 m이내로 유지되었으나, 내부풍속이 3.0 m/s인 경우 배연용량이 197.1 m3/s로 약 2.5배 증가되어야 연기이동거리가 250 m 이내로 유지되었다. This study represents the effective fire and smoke control in the case of fire in deep underground tunnels, even if the exhaust system can be calculated, the optimal smoke capacity can be determined by establishing technical standards for the transverse ventilation system focusing on the design as a basis for deriving the parameters for utilization. Numerical analyses were performed using the FDS program as a function of the unsteady flow in a deep underground tunnel fire. The analysis results were calculated within 250 m smoke using an inside wind velocity of 0m/s when the capacity of smoke was exhausted, 80 m3/s, whereas in case of an internal wind velocity of 3m/s, the capacity of smoke exhaust was 197.1m3/s, showing an approximately 2.5 fold increase.
종합병원 사인시스템의 디자인 구축 전략에 관한 연구-C병원 중심으로

종합병원이란 한국 의료법을 바탕으로 100개 이상의 병상(病床)을 가지고 있으며, 7개~9개 이상의 진료과목과 전문의가 있는 의료급여법 규정(9조) 제 2차 의료급여기관을 일컫는다. 일정 규모의 병상과 진료과목을 갖추고 있어 한 곳에서 종합적인 진료를 받을 수 있기 때문에 많은 사람들이 종합병원을 방문하고 있다. 법적 규정으로 인해 종합병원은 다양한 환자를 수용할 수 있는 공간을 확보해야하고, 진료 프로세스에 따라 공간을 계획해야하기 때문에 진료에 따른 공간이 세분화되면서 정보전달과 공간 커뮤니케이션을 담당하는 사인시스템의 역할이 점점 중요해지고 있다. 사인시스템은 디자인과 접목하여 시각정보 전달 매개체로서 활용가치가 높아지고 있기 때문에 복잡한 공간 정보를 효과적으로 전달할 수 있는 사인시스템 체계가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 병원의 사인시스템의 사용자인 의료 종사자와 방문자로 범위를 설정하고 의료 종사자와 방문자를 대상으로 병원 사인시스템 관련 현장조사 및 설문조사를 실시하였다. 사인시스템의 현황조사 대상은 한국 의료법 기준에 부합하는 국내·외에 종합병원을 가진 병원 그룹을 선정하여 같은 병원의 사업장내에서 사인시스템의 구축 현황을 파악하였다. 「종합병원 사인시스템의 정보전달 효과 연구(홍주희, 2014)」에서 조사한 사인시스템의 시각적 요소인 문자, 컬러, 픽토그램을 바탕으로 설문 조사를 실시하여 현재 사인시스템의 문제점을 파악하였다. 그 결과 사인의 배경 컬러와 텍스트 컬러가 대비를 이루고 있는 사인에 대한 선호도가 높았으며, 직관적인 픽토그램이 높은 점수를 받았다. 또한 윤고딕 300대 폰트와 -40~+10 값의 자간 사용 대한 만족도가 높았다. 그리고 병원의 위치와 방문자의 주 연령층 및 전문 진료과목에 따른 분석을 통해 통합된 사인시스템의 가이드라인이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 현황 조사를 통한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 향후 종합병원 사인시스템 체계를 구축하는데 필요한 기초자료로서 사용할 수 있을 것이다. According to medical law, general Hospital is a secondary medical care provider that has more than 100 beds and has seven to nine medical specialists. Many people are visiting general hospital because they have a certain number of beds and medical programs to provide comprehensive medical care in one place. Due to statutory regulations, general hospitals have secured spaces to accommodate a variety of patients and space is being planned according to the care process. So the role of sign system responsible for communicating information and space is becoming increasingly important. Accordingly, this study set out the scope of the general hospital's sign system users and conducted field a survey. The survey was conducted based on the visual elements which is font, color, pictogram and identified the current problems with the sign system. As a result, the contrast between the background and the text color was preferred. And intuitive pictogram received the higher score. The font was highly satisfied with the use of gothic characters which is used space between-40 and +10 letters. Through this status survey, it could be used as a basic source to establish a general hospital sign system in the future.

Regenerative energy which is generated during brake periods of DC traction might cause malfunction or destruction of rectifier or any other power conversion devices caused the increment of DC line voltage. Regenerative energy storage system using super-capacitor is one of the method to control the DC line voltage safely. And super-capacitor is very important device as energy storage device. Therefore, In this paper, we designed the regenerative energy storage system using super-capacitor and propose the method about predicting the lifetime of super-capacitor established in storage system. According to the this research, we can estimate the proper replacement moment for the existed super-capacitor due to the safety of the system. And improve the reliability of regenerative energy storage system using super-capacitor.
